I have struggled extensively as to how to word this review, my honest opinion follows. 1. Service: 3.5 stars -- the staff at the registers are friendly but they do hurry you along. They will bring your order to the table but expect you to clear your table after you eat. Yet, the staff expects a tip of 15 to 18 percent. I saw this place while I was on my way home, so I decided to stop in and try it because I love a good wing place. Walking in, it looked solid, a lot of flavors, a bar, and a place for you to sit. I ended up getting a ten piece with seasons fries and added an extra five wings - so a total of fifteen wings and fries. This place is pricey. It seems like all the wing places are like that, but almost 20 dollars for a ten piece combo is crazy! And 6.99 for an extra 5 wings. It took a while for the wings to finish up, so I'd advise you to order ahead, but I didn't mind the wait too much. It's probably about 15 to 20 minutes. When I got my food, I started with the fries. They were supposed to be seasoned fries, but in no way were they seasoned. Just seemed to be cooked a little longer. Either way, I couldn't finish them. My three wing flavors I got were Louisiana rub, Jamaican jerk, and Saigon Street. All three were solid, but my favorite was the jamaincan jerk. Saigon Street had a nice crisp to them, but kinda sweet, I'd prefer a little more heat to balance it, though. And the Louisiana Rub was not bad. To start I love the food here. The wings are better than most places and the variety of flavors is great. The customer service is pretty decent too. My buyer beware issue is with whomever runs the website. I placed an order today and at the pick up time while in my car I got a text saying my order was cancelled because the restaurant couldn't fulfill my order and I should receive a credit in 3-6 days. I called them direct and they did receive my order, were fulfilling it, when they got notice it was cancelled by the customer. That is crazy. The gal was great...she re-ran the order for me, my pick up was delayed 25 minutes from what I had originally requested and I now have to wait to be credited so the impetus is on me to make sure I get a refund and I'm out $80 till then. The staff was helpful in explaining the different flavors to us since none of us wanted anything spicy.
