Great little spot in Eustis Market. The kabobs were delicious. The Baba Ganoush was to die for. Everything we had was terrific and the sweet lady that cooks it all was wonderful.

I love this place. It's usually so busy that I don't take the time to order something. Today, came late in the day and I'm thrilled to have a hearty healthy meal at almost 3 PM. Service is with a smile, the food is tasty and the portions are generous. I will be enjoying the leftovers.

We've been stuck in a "we always go to the same places" rut. So we decided to try some place new to us. We really love Lebanese cuisine and the reviews were positive so we ventured to downtown Eustis. This part of downtown is out of a hallmark movie with Christmas lights on the trees and busy shop windows all around. On a Thursday evening finding parking was no problem on the street nearby. We came inside the Eustis Market and found Taste of Lebanon's stall and reviewed the menu. I chose a steak shawarma wrap and my fiancé got the steak shawarma bowl. We also ordered some veggie grape leaves. We were the only customers there so we chose a table and waited for our meal. We waited maybe 10 minutes and our food was brought out to us. We were both so excited we started eating and then I realized I had t grabbed a photo for my review! Every bite was delicious! The wrap was soft yet crispy, and the flavors were outstanding! My fiancé's bowl hit all the marks as well, great portion, great flavor and beautifully presented! The grape leaves were tasty too! I do prefer them cold so I was surprised when I bit into it warmed, but it was not anything that took away from the flavor. Next time I may try the ones with meat. We look forward to our next meal here and also seeing this market grow as there is certainly a lot of potential!

We ordered at the counter and the food was brought outside to us. I did not see lamb on the menu, but I was told that the steak kabob is lamb. I ordered the steak kabob dinner. It came with hummus/chips, taboulli, a delicious garlic sauce, and rice. The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. When I ordered, I asked that my meat be medium rare. It came out well done. As I said, it was tasty, but on the dry side since it was overcooked. This is the first time that I've had taboulli without cracked wheat/bulgur. I will definitely visit again.

This restaurant is run by the sweetest mother and son duo! They were so warm and hospitable. I live about one hour away, and before I even tasted the food I knew I would want to come again! :) The owner made fresh to order the most delicious chickpea salad. I was so happy I stopped by! It's so evident that she loves sharing her gift of cooking with others...so much love is woven into the service they provide! I highly recommend, & I look forward to the day I can make my way back over there. :)

I believe name of restaurant should be " The Best of Lebanon" certainly more than a taste here. Mother Rala is such a talented cook, her kids told her she should share her talent with others and open a restaurant. They were right! Rala is originally from Lebanon and what you get is authentic Lebanese food. The quality of the food is that of a high end place, even though this is in food court in downtown Eustis. A block or so from the waterfront. There is ample parking behind restaurant and there is a rear exit . Should be made entrance too. There are advantages to this being a food court market place you could grab a beer or a boba drink. I try not to use nasty 4 letter words, but have to now. I love good food and unfortunately it shows so I'm on a "diet" . How many times we are told to eat a Mediterranean diet? Frequently associate healthy with tasteless. Well here is the answer. Healthy Mediterranean food which tastes fantastic. The baba ghanoush is to die for. If you pass this up, you're crazy. Actually, everything was great from the chicken kebabs with the garlic sauce and great rice to the custard dessert but the baba ghanoush is a must. Rala is great. just tell her what you're interested in and what you like and let her help you pick out your meal. You will not be disappointed. I did pass up the baklava because of the above 4 letter word. Possibly I can swim a few laps and split it next time with Tetyana. Now actually, it's a little difficult to find this place as it is in this marketplace food court, and the signage isn't great. There are tables and the place is clean and it's not too noisy. Kind of plain. As there's tables right in front in Rala will serve you quickly and make sure you're enjoying your meal.

The Sample Appetizer was good. It is recommended if you want to sample the items listed in these two photos, all are included with the sample appetizer.

Food prices seem to have went up and portions and quality went down. My review from when this place was habibi was taken down unfortunately, otherwise you could have seen the difference. The tabbouleh, hummus, and meat were not good. The rice wasn't bad which I guess is a good thing considering it's 80% rice.

I decided to stop in for a lunch to go and pleasantly pleased with the interior of the restaurant. I ordered a shish kebab pita with a side of garlic sauce which ran me about $12. While I waited, I saw that this place has everything from cigars and hookah which I feel like would be a nice late afternoon/early evening vibe. I did have to wait for a little under 20 minutes, however there were no customers there. I was expecting my food to be hot for the time I waited. However, it was not. The beef pieces were a bit chewy for my liking and were bland. I wish it had more seasoning or grill marks. The pita and veggies inside were fresh and the garlic sauce was the star of the show. The garlic sauce definitely elevates the pita. Based on the reviews, this place is pretty good but maybe I caught them on a bad day. I would like to try their baklava as it was staring me down during my wait for my order.

Saw this Lebanese restaurant and jumped on it! It's in a strip mall but nice inside with some lovely photos and artwork from Lebanon. Tarek our server was so pleasant and helpful as we were deciding what to have for lunch. We both chose a combo platter and he recommended the salad and a delicious eggplant moussaka (Lebanese style, not Greek). The pita bread served with the meal was fresh and hot and the hummus was amazing (we judge all hummus to see if it stands up to the one Cafe Rakka in Hendersonville, TN serves and this one came close!). The lamb and chicken were both perfectly cooked and spiced - so delicious! Hubs had a wonderful Moroccan green tea. Tarek surprised us with a taste of the baklava and the basbousa - both were excellent - I had not had basbousa before. It is a semolina cake soaked in a sweet syrup - my new favorite middle eastern dessert. Honestly, we would drive here just to eat lunch again.

The portions were great, and it's definitely something I would order again! I guess got the soup and cheese bread combo, which was delicious as well !! The service was very good. It's run by a family, and they're very sweet and kind and took very good care of us. When the restaurant was dead, except for the staff, but it was lovely with music in Arabic. I will definitely be back!
