Four Sisters Catering is a gem- rare and valuable. From the first catering event I hired them for to now they are, by far the best at what they do. Their food is outstanding-from the lemony butter chicken entree with pasta, the crab and artichoke dip, the feta rolls AND their salads that have the best homemade salads dressings (soon available at HEB-I know this because I asked to buy them) everything is homemade, fresh and crave-able. In addition, they always bring more food than we can eat-as a host this is extremely important. They have creative table scapes and are very flexible with different decorating ideas. From my smaller events to larger plated dinners Tiffini and Nicole are the best-so experienced that they know what I need before I need it. read more

I emailed & never received a response. I went in the next week on Thursday, waited about 10 mins as she was currently on the phone. When she got off - she was really sick coughing everywhere, most times not covering her mouth & when she did it was with her hand, then continued to touch everything. I spent a good 20 mins giving her what I was looking for. She replied "I will email you this weekend, if not the weekend on Monday with a price". It is already Saturday and still nothing. I would not recommend wasting your time! read more

Nicole and Anthony assisted my sister and I with a Celebration of Life event for our Father. They were great. They showed up as scheduled and assisted in ensuring things were beautifully set up. The food was enjoyed by all. They went above and beyond to assist (especially since most of the participants were elderly). Not only did they assist with what we had prearranged, but Nicole even took some pictures and videos of the event so my sister and I could be focused and present for the event. It was truly a bonus that made that day even more special. Me and my sister are so grateful for all they did to take make a difficult time less difficult. Thank You to Four Sisters. read more

We had Four Sisters cater a reception at our house after my Father In Law's funeral. We had their salad with strawberries, their beef and mashed potatoes, a mixed vegetable dish, a chicken and pasta dish and assorted desserts. So there were offerings for meat eaters, vegetarians and gluten free diets. Everything was delicious. The food was hot and flavorful but not dry. Many guests complimented the food. The servers were efficient and polite. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Prices were reasonable. One of the owners was there to make sure everything went smoothly. We heard about Four Sisters from a friend who remembered how good the food was at a baby shower they had catered a decade ago. So l can only conclude they have been great for a long time. read more

Four Sisters Catering catered a couples date night at church for us. They did an excellent job accommodating for gluten free and vegetarians. Four Sisters catered my 50th birthday party and let me just say ... WOW! From the menu planning phase - which graciously included a tasting in the weeks leading up to the event - to the night the food arrived, went effortlessly smooth. And my family and friends LOVED the food! Creamy potatoes, succulent roast beef in the most delicious mushroom sauce. Spot-on strawberry salad and green beans ... everything was so well-seasoned! Top notch service, unparalleled professionalism! read more

Amazing! We decided for our Thanksgiving to be catered by Four Sisters Catering. We had heard positive feedback from others so we had to experience. Even with all the positive reviews I was hesitant. When we open the foil containers it all seemed small for 8 adults and I was worried. We followed the directions to heat all the dishes and when tasted it all .. WOW WOW WOW!!! Four Sisters absolutely amazed me! Everyone had two full plates of the delicious Thanksgiving dinner and there were still left overs. There is not an specific item I loved the most because all dishes were Superb. Highly recommend. ($38 per person Thanksgiving dinner as of November 2020) Dinner included mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, Green Bean Casserole (out if this world), orange cranberry sauce (with whole cranberries), turkey brown and white meat, pecan pie and pumpkin. Huge Kudos to the staff at Four Sisters Catering for this Thanksgiving I am grateful for them because they stand by excellence. read more

My company had a three day training event and we hosted 32 employees. We hired Four Sisters and worked with Nicole. Everything from the original request, to the menu selection, delivery and setup, and food, was nothing short of amazing. EVERYONE raved about the food. We had a variety of dishes from the delicious breakfast casserole, lemon butter chicken, hot sandwiches, and breakfast tacos. If you are hesitant or wondering if you should hire Four Sisters for your event, do not hesitate and have them cater your event. I tried to reach the company multiple times for a catering order and finally got a response three days letter. Somebody recommended them to me but I was disappointed in their customer service. I even left three voicemails and texted the number on the website. I wish they wouldn't have taken as long. They could've at least called and said they were busy and that they would call me at a later time. read more

For our entire married life, plus a few years, I have heard my husband RAVE about a sandwich/pizza shop that used to be in Houston off of Gessner called Yamins. He worked at K-Mart back in the late 70s and he would walk through the parking lot of an auto dealership and go to Yamins frequently. I started googling Yamins to see if I could find out what kind of sandwich it was. My search linked me to Four Sisters Catering in San Antonio. We now live in the San Antonio area! When I started reading, one of the Four Sisters family members had opened the Houston Yamins! As I read the catering menu, 4 Sisters had the Orginal Yamin sandwich on their list of catered foods! So, for his birthday, I was able to order sandwiches that he had RAVED about for 46 years! He enjoyed the heck out of those sandwiches and enjoyed reminiscing! It was sooo special for me to find this gift for him! Nicole (Yamin) even wore one of the Yamin t-shirts just for him! Thank you Nicole and the Four Sisters Catering for making his birthday so special! The sandwiches were just as good as he remembered!! read more

Standoffish & unprofessional. I called to inquire a quote for a holiday party( mind you this is two week notice and party of 24) As I called i was interrupted, cutoff mid sentence she asked me if I could just " pick up the food" myself... Isn't the whole point of catering the part they deliver and setup for YOUR event? After I was told she was too busy just swamped just has bigger events with way more attendees than my "24" she said. It's unfortunate we will not be doing business with Four Sisters for our Medical Board. read more

