This is where I found Pouring Events Bartending. The owner, Kevin, was so responsive to emails and phone calls. Kevin and his staff were willing to take on a High School graduation celebration. The only "plates" provided were small paper "saucers" about 6' across. For a dinner of prime rib with sides. So everybody was stacking high, attempting to carry 2-3 plates, etc. Ridiculous..... AND.... They didn't provide knives to cut the prime rib on your plate. So literally people were eating with the fingers, chewing the meat off their fork, etc.
