Why can't I get cheese, onions and peppers with my tacos? It seems to be a problem when I come here. Try to add a tortilla to the bottom of a salad. Maybe my last visit here because I can't get what I want. read more

Food was ok, just ok. Not bad but not memorable. I had the sweet pork burrito. A little to sweet, but I know some people like it that way. The service was exceptional, and let restaurant was very nice a quick casual location and it was very busy when I was there. I do hope to visit it again to try something different. Because other than the unremarkable burrito the experience was good. read more

What has happened to this place?! It used to be so great. Tonight, not so much. Not only is the parking lot ripped up, so I had to park far away and walk over, they were not offering any kind of incentive for the trouble. The customer service absolutely sucked. They charged me for sauce on my burrito and when I questioned them about it, they just shrugged their shoulders. I didn't dare ask for a tortilla with my bowl, but I swore it used to come with one. I asked them to reprint my receipt and they said they couldn't. One burrito with sauce and a bowl cost me $26 and change. Will not be back. read more

We stopped by Monday evening after taking family photos and got our food to go. Beans also looked old so we didn't eat that either, but everything else was really tasty...until it wasn't. By bed time we were all extremely bloated and my husband was sick. Please avoid wasting your money like we did. We will not be going back. read more

1st and last time ordering from Costa Vida via Grubhub. I ordered a chicken burrito, came with no cheese but lots of dough which was 90% of the burrito. This was not a flour tortillas,'it was a flour pancake with no cheese?!!! I asked for no rice, got it...guess as some kind of filler to the extra thick pancake wrap!!! I threw most away because after I bite I was stuffed!! Uggg read more

Been coming to Costa Vida for a little bit under a year. I was reading the other reviews about this location and it blew my mind about what people thought, numerous one star reviews involving terrible customer service in a rude environment. Every time I come into the restaurant, it's extremely busy, but everybody that's working is working extremely efficient and doesn't have attitude at all. I get the chicken nachos or a chicken burrito and it has exquisite amount of taste and flavor and I only pay $10 for a massive portion compare to $10 for a tiny portion at chipotle would definitely recommend this place. If you're looking for a good lunch spot the restaurant itself has plenty of seating with plenty of outside light. read more

This is some of the yummiest fast Mexican food places out there. Every single time I come here it is on point. EVERY. TIME. YUMMY.

was very hungry one day and was super excited to eat one of my favorite restaurants or at least it was at the time. I'm a very clean person and always am very strict about hygiene and keeping my hands clean. I'm also very weird about where I but I that this was the cleanest restaurant I could've ate at at the time was I I don't think I've ever had a worst case of food in my whole entire life than I had from eating at this restaurant. It was the worst stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting you can ever imagine and it only hit four hours later. It came on super fast and it's safe to say I genuinely can never eat Costa again. read more

Love the food! But honestly I keep coming back for the people! Food is fresh, service is excellent! I don't leave reviews typically either but I couldn't believe it when I read the negative one so I had to write my experiences. I'll drive further just to go to this Costa to see the crew that works Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday...don't judge so I eat there a lot :) If they ever leave I'll stop going there because the service is that good! Thank you Team Costa in Orchard!! Hasta Martes! read more

Love Costa Vida! You cannot beat their sweet pork! Giving 4 stars because my husband is vegetarian and there isn't a lot of option for him, and what there is always seems to take a long time to prepare. Regardless, the kids and I go often when dad's on a business trip. We love the friendly service. Many on their staff seem to have been there for years. read more

I have come here for years, and have always loved it. However, I visited on 5/20/25 and they have shrunk their portions on both the salad and the large queso (maybe other items too, these are just the things I ordered this visit). I am not talking about lighter scoops of ingredients, I am talking the actual containers are smaller and we received significantly less food. I am very disappointed that they have downsized their portions. read more

The food is always amazing. Tres leches is the bomb. Queso is the bomb. Sweet pork is life. But most importantly, when they saw the name I had entered for my items on their website ordering system, they understood the assignment. read more

Costa Vida - Chips & Queso Tres Leches Baja Bowls - Mexican Near Me - Lone Tree, Colorado

