The food was decent, not to die for, especially for the price. We ordered the veggie pasta with the spicy tomato sauce pizza. We also had a beer and mojito - the latter was not sweet enough for me, personally, while my friend thought they didn't put enough alcohol in her cocktail (watered down). We waited around 40 minutes for a table. Thankfully, they have the option of sending you a text notification when the table is available. I came in with two friends on a Friday night and the place was pretty packed. The server offered to take our number and send a text when a table opened up but we ended up finding spots at the bar in under 5 minutes. The bartender promptly acknowledged us and got our orders going. Making a vegan pizza here can get pretty pricey. I got a personal vegan cheese and mushroom pizza and it was around $18 CA. I'd say the size is about 1 and a half servings which makes it a little better. The vegan cheese was surprisingly good, although the crust was slightly overdone. I get nervous because a lot of vegan cheeses aren't good but it was deliciously melty and I could tell it was not Daiya brand for once. With a few shakes of chili pepper flakes, it was hard not to devour it all in one sitting. I definitely would've gone back if it wasn't so pricey. My friend thought her Hawaiian pizza was just okay and my other friend had wings with some yummy sweet potato fries (that I helped her with!) Good food and good service. My group ordered two pizza's - the Spanakopizza (Basil pesto, spinach, feta, goat cheese, garlic, caramelized cream) and the Hawaiian Five-O which is no different than being called just plain Hawaiian Pizza. Both were an 11-inches so really about 6 slices; the waitress suggested it's a good sized pizza for two people which was true so we split 2 pizza's amongst ourselves. Waitress and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay which was quite accommodating. Too bad the glasses aren't as tall so I had to constantly ask for a water refill till I finally decided to just ask for a pitcher which the waitress then provided. The bathrooms are located downstairs on a lower level but be careful of the steps because some parts of the step (not sure if it's made from a latex) but it pops up so it can be a bit of a challenge if you're wearing high heels and don't notice it beforehand. Overall, not a bad experience but I will say on every wall it seemed there was a TV - I guess not a great idea if you're trying to get away and have some good conversation - may serve as a distraction. Would possibly come back here again but nothing really stood out to me with the menu other than the decor which was strategically made for the area to look like a fire station. read more

Their wings were absolutely perfectly cooked to the point where the moment you bite into the crunchy exterior, the soft meat juice is literally dripping down your fingers. Gotta say, that was some legit awesome pizza. I had The Porker (pulled pork, pineapple, bbq sauce, with a custom addition of hot peppers) and seriously enjoyed it. The crust is thin but not so thin that the pizza just flops on pick-up. The pulled pork itself was tasty enough that I'd imagine a proper Pulled Pork Sandwich would be a safe bet to order here as well. Had a slice of the Roman and it was also tasty. Beer selection had a few adequate craft options including Muskoka Detour and Macleans IPA, although the $9 + tax pints aren't the friendliest price. The main charm for me in coming here, was back patio overlooking the pond makes a lovely getaway from the mayhem that is the front of the place or the mayhem that is Blue Mountain Village. It was the perfect place to start our summertime visit to the Village. We avoided eating in the village because everything is so overpriced and averaging 2-3 stars on Yelp, but this place is a safe bet and I'd return if I ever come back to Blue Mountain. And also a very negative and unnecessarily embarrassing visit on on March 17, 2019. What would end up an Epic Fail all around. Being a regular of Blue Mountain resort for the past 25 years. My friend and I decided to go to Firehall Pizza Co. Located in the Blue Mountain Village. Asking me to join. But not really that hungry. I went in with her to keep her company. Since this was easier than driving into Collingwood. After she was seated. I left, picked up a Vitamin Water from the Chalet. Grabbing a couple of small snacks from the vehicle. I came back to Firehall Pizza Co. Since we were seated in an area near the front of the build. Cramped, barely enough space to pull your chair out. Also making sure not to bump people in surrounding tables. With a lot of kids and young families. So it was exceedingly loud. Barely enough space to remove clothing and gear for the slopes. The server came by, asking if I wanted to order. So in a pleasant manner, I said "no thanks I'm just hydrating and snacking". Grabbing my snacks from my coat. The Firehall Pizza Co server just stood there, staring at me. Odd but not a big deal. My friend, already ordered a burger. When it arrived, the server got the order wrong. Having to send it back, kind of a "wow" moment. Returning 5 min's later with the right order. And the food ended up being just "average". According to my friend, who was just really hungry. Sitting down, minding my own business at Firehall Pizza Co. Snacking and socializing. I was interrupted by "you can't eat that here." Coming from a girl in her 20's that came up behind me. Completely random. Since she did not state her name or position. Quickly walking away. Now irritated, I continued eating. Only to be harassed a second time 2 minutes later. This time stating, "I thought I asked you to stop eating this hear. The (now mini muffins) contain nut allergens and there are harmful to little kids. And I asked you before to stop eating." The Vitamin Water is clearly labelled. And also a non-alcoholic beverage. The food I was eating does not contain nut allergens. Otherwise, I would not be able to eat it myself. Now completely irritated and annoyed. This is just pointless harassment. Since this is a ridiculous excuse. And there are also no signs or notices about outside food in Firehall Pizza Co. And I was ready to lose it on this person. But there was a young family behind me. And another at the table beside ours. So I replied, "I'll leave." While people around our table sat staring. While trying to keep calm. I left peacefully. Thinking, this has to be one of the worst restaurants at Blue Mountain. Also, the most disrespectful experience at a restaurant, EVER!! The pepperoni pizza was no better than a frozen pizza. The wings with dry rub were tasty but couldn't make up for the pizza.

