My husband ordered the Buffalo Soldier, (it was packed with chicken) the pasta salad, which he ate every bite of before he even touched his wrap and of course that brownie Quality and quantity of food was well with the price!! When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.

The Hickory Bourbon Chicken Sandwich with the tator tots that I ordered the absolute best. The service was just as excellent, and the ambiance was just as excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever, and it feels really great to be able to try out more shadow kitchens in the CSRA area. The soup dumplings were fairly good, not a whole lot of broth inside and the wrapping was slightly chewier, but still hit the spot. The vermicelli came with a sauce to pour over the dish, the pork was fantastic, perfectly cooked, the noodles weren't too soft or too chewy, and the egg roll was fried to perfection.
