I ordered online and arrived at the pickup time. I signed my receipt and waited for 30 minutes while people came picked up their online orders and left. I watched a group come in place their order in the store and receive their food. That is when I walked to the counter to ask about my order. I overheard the cashier ask the cook how much longer for the order that was messed up. I was told it would be another 7 minutes or so. I know things happen but the fact that they did not tell me anything or acknowledge my long wait. So I asked for a refund and left. Disappointed I never even tasted the food so I can not comment on the quality. I was extremely disappointed in the service. read more

Absolutely a great time. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient as my family of 4 had the tough decision of what to order. Thankfully we pulled it together, got out order in and had a seat. The dining area was very clean, as were the restrooms and tables. The bar wasn't nearly as filled as should have been for a Sat evening, but thankfulky it picked up as we were boxing our food. The food was amazing! I order an 8 piece meal, dragon and Louisiana flavors with seasoned fries. The portions were very large! I had 3 meals out of it, and each time I went back it made me look forward to the next time I dine in. read more

My husband and I are obsessed with this place. Yes you have to wait long sometimes but it's worth it! Order the Cali rub extra crispy! Soooo good! read more

Wings are tiny. They taste ok but they are so much smaller than the ones that other Wing restaurants use. I had high hopes but the value isn't there IMO. read more

Wings were great!!! They were super crunchy, and the saucy ones weren't over sauced. The wings are worth the wait. Don't expect wings to be ready in 5 minutes, they take time but are so tasty. Comes with plenty of sauce. I highly recommend the thai wings!!! Personally my favorite. The people up front were nice and helpful. Highly recommend. read more

Visited a few months ago. It was a rough experience. It appears to be under new management. Great food, friendly staff, and a good value.

Ordered through Door Dash, worst wings ever. I did not know Buffalo Wild Wings could taste better than these. Took over an hour, lacked flavor, the fries were cold and soggy like they had been sitting in the box for a long time. Also super duper expensive!! You can get more food at Wingstop for a lot less and the food is ALWAYS delicious. Save your money and go with Wingstop! read more

Our first time at Fire Wings. The food was delicious and great service. Madison was very informative of the menu and the sauces to chose from. She suggested the Malaysian Curry and wow!! It was delicious. Thank you Madison for making our first trip a great one and we hope to see you again. read more

All I can say is that most of the reviews with 1 star make no sense. When I came to this establishment I found the people inside to be very nice. The place was clean. And the food was great. Wings where piping hot and not cold. Fries where crispy and delightful. As for the wait time is quite fast. About 15 min and my food was ready. Overall great experience. read more

I'm not sure what is going on with this restaurant but both my husband and I went last night and ordered wings. When I took a bite into the chicken it was completely frozen. It was so gross. I told them what had happened and they brought out new chicken. I then ate one and the inside was cold. I could not eat anymore. There was a gentleman that came up to our table and stated he was a manager from the corporate office and heard my complaint. He asked me if he could make 5 new wings. I said no thank you at this point they've Made it twice and it was still frozen. He also explained to us that this certain location is under new management and has had several issues. Then he walked away. I will never eat here again. I will definitely spread the word. read more

Food was awesome! I had a good experience here considering its covid time (i would have prefered to dine in but obviously that's out of the question). I ordered the 10 piece combo with salt and pepper and cali rub qnd boy the flavors were good. It was surprisingly still crispy when i got home which was a plus. Keep up the good work and you will have me as a regular! read more

UPDATE: We visited Fire Wings a few weeks back when they first opened. The service we received was far from good. They took a long time to attend us, and when we received our order, it was cold and not satisfying at all. We returned to give it one more try yesterday. The food and service we received was beyond exceptional! The food was fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly. Our order was set to be picked up at 6pm. We walked in and our order was ready on time. Fire wings is now our new wing spot and will highly recommend this to everyone that asks for wings! read more

The wings are delicious with more flavors than wing stop. I can't wait until until Covid19 is over so I can eat in the restaurant while a good sport game is going on read more

I was a HUGE fan of this place. But I will no longer be returning because of the same issue I have with them almost every time. I always order my wings extra wet and it's an extra charge for that. 99% of the time they don't come wet! They are dry or oily. I contacted the manager and he gave me store credit which was really nice. I went in to use the store credit, asked for my wings extra wet once again and they were dry!!!!! I even asked the girl who took my order, if she can make sure they're extra wet. She said yes but apparently didn't relay the message! They lost my business for sure!! read more

I'll have to say the food is good. But man the costumer service sucks. I mean the servers always get something wrong. The food comes out cold & tbh it's not the cooks fault because they will place it to go out and the servers are half of the time talking and laughing with each other and then realize the food is there and bring it cold. They need more servers and experience. Always make sure you get what you ordered this is the second time I ask for all drums and I pay extra for it and they don't give it to me. Then I have to wait another 20 min. I give it a 3 star because the wings are good but the service oh god. read more

Large portions is a plus. Chicken was extra extra crispy. And online menu is different that the in store menu apparently. Not a fan of pickles read more

They reopened the restaurant and still selling raw wings like do they not have timers there to see how long the wings cook??