Months ago, I flew to Texas and met with Tiffiani Yamin of Four Sisters catering among others to consider for my son's welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner and I am so glad I did! I immediately felt that Tiffiani was excited to create a meal and a setting that would reflect my wishes. She was so easy to work with and when one is doing this long distance, that is vital! Yes things go wrong which from what I hear about weddings, is always the case. I ordered wine which, to be clear, was my respondsibility, not Tiffiani"s, and it was sent to the wrong venue. (They delivered the wine but it was very last minute and a bit anxiety producing). The linens were for round tables not rectangular ones but Four Sisters problem solved and moved on making the event spectacular. The only reason I even mention that things can and often do go wrong, is that is exactly when you need to have caterers that fix things seamlessly helping you enjoy the event knowing you are in good hands. The food was awesome! We went with an Italian theme and for mains had both vegetarian and meat lasagna and this was no Stouffer's to be sure! The antipasto appetizers included an artichoke dish that was out of this world! The cannoli and tirsmisu were a perfect ending. But that is not all. Tiffiani and the crew at Four Sisters also put together lovely centerpieces that set the stage for a great event. I want to highly recommend Four Sisters to host whatever event you ae planning.....you will be well taken care of by them for sure! read more

Best decision I made for my yearly Christmas party!! Sister #2 Tiffini took care of my needs from the beginning. Helped with making menu choices, worked with my budget and time restraints, met with us for sampling and final logistics planning. Food was delivered fresh and on time, set up and was ready in time for my 40 guests... and it was SO GOOD! it's like home made for you by a master chef ... all my guests were so impressed and happy with the food.. I don't think any other caterer can come close in San Antonio. Best part My husband and I didn't have to do any work in the kitchen since four sisters took car of appetizers, main dishes plus sides and desserts. Thank you read more

Their quality and diversity is impressive. We have catered many events with Four Sisters. These include our wedding, as well as numerous funerals for close friends and family members. We always get complements on the food. Their Lasagna and Cheesecake are decadent and an amazing combo. But then their Green Enchiladas are, as well. They've catered from 25 to over 400 for us and always nail the food no matter how many portions (which is simply amazing). Thank you Michele for sharing your gift with us through Four Sisters Catering! read more

Is it the heat? We were planning a party for a family member in Texas. Since I was in charge of food, I asked around about which catering company could handle a small house party during the wedding season. EVERYONE said go to 4 Sisters...they'll take care of you! I called the company mid-April and spoke with one of the sisters. On the phone, we discussed everything from the size of the party to suggestions about the menu. I should have picked up on the disdain in her voice when we talked about the size of the party. I told her I would be flying to Texas and we set a date to meet so that we could lock the menu. On the day of our appointment, I showed up excited and ready to plan the menu. Although I arrived early, I didn't think anything of the locked door since their was an employee working in the kitchen. I sat down and waited. After the appointment time came and went and went some more, the employee became concerned. He asked if I was sure I had a meeting (I had & had flown more than 1200 miles to keep it); then called the sister to let her know her appointment was waiting. The employee & I called the sister, and to her credit, she was at the shop in minutes. I don't know why she wasted my time. She should have stayed home or wherever she was, and let me get on to my next appointment. I began explaining the theme, and she froze. Our party was island themed. She stated that she thought we had the menu (the pasta dish she suggested) and that this was not her forte (her website mentioned some of the other dishes that I was interested in), but she would not let me talk. Even her sister (or I think it was her sister) interjected to explain the type of food and spice they could make/use in the menu. (How come I didn't get this sister!). She went online and gave me the name of a restautant that (these are her words) she didn't know about and was in a rougher part of town (I guess I look like I could handle the rougher part of town). She even asked if I use Yelp. (Yep!) I took whatever paper she was shoving at me, and ran from that business! Tip: If your business is overbooked, just say it so I can get on with my life. If not, you end up wasting my valuable time, and I feel even more cheated by your unprofessional conduct! read more

Where do I begin? Working with Four Sisters Catering (Tiffini and Co.), was the best choice I made while planning my wedding. It wasn't like other catering companies, it was a family working for my family to give me not just the best food, but the best experience. They delivered (literally) on-time and under budget the most amazing meal, prepared for my special day. There was no stress and no worry allowed...they took care of it ALL. Preparation, delivery, serving, clean-up...they even prepared plates for me and my new husband to enjoy after the guests had left. Just recently, I had an "emergency" and needed an event catered at my church, totally last minute. I received the same excellent service and another mouth watering meal, again, on-time and under budget. I will ALWAYS use Four Sisters and will spread the word to all my friends and family...THIS COMPANY IS WHO YOU WANT TO USE! LOVE LOVE LOVE FOUR SISTERS! read more

I recently used Four Sisters Catering to provide the food for my husband's 60th birthday. I had seen their online reviews, which were all excellent, so I called Tiffini (Sister #2) and discussed menu options. Mom is the chef, and her culinary roots are from both Lebanon and Louisiana, and the menu choices reflected that. Foodies that we are, I knew I'd found the right caterer. Tiffini was very helpful and reworked the menu for me several times until it felt right. She also found mariachis to come play that evening, which I'd been unable to do, and they were outstanding as well. As luck would have it, Tiffini fell in her kitchen the morning of the party, breaking her foot, and called. She said not to worry, that everything was ready and looked beautiful and she would send her sister Nicole (Sister #3) in her place and would be checking in with her all evening, which she did, broken foot and all. Nicole and Trevor arrived an hour or so before the party and had everything set up before the first guests arrived. They worked quietly behind the scene refilling platters all evening. The food was spectacular; everything was fresh, colorful, and just delicious. It was beautifully presented and it tasted as good as it looked. The kitchen was clean when they left and we enjoyed a few leftovers for the next couple of days. What would undoubtedly have been a stressful evening for me had I not used a caterer ended up being enjoyable and very memorable for all of us. read more
