I got the Captain's Club. Super tasty! I would definitely get it again. I made a mobile order and it was ready for me on time. I have no complaints!

Smokehouse Cheddar Brisket Sub (Medium)

Firehouse Subs is one of my favorite sub shops. The food is delicious (I recommend the brisket!) and there's a decent selection of options. I always add some more vegetables to mine from the list of free add-ons, and since they serve hot subs as well as cold you can get some great options like cooked onions and peppers that go with everything. The Firehouse theme goes through the whole shop with a locally-inspired mural of a fire truck in action, dalmatian spots on the tabletops in the eating area, stamped metal wainscoting, and even some authentic fireman's equipment hung on the wall. Plus, they donate significant money to firefighter charities every year, so that's appreciated. I had a small issue with the app that the manager went above and beyond to fix with a smile, so I'm very happy with the service. My food came out hot and delicious, and you can always look forward to a pickle spear with your sandwich too. And don't forget they have an exclusive cherry limeade flavor in the Coke Freestyle machine!

If you say you close at 9 don't lock the doors before then. I drove all the way here for nothing. Such a disappointment

“Going to the back of the shop to order is a little backwards, I agree that it would be more efficient to have the ordering in front.”

The spot we've always wanted and never quite found LOL! Everything was absolutely delicious…read more Reminded me of my NY favorites. They just need to add the Beef and Latke Sandwich to the menu LOL. Loved the freshness of the tomato salad, creamy potato salad, latkes were a favorite. Shared the Rachel (just do it LOL!) Service was fast and fun. Clean easy seating and a short line. Did we mention Michelin Star? Can't wait to come back for more.

I wanted to love Mum Foods. Texas BBQ meets Jewish deli culture/cuisine is a flaming hot idea with…read moreSO much potential, but what the hell did I just witness? This was piss poor execution, yall. The BBQ was SO dry, lacking any juiciness and flavor, but to add insult to injury, it was served lukewarm. The corned beef sandwich ESPECIALLY hurt my feelings: it was chunky-cut, cold tempered corned beef slapped onto bread, absolutely drowning in mustard, with some QUESTIONABLE bread they called Rye (????) that looked like wheat bread to me instead of true rye, with no Russian dressing, no sauerkraut, no cheese and no tangy coleslaw to pay homage to Jewish cuisine. Granted, I told my niece my basic order ASSUMING maybe that everything would come with the sandwich??? But do you really have to ASK for a corned beef sandwich at a restaurant trying to be Jewish fusion to come with the basics of a Jewish deli sandwich?? Maybe so. All I'm saying is: there was an opportunity here to have some fun with the fusion, and instead, these people chose to cut corners. No marble rye, no cheese, no Russian dressing, no sauerkraut, no coleslaw, no thinly sliced warm corned beef. Just chunks of cold meat slapped with mustard. The matzo ball soup didn't save things. The broth was extremely dark yellow, extremely salty, unfiltered and full of fat, and tasted more concentrated than fresh and savory. The vegetables and chicken were okay, but the torn-up lump of matzo and the slap of whatever herbs thrown on top made the presentation feel unfinished. There was no real herb flavor to the broth, and the torn up lump of matzo hurt my feelings. It soaked up the salty broth well, though, so it tried to do its job, but I wasn't a fan of the overall poor execution. Maybe I'm spoiled after decades of eating Jewish food in Los Angeles, but if you're going to marry Jewish deli with Texas BBQ, we need to see a MF'ing MARRIAGE...not something sitting on the edge of divorce. 2 stars and I won't be back.
