We had a 7 am flight out of Jacksonville Airport in terminal c and this place was right by our gate. I went over at 5:45 to get something to eat and some coffee. To my dismay, they do not serve coffee in the morning. Maybe if they did, their overall rating would be higher. Service was not especially friendly and they don't serve coffee, other than that it was all just fine. One thing to note - at this location, there are no "combos" so you'll wind up paying for each item separately. No big whoop. When traveling through the Jacksonville International Airport, I found this location for a quick bite for breakfast. I've been twice for an egg and cheese sandwich, which both times have been both delicious and quick service. While flying out of JAX early in the morning, I came here for a breakfast sandwich. They have several to choose from, as well as their normal menu and everything looked and smelled very appealing. Darius was working the register and taking orders. After every sub he asked what I want taken off the sub- I repeated that I couldn't see the menu but all we want is lettuce and cheese. After several of similar exchanges he told me on the last sub that the subs come with several items- and listed them. I repeated that all we wanted on the subs was lettuce and cheese. He then said so no tomato? No mustard? Something just wasn't right- and as expected our subs were covered in extra toppings and the kids were upset. Thanks Darius! I typically check Yelp reviews on places long before I choose to eat at them. This time I didn't. This location was the worse in terms of customer seevice. You get there, order but the guy taking your order gets annoyed easily resulting in him getting snappy if you ask questions about any of the menu items. A good thing to note, which is the most important, it that each order take about 20-30 minutes to make. This isn't because the restaurant is short staffed or because the are back logged. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich with no additions. The 4+ employees would rather waste time chatting and scrolling through social media from what I observed. So if you gave a flight or a connecting flight, don't waste your valuable time going and ordering from this place or you'll risk missing your flight.