I forgot my phone, so no pix :( First, the good: Costa Vida is clean, the service is cheerful and friendly, and the food is pretty good. BF had the steak burrito and the Tres Leches cake for dessert. They have a choice of beans and toppings. The sauces are good, and the cake is VERY good. The steak was tender and flavorful. Now the bad: I usually have a chicken quesadilla at places that don't have street tacos or chicken mole. It's a difficult thing to mess up. But Costa Vida gave me the skimpiest amount of chicken I have *ever* seen. I ordered the grilled chicken. (They also have raspberry chipotle chicken.) It was pathetic. Barely ANY chicken at all. This was disappointing. There wasn't a lot of cheese, either. The pico de gallo was good, but the guacamole was also a tiny, skimpy, ridiculously small portion. Literally two small bites. In contrast, the chicken quesadilla at Cafe Rio is STUFFED with chicken and cheese. The chicken there is shredded and really delicious. We went to Costa Vida because it's closer to the house. BF was fine with his burrito, but I basically had a tortilla for dinner. I can only finish half a quesadilla at Café Rio. I finished this one, because there was so little filling. Sad. Will not be ordering a quesadilla here again, if we ever return. Absolutely not worth the money. Also wasn't asked if I wanted rice or beans. read more

I ordered the nacho supreme a kids meal with a horchata, the enchiladas and a smothered burrito. Very disappointed in the service on this one. They forgot half of my stuff as it was being delivered to a hotel where I am staying. My wife used to be an employee at this restaurant when it first started in Utah and they had a little higher standards. It seems like those standards have fail just a little bit as the company gets older. Most the time the restaurants are usually nice and clean. The delivery service doordash they use the gentleman could not speak English and had no way of understanding or helping me with my problem. Every time I use a doordash service I end up having issues. They forgot my drink and one of my meals. read more

I went to Costa Vida on Tuesday 8/13/24. There were 2 other people in line in front of me. The guy preparing the food was chatting with us and joking around with us. This is what is missing in most places. This man was happy we were there. Then I got to the register to check out. The guy there couldn't have been more than 20, But he was smiling and friendly too! My meal was around $10.50. Where can you eat for $10.50? It was fresh, and it was good. I love their sweet pork and queso, it's consistently delicious. That's another thing that is missing over the past few years. Places might be good one time and not the next. Thanks for a a decent meal and refreshing experience. read more

Wanted shrimp but their oven was broken so no shrimp. Had steak instead. Steak enchiladas. I felt rushed in having to make my side decisions and it wasn't that busy. I didn't have time to choose well and so my meal started that way. The enchiladas were average. His chicken burrito was all right. Nothing super but nothing bad either. Wouldn't drive there for a meal but if we were hungry and it was convenient we would eat there. read more

I have been coming to Costa Vida since it opened up when I was a little girl! This place is so delicious. I always get the sweet pork because thats all that matters here, it's marinated over night and is the best food you will ever put in your mouth, trust me. The workers are always really nice especially the gentlemen at the front of the line when you start to order, they are pretty fun too. Sometimes the line gets long but thats the price you gotta pay for some yummy sweet pork. Only downside to this establishment is that it IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. I would know this because I still try to go every sunday some how :'). read more

Very large portions. Food was good, but it ran right through me. Great horchata and great staff.

I work about 5 minutes up the road on Lincoln Ave. So when my coworkers came back to work from lunch one day raving about this Mexican place I knew I had to try it. Needless to say I was not disappointed at all! Let's start out by talking about their chips and queso. Can you say delicious? I can say I've literally licked the styrofoam to go carrier clean. It's that good!! They make all their tortillas right there. Next I've had the shredded beef burrito smothered with sweet green chili and sour cream. The sweet green chilli is excellent. I've had both pinto and refried beans in the burrito. The refried bean have just a little bit of spice to them. The quesadilla wasn't as good as the burrito in my opinion. My coworkers are big fans of the salads. Don't forget to grab a Costa Card! You get points back on each purchase that equals cash. It's similar to a rewards gift card. You can't beat getting something back somewhere great!! read more

