After initially expressing interest in the project and agreeing to come out for measurements, the contractor completely stopped communicating. Multiple texts and messages have gone unanswered with no explanation, no follow-up, and not even the courtesy of a response. What makes this even more frustrating is that the contractor remains active on social media, so it's clear the issue isn't a lack of availability to communicate. Professionalism and communication are basic expectations when hiring a contractor. If you are too busy to take on a project, simply say so. Ghosting potential customers after making commitments is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. At this point, I've lost confidence and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless there is a reasonable explanation and an effort to make this right, I cannot recommend this contractor based on my experience.

This was the first time I had had to carry out a siding project and I had a lot of questions (and changed my mind a bit too... he did not get annoyed, thank you Tyler!). The contract and approval were online, which I appreciate. The work was scheduled and done in four days, and the work is excellent. Tyler checked in with me twice a day to see how things were going. He made suggestions and incorporated my ideas as the job was going on. One reviewer here complained about the person answering the phone and I have to agree, she is not the best (in 2023), but I never had to deal with her after the first call.
