I went in to redeem my T-Mobile Tues BoGo, just to find out my order has to be placed online. It took several minutes to download the app just for the payment portion to never populated. I have been going to Firehouse Subs for quite some time now and went there the other day. I ordered and upon paying, the total of my order was higher than the itemized amount. No one could tell me why and the manager came over, was very angry and used the 'F' word to talk to me. What an outrage to treat a customer like this! Emily, the manager, is not management material and should be dismissed! She will drive customers away and does not offer a good customer service experience. Wow where's the meat? For the cost of these subs, the pictures in their adds show subs packed with ingredients. My wife ordered a ham sub and they fold 2 slices of ham about three times over! What's the overhead on lettuce! Fill up the bun like you show in your adds! Absolutely ridiculous and skimpy sandwiches. I had turkey sub! The exact same thing! I wish these places would stop over charging for food, that doesn't look anything like the pictures! Terrible and will never return again. Stick with publix deli subs! I love the turkey sub from firehouse! I'm giving this particular location 3 stars because for whatever reason their freestyle coke machine always seems to have issues. Today it was that the machine drain was clogged so syrups, ice, and liquid was near overflowing from the machine and also every single drink we tried to get tasted like there wasn't enough syrup or the flavor was just off... no joke tried over 5 options. The only sodas that seemed to work from the machine were regular coke and sprite which they also had can of in the case, but that's really not a lot of options when you have a freestyle coke machine!!!! The workers did try to help by changing the root beer syrup, but they unfortunately couldn't get it to work even after changing the syrup. read more

I have been here a couple of times. They have three sizes of subs as they can cut the sandwiches into three pieces, two of them being small 4-inch subs on either end, a medium size (6 inch middle section?) and the large size, which must be the entire roll. On my most recent visit I noticed that their 4-inch size was more expensive than the Subway 6-inch size, and Firehouse's medium size was twice as much as Subway's. So for the basis of comparison I ordered the meatball sub since that is usually what I get at Subway. I will say that the Firehouse version was slightly better than the Subway one, though not by enough to make it worth the higher price for me, being on a fixed income with a lot of medical bills just now. I gather they donate life saving equipment to emergency personnel, so that may be enough of a reason for you to give them your business if finances are less of an issue for you. They offered a slice of half-sour pickle on the side, and they bring the order to your table . read more

I ordered 2 sandwiches online @5:45pm & was texted back that food would be ready for pickup @ 6:00 pm. I arrived @ 6:01 pm & my food is generally waiting for me in the rack. My food was not ready; no problem. I continued to wait, wait & wait. I continued to ask about my food & kept being told that it was next. 6:30 PM came. I asked for a refund of my money. I was then told "don't you want to wait; yours is next". I repeat that I wanted a refund & was given it. When we're traveling, if we can't find a unique spot, we always look for a local Firehouse as we know they're consistent with their food. My favorite is the Hook and Ladder. I like their wheat bread a lot, and you can always get it fully loaded, or choose what toppings you want. My addition is always banana peppers. Teen gets the Club on a Sub, which is the Hook and Ladder with the addition of bacon. We've had other subs here, and they also have salads too. They have a wide variety of chips as sides, or you can get a brownie or cookie. They also have a shelf full of various hot sauces if you need to amp up your meal. It may not be gourmet food, but they are consistent and located throughout the East. read more

The food is good/standard Firehouse quality. They have a freestyle coke machine. Bathroom was clean. Workers were average friendly. It was a little cool inside so bring a jacket! read more

Firehouse Subs is my go to place when I am craving a hot sub. My favorites include the Meatball sub, turkey ranch, and steak and cheese. All of them are delicious and filling. This little restaurant can get busy during peak hours so take out is a good option. Like all Firehouse Subs, there are a variety of sauces available to you on the counter. I prefer the classic Firehouse sauce that they make - although there are some awesome sauces to explore from. Either way, have fun with it but watch out for the heat. read more

Firehouse is our family's place to go for subs. We typically grab lunch here once or twice a week. The meats are always fresh and tasty, the breads are soft and flavorful. My wife and daughter ordered the Club on a sub and I got the NY Steamer. All three sandwiches were made quickly and tasted great. My daughter goes simplistic by adding chopped pickles and little else to her club, my wife goes fully involved and adds banana peppers and has them do the the bacon crisply. I love the pastrami and corned beef mix on the steamer paired with deli brown mustard and cheese. read more

If not, then you must go to one. This location next to kohls happens to be my favorite. Their staff is friendly every time we go there. They make great suggestions, start great conversations, and even have let my boyfriend borrow their company phone to use since his cell phone died. We absolutely love coming here to dine in or even calling ahead and picking up subs to take home. My favorite is the #1 Hook and Ladder. It is a delicious combination of turkey, ham, cheese, melted and toasted to perfection topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. It's subs literally melts in your mouth! read more
