Alex came back to try and repair the problem, but he messed that up too according to jack! i am pretty sure concrete should not start crumbling the 2nd year, I wish I could show the pictures, it is so bad I'm going to have the sidewalk redone by a different company. It was beautiful day I would have preferred to goto the beach or something. I waited all day and afternoon and sent him messages.
