Bad customer service! Walked in to place an order and I waited 10 minutes with no one coming out to the counter. Disappointing. Ordered a 10 piece combo, didn't receive full wings. Most of what I received were small hard crumbs with no actual chicken. This was my first time getting their wings after they had shut down. Got garlic noodles, original buffalo and peanut butter wings. Noodles were good, same as before. The wings, however, were barely sauced, cold and dry. This is a shame, they were better last time. Not even the ranch dressing could rescue these. read more

Did an online order here. Process was easy & smooth. At the end of my payment it told me my order would be ready for pickup at 12:16pm. I got there just at that time. When I walked in there were two employees at the register. I stood for 1 minute there and finally the girl said "will be with you in just a second" after waiting 2-3 minutes and not being helped another employee came to take my order, and I mentioned I have an online pickup. She checked on my order and said she'll let me know once it's ready. 5 minutes later I got a text. I did the 8pc combo, I got the original buffalo & sriracha flavor. I paid extra for more sauce on my wings and upgraded to garlic fries. After I left I realized the girl forgot to even offer me my drink. My wings were SO DRY, the sauces didn't even have any kick to them spice wise.. between my two flavors there was no sticker or label indicating which was what. My garlic fries were soggy and SO oily! I have never had garlic fries so oily like this before. I've had many better wings elsewhere. Won't be returning. Note to management: you're a new spot in town, make sure when guests walk-in employees warmly welcome them and guide them through the menu. read more

I've been here twice and service has been great. I didn't have to wait so long and the cashiers are friendly. I like that they have a lot of flavors to choose from. I typically order the same flavors (garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper) where ever I go that serves wings. Although they are good, I find that wing stop is a bit more flavorful when it comes to those two flavors. I really enjoyed the Saigon wings, they were very tasteful and delicious. Worst wings I've ever had! All the rubs and sauces We're just sprinkled or drizzle on after deep frying. I ordered 15 wings with three different flavors. Was excited to see that Fire Wings was opening in Modesto as I have eatten and happy with the location in San Mateo...Ordered a 40 piece set. Was very disappointed with Modesto location. Waited close to an hour for order. Girl working cashier said she would call when order was ready. She said order would take about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting did not get any call so decided to go back in after 50 minutes. The order was already done! The taste of the wings were terrible. Wings were so soggy and way over sauced. Had to pretty much throw away half the order. Modesto location needs to work on serving time and not over saucing or spicing the wings. I don't who they have cooking back there or who their wing vendor is... but, they need to fix that! And fix it FAST!! Their bone in wings are SKINNY & SCRONNY!! Boneless Wings seemed to have a weird texture to them. I suppose a good way to put it is soft breading, dense chicken. Flavors were good though. We loved our dinner from Fire Wings! We got a family meal which was very reasonably priced. Four adults and a toddler with lots of leftovers. We got our wings extra crispy and the chicken was still moist. We loved the variety of flavors. The peanut butter sauce was a favorite and the malaysian curry rub was tasty.
