The food was great! Ordered a 20 piece, fries, garlic Parmesan tater tots, and mac and cheese. The only bad thing was that my Mac and cheese was cold. Other than that we enjoyed the rest of the food. read more

Food is good and the people I have dealt with were fine, but twice I've ordered off a food delivery service and were missing an item. Got credit with the food delivery service, but would rather have had the order (for my staff at work) correct read more

Like the previous reviews have stated, long long long wait times. Got here at 11:10, and ordered a 10 wing combo at 11:18. Did not receive it until 11:55. As for food, it was decent. Friendly staff, but they definitely need to work on their time management. read more

The lemon pepper wings had a funky smell like the chicken was already bad before being cooked. I had to throw them out. What a waste. We paid for cheese fries and didn't get any cheese. The ranch tasted watered down. The best part of the meal were the breadsticks which is really sad. Never going here again. read more

We are new customers of FireWings. We have been coming on Monday nights for football. Their specials for boneless wings and beer are fantastic. We always enjoy our Wings. I am not a fan of the dry rubs because they are a bit thick, and the seasoned fries I would avoid. Marie and Lisa could write the training manual for customer service. They are excellent. Even when it gets busy, they are smiling and doing a great job. The restaurant is always very clean. read more

Super dry wings and slow service even though it was empty when I went in, but super bomb noodles. So 3 stars.

This restaurant is very good. I think better than WingStop. They are very quick with your order...especially when you call ahead of time. I will definitely be coming here more often during lunchtime. read more

We visit this place very often the staff is always great, the restaurant is always so clean. We visited tonight, my husband, myself and two kids....Curtis was so great! He saw there was quite a bit of people in line, he stopped what he was doing and came over and helped to get the line down. His customer service was some of the best I've experienced. He brought us our food and pointed us in the direction of forks and napkins and said to please let him know if we needed anything. He's young and has more professionalism then a lot of adults Ive encountered. I watched him bag orders, take orders, bus tables and still ask how people were doing and if they needed anything. Thanks fire wings for employing a great guy! read more

great wings so many good flavors thai chili and salt pepper favs. Bomb sides try garlic noodle or garlic fry read more

Fire Wings - French fries, VEGGIE STICKS, peking wings, garlic Parmesan, wings, and Buffalo wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Modesto, California

The wings have greatly improved since my initial review and the service has been amazing every time I've come here.

See recently moved to the area and have the place a try.. mixed feelings. The service was very good- all who we encountered were very nice and friendly. When we got home to try our food, we were disappointed. The wings were very dry and the garlic fries were full of Parmesan cheese and no garlic :/ will try giving it another shot hoping the food was just off that day read more

This is hands down one of the best Wing places I've been to. Been coming here before they opened in Modesto. Better service/prices than BWW too. read more

Great wings, delicious flavor. A little on the small side, but still love them. The garlic noodles are bomb!

Disgusting chicken sandwich. Burnt to a crisp, chicken looked discolored, old and rubbery. Was completely inedible. What a waste of money.

Terrible service, they look short staffed, nobody manning the bar, when I order the combo of six wings they shorted me one wing and the fries were cold. My wings were mostly bones, I did notice other tables had much meatier wings so maybe I got a bad batch but I still didn't even get six wings. Won't be coming back here. Not worth the money and had to stop to get food on the way home cuz I wasn't about to order another meal there and I was obviously still hungry after picking what meat I could get of off the bones. Staff was kind !! They just needed help. read more

Fire Wings - Where tf is the meat? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Modesto, California

Great variety and very timely service. Always ready quickly. Wish you had a good coleslaw.

Carryout is consistently a miss. Seems like they just don't care when customers order carryouts. Paid extra to have my chicken wet and sticky, but got the opposite. In comparison, the carrots I got had more sauce on it. Also, mac n cheese bowl had cheese all over half the rim. A clear sign that workers used the bowl to scoope the mac. I will continue to order here because Wingstop wait times are too long, especially during football season. 2 stars because the flavors are promising, but 1 star for the service. read more

Obsessed with there whole menu. A lot of flavors to choose from for your wings. Hands down the cleanest wing spot in Modesto. You will not be disappointed.! read more

It is very unfortunate that one of the young girls at this location has ensured I will never return. Despite the negative reviews, I convinced my family to try them out. 1 star only because the wings are tasty and many different flavors, but definitely not worth the treatment we endured. She rolled her eyes and begrudgingly wiped a table for us to sit at, accidentally sprayed someone in my party with disinfectant and didn't acknowledge it at all, then was going to leave prior patron's drinks on our table until I asked if she would remove them as they were not ours. That threw her over the edge, she rolled her eyes, grabbed them and wiped the rest of the table. When she brought our food, she put plates on our table and walked away in silence with obvious upset. Absolutely appalling service. I will never feel welcome at this place. read more