Wasn't all that as I expected I wanted to see what the hype was about! The Mango habenero tasted like Wing Stop and the Dire flavor really wasn't that spicy at all. But the fries were really yummy and crunchy that I liked ALSO I ordered over the phone so they made it good timing I can give them that! But I won't be ordering anytime soon from them. Service and workers there was nice overall. read more

I really wanted to like this place . I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was burnt, and old . The cheese wasn't melted but the chicken wouldn't come apart from the cold skin. Fries were cold . Food isn't fresh at all read more

I hope fire wings is keeping tabs on their yelp reviews. For being such a NEWLY opened restaurant, they should be serving high quality food. Unfortunately that is NOT the case here. I don't who they have cooking back there or who their wing vendor is... but, they need to fix that! And fix it FAST!! Their bone in wings are SKINNY & SCRONNY!! And OVER cooked, they are SO STALE AND HARD, not crunchy.... if that's what your thinking!! I could barely nibble on a wing and had to throw away the rest.. SO DISAPPOINTED. The only thing I liked was their seasoned fries. read more

I do not appreciate them forwarding my calls. I tried to place a phone order and no where does it say online that you guys stop taking phone orders at 8pm. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received. The girl that answered the phone acknowledged that I was calling and told me "yes I was forwarding your calls." I was not very happy to hear that as a customer. And I was not able to order online either. I would come often but I don't think I'll be returning for a while now. I'm overall very disappointed. read more

My favorite wing spot. I love the flavors always a delicious meal when I come here. And $3 beers M-TH perfect spot for some wings.

I'm starting this review by saying the food was amazing. I am giving this a three out of five stars because during enjoying my food I bit into a mouthful of raw hard fries. Will be getting the wings again not the fries. read more

Small wings. Wing Stop a lot better, and at the better price. Ask for extra sauce, and didn't get it.

The staff was rude. We had never been there and they did not try to suggest anything. Also it was disgusting in the restaurant. The floor was sticky to walk on and every table was dirty. The sauces were just dumped on and made a weird texture when you bite in them. Save your money, go to the wings and things in the Raley's plaza on Roselle. read more

To start off, I wanted to mention that I had been going to Firewings for a while now to their location in Manteca and I had nothing but good experiences and the food is very good. Then when I heard they were getting a location in Modesto I was excited because I wouldn't be having to drive all the way to Manteca. Anyways I went the next week after opening and I ordered my food at 4:15 and didn't get it until 5:30 approximately(I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and 5 wing) . At that time i was already pretty upset as I was very hungry after work. My friend had already gotten his food and ate it so I ate alone otherwise his food would've been cold. Food was good but I was already very upset and not so hungry. Two weeks later approximately I went again with my family and this time we ordered 5 chicken sandwiches and 15 wings, once again it took a very long time and this time it was more understandable but still. My little sister had to eat McDonald's on the side. Overall: Good Food, horrible time management but I hope they get better(: read more

This is a shame because if done corre c tly the wongs are delicious but it just seems like they cant get it together and get everything right in 1 order. The first time the gave me the wrong flavors, ive been overcharged, forgetten items i paid for and ordered, and this isnt the first time ive had this issue with there garlic fries, because like i said if they did it correctly they are delicious but they either dont drain the fries out the fryer or are trying tl give my high cholesterol but either way my fries should not be floating in an inch and a half of grease. Unedible and disgusting. Not to mention there customer service when you call to tell them, that if they even answer the phone, his pretty disrespectful. You call with an issue that they ruined your dinner and they act like your bothering them and dont really care. Anyways if they fired the entire staff and rehired capable humans with a hugh school diploma then this would be a really really good wing place but cause they have people who have no business having a job not only working there but there management then this company will remain struggling. Hope you figure it out and i can change this review but untill then. 1 star. read more

Give Fire Wings a try...you will be pleasantly surprised. We usually order BWWs or Wing Stop, however, after tonight, I am a Fire Wings fan. Their bone in wings are fried perfectly, sauced generously and very tasty. I had the Korean Kick and Asian Zing...both were delish. The mac n cheese was cheesy and just the right portion. Their boneless wings had delicious breading-crispy yet tender meat, not dry. The garlic parmesan was as if you would have made it at home. The chicken tenders were larger than most other restaurants and the bbq sauce was sweet and tangy. The only reason why we didn't give it 5 stars was beacuse the fries were cold. We only live about 5 minutes from the restaurant, so they didn't cool off that much on the ride home. We would probably not order the buffalo fries again. But overall, this will be our new wing spot. Online ordering is easy, they text you when your order is ready for pickup and the server at the register was friendly and conscientious. read more

I literally had Buffalo Wild Wings last night which were very good with amazing sauces and flavors. I wanted to give Fire wings another shot to match Buffalo's quality. It wasn't even close! Fire wings sauces are basic as it gets. The Fire wing isn't even hot! The only thing I like is the garlic noodles. I will not go here again. I'd rather drive to Buffalo Wild Wings smh. read more

The prevailing theme about this particular restaurant within the Yelp comment section is that the food can sometimes be good if you're lucky, but most times, it's bad and the customer service you receive will be completely unacceptable. Also, the wait times will make you think twice about coming here. What a shame. read more

Ordered through door dash. Buffalo were by far my favorite for to-go. Seasoned fries were good still crispy. Also got the Saigon and Korean flavors for wings. Very flavorful, I'm sure they would be even better in restaurant. I will order the buffalo wings to-go again for sure. read more

Fire service at 8:39. Respect and quality w/ explorational taste. 40pc sides n drink !

I ordered a 20 piece pack of bone-in wings on 8/22 around 7:30pm. 10 lemon pepper and 10 stampede. Ordered was prepared wrong and I received all boneless wings. Called in so they could get started on the correct order and I was put on hold. After 14 minutes I drove to the restaurant while still on hold and saw the cashier was just lounging around. There was no line, customers, or any other reason for being put on hold to correct an order that was prepared incorrectly. read more

I ordered the family 20pk which comes with 3 flavors and an order of fries. I went with upgrading our fries to the garlic noodles, it was a good call! You can tell they cook their garlic before from every bite you can really taste it. The flavors I got were lemon pepper(my personal favorite), buffalo, and dragon. There were so much flavors, we're going to come back to try them next time! The wait wasn't too bad for a Friday night, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait but got my food in less than 20 minutes. They all seem to know what they were doing. read more