It was a fantastic experience. This place is 3 hours away from where I live and we decided to come here while camping. First time coming here and would definitely come again. I ordered the gladiator burger and onion rings, the price was great, the atmosphere was fun and friendly and I think that it's a clever idea to get a text from the restaurant if you have to wait so that way you are still able to enjoy all the surrounding shops and scenery. Negatives: The burger was slightly charred but other than that, I was very pleased. We asked for 2 tables of 6 and had to wait half an hour, once we got the confirmation text we went back to the restaurant and they said they only have 1 table for 6 when we asked for 2 tables for 6. So we had to wait another 20-30 min to get in. Positives: The service was fast and friendly once we've finally made our way in. I loveeee this restaurant. I can't even count how many times I have been here. The service is consistent and the food is always amazing! The way the outside of the building looks is so cool! It really adds to the experience. I love that they always have on the Olympic or sports events. This is one of my favorite pizzerias. My family and I have been coming to blue mountain for years now every summer and this is one of our staples. We wouldn't dare to come here for a vacation and skip out on the pizza house. I also love how attached to it is Rocky Mountain chocolate factory. Right outside the restaurant, they oftentimes have entertainment and tons of chairs for everybody to sit on. There are also nights where they have movie nights right outside the restaurant. It's surrounded by the mill pond and beautiful fountains. This is a must have if you are up for the weekend enjoying the village at your leisure. This place is so good they do not take reservations!! No matter what day of the week this place is packed. I went here with my mum, sis, and niece... we started with the Arancini (Risotto bites stuffed with cheese, served in pomodoro sauce) which were cooked beautifully. I decided on Jambalaya Fettuccine (Chorizo sausage, shrimp, chicken, red onion & red pepper in a Cajun spiced tomato sauce) which was to die for. I loved the new take on this classic dish. The fact that this was served as a pasta compared to the normal rice dish is the only reason I decided to go for it. I am so happy I did because it was cooked perfectly and the flavours hit all the right spots on my tastebuds! My mum ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (Chicken, baby spinach, mushroom & green onion in a classic creamy alfredo sauce) and had great things to say about it. The portion size from the chef to us was on the generous side... leaving my niece taking home half her pizza and my sis taking home her fires to the burger she ordered. My mum and I finished our pasta with a bit of a struggle so it was good we had a very light breakfast that day. Good range of pizza and pasta dishes including one of my favourites shrimp scampi linguine in a garlic and wine sauce. The pizzas are excellent with a think crust and large choice of toppings. Good for après ski groups. Located in centre of village near Silver Bullet chair lift. The prices are very reasonable unlike most other places in the Blue Mountain village. Came here with my boyfriend last weekend for the first time. It was around lunch time on a Saturday and the place was very full and busy. The decor and feel of the place was pretty cool, they have a few big tvs playing all the sports games. I ordered a burger called the "Gladiator" which had provolone cheese, proscuitto, arugula and bruschetta mix, and substituted the regular fries for sweet potato fries which was an extra 2 dollars, so my meal came out to 18 dollars. Honestly, I was not super impressed. The burger itself was pretty thin and rather greasy, I was expecting a thicker, meatier burger. The patty actually seemed pre-made and not made in-house but I could be wrong. The sweet potato fries were crispy and good. My boyfriend had a margherita pizza, and maybe my standards for pizza are high because of lots of travelling in Italy and eating some really good pizza in Toronto, but we both found it pretty lackluster especially for a place that is supposed to specialize in pizza. The crust was pretty thin but also doughy and dense and kind of chewy. The sauce and cheese were ok. He has a side of sweet potato fries as well and they were really crispy and a large portion. A pretty neat restaurant located at the back center of Blue Mountain Resort. This restaurant features its delicious pizza. What I like most is that all the pizzas are thin-crust. I would say this restaurant is comparable to pizza libretto. My friend and I ordered Hawaiian Five O and Johnny Lombardi. Hawaiian Five O is just the standard hawaiian pizza - nothing special except it has thin-crust. However, Johnny Lombardi has good prosciutto, arugula and with spicy tomato sauce. The spiciness is perfect. The restaurant also cuts and divides the pizza nicely for you. read more

A one star rating because of inconsistent treatment of our party relative to other customers. When we arrived I asked to sit on the patio for 6 people as we had friends with us. The hostess found us a table without shade so I asked if they'd move us to two tables put together - and server response was "we dont do that". But 20 min later they combined tables for two other families - so we just weren't good enough. Our hostess instead said they'd open an umbrella for us. At which point I heard her ask a gentleman with grey hair (another server) for help - his response to her was "why don't they sit inside". Within earshot of us - which doesn't feel great as a customer. When he opened the ubmrella instead of asking us to get up, he opened it up without warning my children so their faces and arms get hit as it sets up. There are many other places in the village that respect customers and want your business. Stayed at Blue Mountain Village for 3 day/2 night and decided to have lunch this past Wednesday. Decor is cute and authentic with fireman wear and equipment for small details. We were tired from a long day of snowboarding and didn't want to cook. We ordered their 11 inch pizza, pitcher of Stella, and salad to share. Portions are great for sharing. Pizza is smaller than Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, and etc. but it's just enough till next run. Cost of food was reasonable, wasn't overly expensive! Our service was great!
