We got a party platter of sub sandwiches, and most of them were left untouched. The yellow packets are actually mayo, which was confusing. The sandwiches are mostly bread, which doesn't taste very good. Not enough filling. Overall a disappointment. read more

We've been here 15+ times this year as it's one place the whole family can agree on. They've had to adjust to new changes in the last year and long waits due to staffing shortages. One thing they've done in the last few months is turn off external ordering during rush hours so the wait inside the restaurant aren't super long. For a while there it was a joke ordering inside, you were much better off ordering ahead but not everyone thinks of that so you get stuck. We've had something small wrong with our order maybe twice and the staff has always been so accommodating and kind! When they apologize and say how can I fix this is goes so far versus being snooty! We love this place, it's always clean and the staff has always been great! read more

Experienced Firehouse Subs in 2 other states and both were really good. This one seems like the inmates running the asylum. We went in on May 20th just after 3pm, had one person in front of us and we waited to order for quite awhile. When we did get to order, the girl ringing us seemed very new, which we don't fault her as everyone is new at some point, but she should've had a supervisor or someone else there to help. She took a bit figuring out the buttons but she eventually figured it out. We were rung up and stepped back to wait for our order. Watching the folks who make the sandwiches was a mistake. There was a young kid there who put on plastic gloves then brushed the hair out of his eyes. Eww!? There was a girl there with some face piercings who was focusing more on chatting and goofing with co-workers than the prep of sandwiches. After waiting for close to 15 minutes for our order, we left to the park to eat. Needless to say my sandwich was missing items (oil & vinegar) and my boyfriend found what appeared to be a white or gray hair stuck to the bread. We're both brunette and the kid mentioned earlier did not have white hair. So we will take a pass on eating at this Firehouse again. read more

I have been to this location numerous times and have generally had a pleasant experience. Todays visit (8/14/22) however, was much different. My wife ordered food for the family online and I went inside to pick it up. As most people do I check the bag to ensure that everything I order had been placed inside. I saw that I had only received two bags of chips, but had ordered three bags, so I proceed to grab the third bag and not think much of it. While waiting in line to get my drinks, I was approached by a woman that I assumed to be the manager. She then informs me that my chips had already been placed inside the bag, to which I explained that I ordered three and only received two. Without a word she looks inside my bag to count the chips, walks to the register, prints the receipt for my order and, begins to go through it line by line (because apparently she assumed that I was trying to steal a bag of SunChips). After reading the receipt (and seeing that I was not trying to steal anything and I did in fact pay for everything that was in the bag) she walked away without a word. While I am well aware that there are people who try to take advantage of businesses in this way, the simple fact that she didn't apologize for making a false accusation of me stealing from the store is extremely disappointing. I wanted to say something but my wife and kids were waiting in the car, however the more I thought about it on the drive home the more it irked me. So I will definitely be going back to discuss it with the woman, I hope she, or any other employee for that matter, doesn't do this to anyone in the future. read more

The sandwiches were great but we were 1sandwich short. we ordered them to go as we were traveling and when we were down the road we noticed we were one sandwich short. when you have 4 hungry kids, someone else had to give up their food and that was me. Not a happy situation and lost money when you don't have a lot. Please be more careful when you fulfill your to go orders. read more

I've only been here twice, but the experience was similar both times. My second time, I ordered a Firehouse Steak and Cheese. I asked for extra onions, extra mustard, extra mayo, extra provolone, and double meat. I recieved a sandwich with one of those items. Twenty bucks is too much to pay for dissapointment. The first time, there was no cheese, mayo, or mustard...just a bun with meat and peppers, and it was soggy. There's a Pickle Barrel 300 miles away.. in the future I will just drive the extra five hours (one-way) and get a good sandwich. I am not joking. It's worth a 10-hour round-trip to get a great sandwich. Firehouse is a 20-minute walk from my front door. It's unlikely I'll return. read more

Very disappointing after being told they had good sandwiches. I ordered the NY Steamer and only got one of the two meats that come on that speciality sandwich. Also order the Steak & cheese, no cheese was on the sandwich. Plus they are purpose to be hot sandwiches. Neither sandwich was hot. I love the idea of supporting our firefighters, but this was not a good experience. Don't think I'll be back. read more

The sandwiches aren't half bad for the price, but the only problem I have is with the wait. I ordered a sandwich with a darn near empty store and it still took almost 15 minutes to get me my to go order. No sandwich should take that long unless the store is super packed. I actually don't recommend this message is MEANT FOR THE OWNER... I called an order in today because the app would not accept my payment not your fault so I placed my order at 5:55 p.m. Saturday was told my order to be ready in 10 to 15 minutes I arrived at 6:10 and upon entering the door a heavier set kid with a visor on and he informed me before I could even say hi or anyone greeted me that I would have a 25 minute wait for my order. I informed him I had already called an order in 15 minutes ago and this girl with blue bangs and a piercing on her lip closest to the most "popular cash register because they argued over it in front of customers" said oh it's going to be ready it's down the line ...25 minutes later I watched them fill 5 yes 5 HUGE DoorDash orders ahead of mine and every customer that entered the place after me which was at least six customers the first thing they said was we have long wait times we have a lot of door dash orders almost like they were shunning away business. Now to the owner if DoorDash orders other way of business now that's great Good for you but do your employees have to announce it and make us feel not wanted? Aftter being late for my lunch I went up to the front the same girl with the blue bangs and the piercing on her lip or her tongue couldn't tell because she was pretty gangly I asked for help and she asked if somebody can help him even though she's the closest one to me and I asked where my order is she says it should have been ready already and of course my order was just sitting and never had handed it to me so I asked for my money back and I will never go there again I work for T-Tech and we've placed orders with you several times in the past for at least $90 a pop and I know you remember me TO the OWNER. I will spread the word to all my fellow friends in the valley this is how your employees are doing business you need to find new employees that care and at least keep if doordash is your main business now a secret and not make people there feel like they're in the way considering you have a sit down environment. I have friends in the members of commerce, the railroaders and many more l'll be spreading the word about my experience for bad business being bad business. read more
