We went with the VIP Board Room Lunch which for $17.95 per person included assorted sandwich platters, salad, chips, fruit salad, and a dessert tray. I sent an email request online and was contacted by a manager via phone to coordinate the details. School lunch times are ridiculously early and the staff came in an hour earlier than usual to make sure our order was ready to go by 10:15 am. Is that service or what? Everything was packaged beautifully so it was easy to serve, and the staff was so impressed by the quality of the subs and salads. Platters were plentiful and guests were able to go back for seconds which was amazing. Two small recommendations for next time: 1) Make sure to specify that the dessert tray is properly labeled. There were a few items with surprise nuts in it which could have been an issue if not spotted. 2) The catering menu mentioned that fruit salad would be served with the meal -- we got a few boxes of bananas instead which is a bit misleading.

It was a rather pleasant reminder. The pizza was spot on: beautifully baked with a crisp base and generous toppings, while the chips were golden, fluffy within, and exactly as they ought to be. Simple fare, perhaps, but executed exceedingly well. Ordering at the counter was straightforward and efficient, and the service itself was courteous and welcoming without being overbearing -- always appreciated. The Chicken Little was medium sized but the flavor was more than expected and exactly as a chicken sandwich should be.
