The after sale service is horrible. Soon after delivery, we complained about the leather on our large reclining sofa changing color and cracking. We thought all would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as the extended warranty we purchased. We were informed that our extended warranty covered tears or punctures. So, if I punctured the leather, it would have been replaced. But not the cracking and discoloration. Then the leather started cracking on our dining chairs. And today, something happened that made me write my first ever bad review - the black fabric under my dining seats are crumbling and badly messing up my white tile floor and grout. Although El Dorado sells beautiful furniture, the quality, and longevity stinks. STAY AWAY!

When I started building my outdoor patio kitchen it was very difficult finding a appliance supplier…read morethat carried a full line of Fire Magic appliances that I could view prior to making a purchase. I had several conversations with Lloyd and Matt at Grill and Patio Solutions prior to driving 3 hours to Royal Palm Beach. They were so easy to speak with and very knowledgeable on all types and styles of patio appliances. Once I decided on what I wanted Lloyd assured me their on floor selection would provide me the opportunity to look at the difference models and quality so I could make an informed decision. I drove down and what a great show room Matt was on hand and took the time to show me all the features of all the grills and accessories. After spending several hours with them I knew I had driven to the right place and made a deal on all the appliances I wanted. All the pieces were in stock at their warehouse and in just a few days I received all the pieces in perfect condition. During the installation they made it clear that If I had any issues or just needed some advise they were a phone call away. I did have a few questions during installation and Lloyd provided the technical expertise to answer all my questions and everything came together perfectly. Matt called me several times to follow up and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. During the entire process they communicated on the phone and via email to make the entire experience painless. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that is looking to purchase quality BBQ equipment, gas grills and any appliances you need for your outdoor kitchen.
