Here's the thing though, if you want a monster of a sandwich go with the buffalo chicken sandwich. My son got that and I swear it came with 3 chicken breasts on it! From the very beginning, Maria's communication was prompt, organized, and professional. On the wedding day, they completely exceeded every expectation. Maria herself is a powerhouse - constantly moving, managing, and ensuring every detail was perfectly executed. I truly can't recommend her and her team enough. They set the bar for wedding catering!
