I drove down and what a great show room Matt was on hand and took the time to show me all the features of all the grills and accessories. After spending several hours with them I knew I had driven to the right place and made a deal on all the appliances I wanted. All the pieces were in stock at their warehouse and in just a few days I received all the pieces in perfect condition. During the installation they made it clear that If I had any issues or just needed some advise they were a phone call away. I did have a few questions during installation and Lloyd provided the technical expertise to answer all my questions and everything came together perfectly. Matt called me several times to follow up and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. During the entire process they communicated on the phone and via email to make the entire experience painless. Tuesday came & it's South Florida-so it's rains. The drivers call me that they're unable to deliver our washer and dryer. I offered for them to back up to my garage to avoid getting wet which the drivers tell me is against their policy. They drive away after 15 minutes. Of course -the rain stops & the sun comes out, but we still do not have our washer and dryer. The initial drivers were rude & unprofessional. It was rescheduled for the following Thursday. Thursday comes & they rescheduled it once again due to the pedestal being damaged during delivery which never occurred. Now we are waiting six days after ordering the washer and dryer from Home Depot with a lot of excuses Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves and take responsibility for this 3rd party delivery company & make it right with their customers. Home Depot doesn't care. Everyone involved from the 3rd party company to the 1-800 HOME DEPOT keeps deflecting blame & not taking responsibility or compensation to their customers. It makes me question if I should use HOME DEPOT for any other household appliances that require delivery using whatever 3rd party companies they may contract with. It makes me question if I should use a local company that uses their own drivers and company for delivery & accepts responsibility for delivery of their appliances.

It took longer to arrive than my entire kitchen and four bathroom renovations combined. I specifically asked them to send the correctly-fitting top sitting in their own warehouse. Customer service said no, promised the replacement would fit. It didn't -- gaps over 1/2" around every appliance. I visited their showroom to compare: their display model has gaps under 1/4". Not close. Customer service told me the countertop "fits superbly" (it doesn't), sent me to their showroom to "prove" it (it didn't), then stopped responding -- and blocked my number when I kept pushing for a real fix. Emailed CEO Ray Baskett directly, multiple times. Silence. Skip the fake-looking reviews here (employees need 2 positive reviews a week for a bonus -- check Reddit).
