This place should have 5 stars these are the best wings I've ever had. The quality of the meat is top tier and every flavor is delicious. I can't even eat wing stop anymore I've been spoiled by fire wings. read more

WOW WOW WOW!!!! excellent flavors, excellent service, excellent timing, just all around a pleasant experience and I must say.....Wing Stop who!? read more

It was our first and last time. Ordered on line it said it be ready in an hour. Got there 5 minutes before and was told it will be ready in 5 minutes. Waited 25 minutes and ask them about it , was told it's ready, waited 10 more minutes and ask and it was sitting on there table and no one bothered to call my name. And there excuse was we are busy. And wings was just ok. read more

Tried to order online, but the order was cancelled. So, we called in the order. Everything was a disappointment. The chicken was dry. The breading, on the chicken and the apps, was thick and flavorless. We will not be making a return. read more

It was our first time here and we were excited to try their wings. The customer service was so-so. We were told that our wait for our wings would be 35-40 minutes but they were actually done in 20 minutes so the service of our food was quicker than expected. However, both my order of wings and my husbands order of wings and our jalapeño poppers were cold. How is it that our food was ready in 20 minutes but served cold?? Our buddy's food was also cold and his order was finished shortly after ours. I would have rather waited the 40 minutes for hot food than 20 minutes for cold food. We came here because we all wanted to try a new wing place and we were left disappointed. Not sure if I will be back. read more

Wings are great! But has been 2 different ocasiones they have ran out of wings completely! And they don't answer the phone to let you know, they just don't answer. So I drive over to order in person and than tell me they are out of wings and that that's why they didn't answer. This has happened twice! read more

The wait times are ridiculous, I ordered online was quoted a 37 min wait time when I came to pick it up still isn't ready... going on an hour after I ordered. read more

Staff had an attitude when I had been waiting patiently in line. Maybe they were just busy or she had a rough day? Food was okay. Portions were well sized. Do not send anyone else to pickup order except the cardholder!! Even if they have the same last name or even the card with you they won't give you the order! read more

I've been to the fire wings in Manteca about 5 times and all 5 times food quality was amazing. I came here and it was terrible. Fries and wing quality was just bad read more

kids like it , but it's not for me. it's too salty for me. i got the old fashion style, but i'm willing to try it again.

lemon pepper wings are the best ive ever hard, service is great and place is clean.... restroom is clean

NEVER FAILS . Prices did go up tho. In my opinion the the food is well worth the money. Plus the customer service is always great.

Bad customer service! Walked in to place an order and I waited 10 minutes with no one coming out to the counter. I called out to get their attention, but they had the music on too loud for them to hear. Two phone calls came in as I waited and no one ever answered those. Left without placing an order. Not a good way to start!!! read more

Disappointing. Ordered a 10 piece combo, didn't receive full wings. Most of what I received were small hard crumbs with no actual chicken. The bbq wings were swimmings in bbq that it came out of the box and made a mess in the bag. The dragon wings had no flavor and were very oily. Definitely not coming back... read more

This was my first time getting their wings after they had shut down. Got garlic noodles, original buffalo and peanut butter wings. Noodles were good, same as before. The wings, however, were barely sauced, cold and dry. This is a shame, they were better last time. Not even the ranch dressing could rescue these. read more

Just go to manteca & take the drive this place is ridiculous, they run out of wings or there frozen. They will not know when they will get more 45 minute wait If they even have any. I don't understand how you run out of food. read more

Amazing customer service !!! I had got a 20 pack and it beat my expectations.. if you go I'd recommend the salt and pepper wings!! So satisfied with the overall experience I had there!!! read more

although the wings are good, the wait is ridiculous. i ordered online, it said it would be a 40-45 min wait, i went to the store 10 minutes after the wait time and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes.... i did not have a large order either so these wings are not that good to be waiting over an HOUR for.... also i had a little undercooked wing in my batch.... i do NOT recommend, just go to buffalo wild wings or wing stop honestly. read more

Wings were disgusting and drenched in oil. Completely inedible, threw them away on the spot. Called later to complain due to having little ones with me, didn't want to make a scene. Manager said thru her employee I could receive a refund only if I brought the wings in, stated technically you have them since they were in your trash can in the lobby. Said there was nothing the could do since they were in the trash. Not true but okay. This location sucks and employees A and J made it worst! read more

