Once I decided on what I wanted Lloyd assured me their on floor selection would provide me the opportunity to look at the difference models and quality so I could make an informed decision. I drove down and what a great show room Matt was on hand and took the time to show me all the features of all the grills and accessories. After spending several hours with them I knew I had driven to the right place and made a deal on all the appliances I wanted. All the pieces were in stock at their warehouse and in just a few days I received all the pieces in perfect condition. During the installation they made it clear that If I had any issues or just needed some advise they were a phone call away. I did have a few questions during installation and Lloyd provided the technical expertise to answer all my questions and everything came together perfectly. Matt called me several times to follow up and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. During the entire process they communicated on the phone and via email to make the entire experience painless. "Jan" told Mark and I that she had been working with that store since it opened many years ago. "Jan" is simply awesome; so awesome that I had to seek out her Manager - "David". "Jan" went the extra mile to help Mark and I retrieve the correct LED Light Bulbs for my new home in Binks Pointe, Wellington. Thank you! Later that weekend, we return, once again and meet the Store Manager - "David" who is truly a terrific and extremely helpful person. Again - "David" went the extra mile to help us seek out the particular "Lithium Batteries" that we were looking for. These were very difficult to find. Our Cashier, "Seren" was extremely cheerful, kind, pleasant and helpful. When I mentioned I was interested in a Samsung refrigerator, I was told Rosner's doesn't carry Samsung because they "can't be serviced if there's an issue." That was enough for me to end the visit.
