Service was absolutey terrible. Employees were standing around doing nothing. At least 4 people had problems with their order while I was there. All the employees seemed confused. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food was good. read more

Boneless Wings seemed to have a weird texture to them. I suppose a good way to put it is soft breading, dense chicken. Flavors were good though. I also got the garlic noodles, which were very basic and, while somewhat tasty, I'd never get it again. It was greasy but dry. Noodles were al dente, though, which is good. Service was pleasant. Overall a nice experience for just one time. read more

We loved our dinner from Fire Wings! We got a family meal which was very reasonably priced. Four adults and a toddler with lots of leftovers. We got our wings extra crispy and the chicken was still moist. We loved the variety of flavors. The peanut butter sauce was a favorite and the malaysian curry rub was tasty. The fries and garlic noodles were great too! Online ordering was easy and the service was fast, friendly, and safe. We will definitely be back. read more

Enjoyed my visit, it was my first time coming. The manager serviced me and my friends and it was the best service. We weren't sure which flavors to try and she was so sweet and let us test try all the flavors :)!! We will definitely be back !! Thank you ! read more

Best customer service. Very welcoming. It is a new restaurant so we should understand they are under a lot of pressure.

The service here is great, but the food isn't as good compared to the one in Manteca. The flaw in this place is the food is always cold. I would recommend going to the one in Manteca it never lets you down. read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews especially during troubling times however the quality for the price is not worth it!! Not to mention the wait time at 2pm was 35-40 min. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and the chicken was so dry and over cooked, drenched in mayo and soggy lettuce! They forgot my coleslaw which was a dollar up charge instead of fries which is ridiculous! I asked for an additional side of ranch and they charged me 54 cents?! If your looking for a decent chicken sandwich you better off going to Wendy's! I will not be returning to this place unfortunately! read more

Horrible service. Takes so long just to receive a small amount of food, staff is seriously inexperienced, orders placed after yours are made first and you are constantly being told your food will be ready in 10 minutes every 20 minutes. I'd rather just go to wing stop. read more

If I could I would this place no stars at all . It's Filthy , I should of known better when I walked up to the door the doors were Disgusting the floor at the door was covered with spilled sodas, It was all dried up so it had been there a while, very sticky to my feet. I saw an employee in the bathroom and told her that my shoes were sticky just walking into this building she said oh yes that happens a lot. Inside the building all the floor is sticky. I've never been to such a disgusting place to eat, should've left. The food we bought wasn't even Edible. The fries were cold and old The wings or thick with crust you couldn't even eat them, Everything we bought there went into the trash. I would've taken it all back but we had gotten back on the freeway we're not from Modesto. I don't see how this place is even open for business. Everything there is very Greasy even the take out boxes had grease all over the lid. Fries were extremely greasy. read more

If you come here plan on waiting for a long time. Nothing is running smoothly here and it shows. People have been waiting 30 minutes past their pick up time. I don't see this place lasting very long if this keeps up. read more

Order is never correct, I've been screwed around not once by this company but 3 times straight, you definitely will be missing items in your bag that of course you have paid for because sauces are not complimentary, management is extremely rude when trying to retrieve items that's already been paid for, i ordered a 80pc family pack and was missing pretty much half my order along with sauces that i paid a high price for. Save yourself the headache!. I've purchased from Manteca location many times and it was a breeze no issues, but this branch has no regard to what you order what so ever, and when you want to retrieve what you paid for they straight deny you saying they wont give it to you, if you order here check your bag before you leave and make sure its correct because they have a bunch of idiots running this place just FYI. read more

Ordered my food online for pick up through DoorDash, I arrived on time and saw that through the app it had said my food was ready. I asked the employees and they said it would be another ten minutes, I waited for about 20 minutes waiting for them to call my name, but after that time I proceeded to go back up to the counter and ask again if it was ready. They once again told me it would be ten more minutes. I waited the ten minutes and then asked again and the same thing happened. In the end the food was served 50 minutes after it was supposedly ready. The food was not worth the wait and I would not come back or recommend to come here to anyone. read more

food was good, service is absolutely t e r r i b l e. While waiting to order they messed others orders, my order was fine but experiencing the terrible service before me was super awkward. One girl was standing just talking to her coworkers while i waited to received my order that was ready read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I placed an order at 8:30pm and I was notified that my order was ready for pickup at roughly 8:40pm. When I arrived at around 8:56 or so, I walked up to the door and the doors were locked closed. After standing outside waiting for a staff member to notice me for 10 minutes I gave up and left. I then called the store a few days later and was told that I was going to be on hold for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I'm told that it'll be another 5 minutes to speak to a manager. At this point I was so frustrated with being on hold for so long I decided to go into the restaurant. When I arrived, I was told that they were "too busy to deal with my issue" which is RIDICULOUS and on top of that, they mentioned that they would give me a call when the store wasn't as busy. It has now been 3 days since I visited the store in person and 11 days since I placed my order and never received it. read more

My coworkers and I decided to try this place since it was new and we love wings. Put in my mobile order and was told I had to get it approved so I called ahead of time and they told me when the order would be ready. My coworker went to go pick up the food and they still hadn't opened. When she did she was the first ticket. She stood there waiting while everyone else got their orders. After 45 minutes, she went and asked where the order was and they had no clue and said it would be out soon. My coworker just got our money back and left because they took up all her lunch. Our office isn't big, we only have 4 people and we ordered 40 wings, it's a sizable order but not one to take over an hour to make. I called back to try and speak to the manager or to get corporate's number and was told to fill out a complaint form online. After seeing the other reviews I realized this is an ongoing issue with this location. I will not be going here and if I really want to try their food I'll just go to the Manteca location instead. read more