I've been here twice and service has been great. I didn't have to wait so long and the cashiers are friendly. I like that they have a lot of flavors to choose from. I typically order the same flavors (garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper) where ever I go that serves wings. Although they are good, I find that wing stop is a bit more flavorful when it comes to those two flavors. I really enjoyed the Saigon wings, they were very tasteful and delicious. I would definitely come back to try all the other flavors. read more

this place I finally tried ... will never go there again until they buy new wings from another company period!!!! wings need to be evenly not one good wing and rest boney waste of money only thing good there are the fries, but order was cold they need to make fresh hot fries when folks order not cook all at once n let them sit there. they made them right after i asked for hot fries. this place a potential for good music and eats but whoever runs this place lacking big time!!! such a nice building have tv's for sports they need drinks specials on good days they will compete with bookies and other local bars. but until then no stars until they switch up who they buy wings from!!!! current ones are trash!!!! read more

I can't believe how chaotic it is here. It was my first time going and there were a few messed up orders or people waiting for an order they never even started. It was really awkward to witness and the employees not knowing how to handle it. Customer service was awful. Went in to pick up my food since I got the text it was ready and the workers were just standing talking to each other and didn't ask if we needed help or anything. But food was good so I'm rating it a 2. read more

Did an online order here. Process was easy & smooth. At the end of my payment it told me my order would be ready for pickup at 12:16pm. I got there just at that time. When I walked in there were two employees at the register. I stood for 1 minute there and finally the girl said "will be with you in just a second" after waiting 2-3 minutes and not being helped another employee came to take my order, and I mentioned I have an online pickup. She checked on my order and said she'll let me know once it's ready. 5 minutes later I got a text. I did the 8pc combo, I got the original buffalo & sriracha flavor. I paid extra for more sauce on my wings and upgraded to garlic fries. After I left I realized the girl forgot to even offer me my drink. My wings were SO DRY, the sauces didn't even have any kick to them spice wise.. between my two flavors there was no sticker or label indicating which was what. My garlic fries were soggy and SO oily! I have never had garlic fries so oily like this before. I've had many better wings elsewhere. Won't be returning. Note to management: you're a new spot in town, make sure when guests walk-in employees warmly welcome them and guide them through the menu. read more

Wings are good they have a variety of flavors. However the 3 times I've ordered I've waited an hour minimum for my food to be ready. The last time it was an hour and a half read more

Terrible management. Very rude and impatient with customers. The most bland tasting wings I've ever had at a pretty high price. 1 out of 5 stars and that's just me being generous. If I could give them a 0 I defiantly would. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

Food is pretty good but the music they play inside the restaurant is horrible. Inappropriate for a family environment. Get your food to go!

1st time here.food good but service need a lot of help.long line with 1 person taking orders.

Horrible customer service and food is never consistent. Also always have to check my bag and ask for my cups for my drinks because they don't give them to me. Very tired of the bad service definitely won't be spending anymore money here. read more

This place needs improvement when expediting the order. They forgot our drinks when ordering combo meals. 2 at that! They tell you an hour call you earlier than stated then the food is cold. No bueno. I dont know if I'll go back. read more

Wings just ordered seem old and tainted. At first I thought it's the way spice are made but they are actually bad. Tried calling their number and no one is picking up the calls. I lived pretty far to return. this will be the last time I buy food from there. read more

Wings were incredible. Garlic and Parmesan cheese was my favorite but they are all delicious.

It's ok.. I usually go to the one in Alameda. Their garlic noodles don't taste the same. But hey, not a bad quick food pick up joint.

My son bought a basket of Fire wings a couple weeks ago. They were the worst wings I have eve tasted. I questioned whether they were chicken wings because some were so large and the bones were black. Horrible and will never go there again read more

This is the newest and best wing spot in town! 10/10 recommended! The wings are cooked perfectly and the regular fries are salty and delicious! Also, Zoe is the best worker there. It helps that she's a cutie too! read more

The place was empty and the girl who takes orders was very unfriendly. Decided to leave before we placed an order.

Out of all the Fire Wings locations this place is THE WORST!!! They're never available on the website locations like they don't even exist and they usually over cook the boneless wings every time. You also still have to wear a mask to pick up your food read more

Worst wings I've ever had! All the rubs and sauces We're just sprinkled or drizzle on after deep frying. I ordered 15 wings with three different flavors. All of the wings were severely overcooked, dry and tasteless! The stuffed jalapeños were terrible! And the ranch dipping sauce was the worst I've ever had! This restaurant will not last much longer unless they change dramatically! I for One will not be dining there again read more

Unable to order online.. many many many time . Settle for wings stop and Buffalo wings

Was excited to see that Fire Wings was opening in Modesto as I have eatten and happy with the location in San Mateo...Ordered a 40 piece set. Was very disappointed with Modesto location. Waited close to an hour for order. Girl working cashier said she would call when order was ready. She said order would take about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting did not get any call so decided to go back in after 50 minutes. The order was already done! The taste of the wings were terrible. Wings were so soggy and way over sauced. Had to pretty much throw away half the order. Modesto location needs to work on serving time and not over saucing or spicing the wings. Girls working the counter need better training as well. read more