Terrible food. Just ordered and it is nearly inedible. For some reason my entire meal(smothered steak burrito ) is SWEET. Not just a little, like dessert sweet. Gross. I asked for green chili, they claim it is sweet heat, this is like green syrup on my burrito. The steak also has a sweet bbq type sauce on it which I didn't ask for. Gross gross gross! read more

I have no idea what took me so long to try this place, but I am going back - like tomorrow! I have been on a salad for lunch kick. Well after awhile you just can't eat one more chicken caesar salad. So after a run to the outlets in Castle Rock I stopped off at this place before heading to the office. The parking lot (which it shares with other restaurants + a near by Super Target) was packed. Still I got a not too far off spot and headed in. The place is big and has lots of tables for sitting. It is set up like any fast burrito place (e.g. Chipotle, Qdoba...). I ordered the sweet pork salad. They put a fresh tortilla lining the bottom of the tin and then pile on beans, rice (which I omitted), meat, lettuce, cheese and pico. Plus guacamole and tomatillo ranch if you would like (dressing on the side). Can I just say it is one of my new favorite salads? I mean the pork is so yummy out of this world wow I tell you if you eat piggy you must try Costa Vida's! The salad was big and satisfying. The ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors melded together well, all for $7 and some change - Perfect. And friendly smiling faces serving up the goodness too. Always nice :) I only hesitate with giving it that last star since I have only had a salad. I will be back to try some other stuff off the menu and hopefully they will get that 5 star rating. read more

First time here and will never spend my money here again. Short service girl has an attitude and the food isn't that great! Not impressed with service or food today. Went because friend likes it and she ordered our food to go. It was busy. My order was a grilled chicken baja bowl. My entree didn't have any lettuce or pico de gallo sauce, isn't much rice, not sure if there is any cheese because it is a big mess. Friend was rushed through the ordering process and they didn't give her a receipt. Just because they are business doesn't mean they should rush the customer and not prepare the food correctly. Went here once before and got a different meal. It was fair. The rice had no taste and the black beans no seasoning. Think I will pass on this place in the future. 2 strikes and they're out. read more

It's been a while since having a meal here. Though it would be nice to go back. I'm a fan of the sweet pork. Went with the quesadillas. While it was good, they seemed to be trying to rush us through the place even though there wasn't anyone else there. For example, I would expect to be able to add things like salsa and lettuce, but they didn't even offer it. Not the best experience. read more

Okay this is really depressing because usually, I LOVE COSTA VIDA! HOWEVER! This was so disappointing. THREE TIMES this has happened to me, I only have photos of two of the three times. I go in and ask for chips and queso. I have Celiac Disease so they go in the back and get me the "gluten friendly" chips (which I DO appreciate) but THESE are the chips they give me?! What the?! I didn't ask for chips that were all crushed up? Really sad. Also, this time, I got the chips from the Costa Vida in Riverton and they smell TERRIBLE. They smell like they've been sitting next to chemicals or something. Idk. I'm just not loving the quality that they have been giving lately. When I ask for chips and queso, I mean.. WHOLE chips.. that I can actually dip in the queso.. you know? read more

Food is always good. Had one of the rudest servers today and after 5 years of coming here with servers knowing the name of myself and my family. The server, Spencer, was one of the rudest employees I've met. Never had an experience like this but she put barely one scoop of sweet pork for each quesadilla. When I asked for a little more she gave attitude to my girlfriend and I. Love the business, love the food, but my god employees like this ruin companies. Terrible customer service! We live nearby and have given this costa Vida location many chances and each time the customer service is bad. The smaller woman working the cashier is rude , disrespectful and overcharges for every little thing. I have had to pay extra for dressing (for my salad because the small container isn't quite enough, so I ask for a large), salsa, etc. The man working the line asked what I wanted on my salad and didn't listen, so the gal at the end had to reopen the salad to add on cilantro, cojita, and Fresca. She was rude and disgusted I asked for these ingredients. My husband won't go back to this location and I am not too far behind him. Food tastes good, but over priced with all of the add-ons and terrible customer service. read more