Been coming here a lot for their food. It's probably the best wings in town, but they have shit service. I ordered online and I ordered a red bull. When I came in, they said they didn't have red bull and they said nothing else. I took the initiative of looking at the receipt to see if they charged me... and they did. Why charge for something they don't have. The lady could have said they didn't have it and refunded me there. Like I said, good food, but shitty service. read more

This was place was super nice! Me and my brother came here on a whim and it was the best choice! They have really nice staff members, a huge indoor seating area with a lovely well maintained bar as well! The saigon wings were amazing if you like fish sauce! (vietnamese style wings) and also their thai wings were amazing! When I drive back up to Modesto they will definitely be seeing me again! read more

Don't waste your time!! I went in here with my family a total of 4 of us walked in at 5:30. We stood there waiting to order and no one would serve us. We waited for 10-15 minutes trying to decide. My father announce "we are ready to order" not one person acknowledged us. The people working here don't want to work and are very rude!! Just go to wingstop, BWW or make your own and don't even both with this place!! If I could give negative stars I would!! read more

I've ordered the Nashville hot sandwich here multiple times and I Ordered the Nashville sandwich today and didn't taste like it at all. I brought the sandwich back and told her this doesn't taste or smell like it and she told me there's nothing they can do about it since I already took a bite. Horrible management. And they kept insisting it WAS the right sandwich. Update: They wouldn't allow me to get a refund or remake the sandwich for me but said they'd charge me 50% off to buy another one. Me hoping they'd get it right this time did and it's the same wrong sandwich. Here's the picture of the sandwich, it's just like the first sandwich they made me. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I ordered "The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich" Nashville sauce isn't this thick and it doesn't taste like this. read more

This place to me is top notch. Even though they do slip up on somethings, for instance slightly overcook the wings..I am still like who cares? Food is food. Just because it happens once doesn't mean its going to happen every time you eat there. Every other time the wings are delicious, especially the garlic parmesan wings. We get our food ordered from Doordash and it still comes piping hot! Definitely enjoy this place and will always recommend their wings to everyone. read more

Great wings, terrible customer service. Staff is full of inattentive teenage girls that talk to each other more than the customers. Zero communication. read more

My husband and I went to wild Fire Public house for a Saturday date night. We had the best time, Liz our waitress was wonderful. Liz was super knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She never made us feel rushed when she brought the check. The food and drinks we really good and everything came out so fast. We will be back. read more

I've seen multiple negative reviews about this restaurant and still decided to check it out for myself. I didn't go once though...I went 3 times...in one week. Now you might think I did this to write a review...nope. I did this because the food was AMAZING! The service was AMAZING and it was so amazing I went back for my third day on Father's Day with my family and you would think the 6 people would throw them off...but no. I see you, Fire Wings...and I shall return for my Bone in Salt and Pepper that I can't get any place else. Oh, and to the people that said the fries were too oily, buttery, or whatever...my garlic fries were insanely good. Not anything like the dry powdered fries I get from Wing Stop. read more

Haven't been here for a while and I told the girl taking my order how excited I was to get some peanut butter wings because they're my favorite. Ordered a combo of stampede and peanut butter and got all stampede and some with peanuts topped off. I head the girl tell the cooks that I had ordered regular fries And not season so they switched those out I'm guessing they didn't make my peanut wings and thought I wouldn't notice by just topping them off with some nuts. I know the flavor because that's all I ever get from here. Here's a picture from a review of 4 months ago with the wings they gave me today. Tossed in stampede topped with peanuts read more

Came here when we were craving wings and we first went to Buffalo Wild Wings, but when we got there we were told they were Out of boneless wings and low on bone in!! We left and found Fire Wings, SO Glad we did!! They had plenty of Wings and were Delicious !! Flavors were great! Staff extremely friendly, clean and plenty of room!! Beer on tap snd TV's too! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings!! Our new "go to place " for us and our family!! read more

This place has gone downhill and I will never return! My husband went to pick up our order and it wasn't even edible. All of our wings were over cooked, rubbery, and salty as hell. The fries were also rubber like and we obviously under the light forever or cooked two times. The 2nd order of plain fries had hot sauce, something white, and seasoning on them when we opened them. After trying to call multiple times in efforts of having our order remade we couldn't get beyond an automated voicemail box, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. 70.00 down the drain on a meal we can NOT eat. Avoid this spot and the disappointment! read more

Wanted to try this place out. So i did and won't be back. Spent $60 on wings and fries for the family. I've never been disappointed here. The Cali rub is soooo good plus they just added tender sliders and tender toasts

I ordered online and arrived at the pickup time. I signed my receipt and waited for 30 minutes while people came picked up their online orders and left. I watched a group come in place their order in the store and receive their food. That is when I walked to the counter to ask about my order. I overheard the cashier ask the cook how much longer for the order that was messed up. I was told it would be another 7 minutes or so. I know things happen but the fact that they did not tell me anything or acknowledge my long wait. So I asked for a refund and left. Disappointed I never even tasted the food so I can not comment on the quality. I was extremely disappointed in the service. read more
