The food was atrocious. At the drive-up, I ordered a roast beef sandwich. The beef was as dry as the Sahara. There were "strips" in it that were as tough as beef jerky. Some edges sticking out of the sandwich were crunchy. When I arrived home only five minutes after drive-thru, the meat was barely above room temperature; no fresh order cools off that quickly, especially when in a foil wrapper and placed in a paper bag. Twice I asked for Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce, once when I ordered and again when I was asked at the window if I wanted any sauces (was no one listening the first time???). When I opened my bag at home, I found no sauce packets. Two months ago, I went through the drive-up at this same Arby's and was told there was no roast beef that evening! (?????) I understand why there are reports that Arby's is in a serious downturn and in jeopardy of going out of business altogether. After this evening, I will never return to this Arby's again and I will probably avoid all Arby's in the future. After almost 60 years of enjoying Arby's over hamburger joints, the company has all but destroyed any reason for me to be a patron. read more

Arby's - So good - Fast Food Near Me - Lone Tree, Colorado

Went here to try the supposedly awesome Bacon, Ranch Wagyu Burger at about 2:30pm on a Saturday. My opinion, very dry and very not delicious. Drying out a Wagyu burger is sacrilegious as the whole point is the fat content which should make it very juicy. Bacon was soggy instead of crisp too. This places 4 for10 Roast beef sandwiches are ok. Stick with those if you go there. PS: Burger very overpriced considering quality and flavor. read more

I usually only go to Arby's when there is a great coupon in the paper. As luck would have it, THERE WAS! 2 Beef and Cheddar's and 2 Curly fries for 4.99, yes please! When you work in a decent size office and start talking about it others are bound to want it too. The good thing about most of their coupons is you can make multi orders with the same one. Bad part, if you get elected to be the one to go get it all!!! They frown a bit on going to the drive through with a massive order, you can hear it in the tone of the voice of the person at the window, so we've been considerate to others and went inside to place these orders. It's a clean place and relatively quick to get you in and out. They aren't too terribly skimpy on product. I remember long ago and far away a Beef and Cheddar was enormous! This Arby's has a problem with keeping food hot. I ordered a sandwich (not very hot, but reasonably warm), I had ordered potato cakes but received curly fries. They were cold. So I went back inside and asked to have the potato cakes that I ordered, and they gave them to me. These were also cold. So disappointing. read more

Sometimes an Arby's sandwich is just what hits the spot. I enjoy their sandwiches and appreciate that they are trying to separate their menu from the many other fast food choices. Their brisket is really not 1/2 bad. So when I get the craving I will enjoy a filling gut bomb and hope I don't fall asleep at work! :) read more

Ok, let me explain why I would rate a fast food place a 4- they offer what is, in my opinion, the trifecta of fast food perfection: roast beef, curly fries and Jamocha shake. I'm not a big fan of fast food usually, but it certainly serves a purpose on occasion. Most fast food places, I'm only interested in their sandwich as I don't like fries and rarely drink soda. Here, I like the sandwich, the fries AND hello Jamocha shake! If you've never had a Jamocha shake, check them out! It's not chocolate, it's not coffee, it's some lovely combination in between. And should I not be in the mood for a shake, they also offer fountain Pepsi! The curly fries are crunchy and delicious. And who doesn't love a roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce!? Service here seems friendly. The location is kind of crummy, but is find-able. read more

I went here on Good Friday and the food was horrible not to mention a health hazard. First off the health hazard - I got a sweet tea and it tasted weird. I didn't finish it and dumped it out when I got home to throw the cup away and there were rolls that looked like cigarettes in my cup! DISGUSTING! Secondly I ordered the turkey Gyro and the turkey was slimy meaning it was bad. Lastly the fries were super cold and have probably sat there for a while. I worked at Arbys for 3 weeks. This company made me want to become a vegan. I have been searching for ways to contact my employer about my 2 weeks notice but they are so low tech that they can't even e-mail their employees their work schedules. I am disgusted by what I have witnessed. My manager asked me to clock out yesterday because I was speaking with a co-worker about our pay instead of picking up a straw wrapper that was 2 feet away from her. I then watched as she showed one of the other employees a very long video on her cell phone. This is why your food takes so long/is crappy. I just had the most horrid experience in my life I have not been to Arbys in a very long time I had coupons so a bunch from work went to you for lunch my coupon was $6.99 for 2 sand-2 fries and 2 drinks my GF and I one had a $10.00 bill the other a $20.00 bill i asked if he would please break the bills so we could split the $7.00 total If I asked once I asked 5 times he did not understand .First rang it up with out the coupon amount then rang it correctly but insisted on dividing the money himself .I said ok we have the $10.00 broke with a 5 and 5 ones now lets break the 20 and he said I will not give you 20 back from the change that was on the counter I am furious that this moran did not understand what I was asking him to do then to flat out refuse my request is not customer friendly and he ended up PO'ing me off I will never go back to this Arby's if I even choose to go again coupon or not . All I wanted him to do is first break the 10 and the 20 $ bill but he refused .
