Once I decided on what I wanted Lloyd assured me their on floor selection would provide me the opportunity to look at the difference models and quality so I could make an informed decision. I drove down and what a great show room Matt was on hand and took the time to show me all the features of all the grills and accessories. After spending several hours with them I knew I had driven to the right place and made a deal on all the appliances I wanted. All the pieces were in stock at their warehouse and in just a few days I received all the pieces in perfect condition. During the installation they made it clear that If I had any issues or just needed some advise they were a phone call away. I did have a few questions during installation and Lloyd provided the technical expertise to answer all my questions and everything came together perfectly. Matt called me several times to follow up and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. During the entire process they communicated on the phone and via email to make the entire experience painless. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed... I called the business today to request that the exhaust be cleaned and checked. The gentleman I spoke to said they don't service exhaust hoods. He said he'd already told me that. He did not! I also explained that the back of the bbq hood wasn't cleaned. He stated that I opted for a "less thorough cleaning package." I did not ask for a partial cleaning. He never gave me options and started off the phone call in a defensive and nasty attitude. He also told me he has no record of what was done here. That will have to wait until the tech comes back to work. This company is not transparent with pricing options. They get nasty and defensive when you ask questions. There are many BBQ repair, install, and replace companies in S FL. Try any business but them.

Do they not know he is running late, or that he is not going to show? Why not call the customer and give them an update? Sounds like this company is very poorly run. My husband and I hired Genero and Josie to replaster our pool the 2nd week of December 2025 at the cost of $6075.00. I added an extra $500.00 for an additional four weeks of start-up service. BIG PROBLEMS STARTED shortly after the completion. (1) I noticed I needed to add water to the pool every 3 days. Janero tested the water level and Josie told me it was normal to lose that much water due to evaporation. I went back to the store on and told Josie I was still adding water which I thought was odd. She again assured me that it was due to evaporation. I trusted her and Gernero and continued adding water to the pool. (2) The pool started to chip and peel around one of the skimmers, which my husband asked Gerero about earlier upon completion because the plaster there was buldging and off color. Josie said the plaster 'didn't cure correctly' and Geraldo told me he'd send someone over to fix the problem. They lowered the pool water and scraped and plastered the area. (3) The pool was filled back up. VERY SHORTLY AFTER, I was told that there were other places in the pool that 'didn't cure properly' and needed to be redone. The pool was emptied completely and the chipping began again... (4) Genero never came back to my property to skim, add chemicals, or do anything, as he had done before. He sent someone else that was here for less than 5 minutes. (5) We wanted our pool to operate like it did before all of this, so my husband asked Genero if we could hire them to service our pool until it got back to the way it was before. Genero told him they were all booked up (6) My husband went into the store to ask Genero about how to stop the bubbles from coming out of the skimmer and he told my husband that they didn't sell that type of equipment in the store and he needed to go somewhere else for it. I went in after my husband talked to him, and he dismissed me in the same way. (7) We hired someone else and were told that there was a leak in one of the pipes created by the plasterers, and now we plugged the leak and need to wait until winter to have our pool completely redone. I called and told Josie that I was completely upset with myself for trusting them and the least they could do was apologize. I told her I don't want them on my property because I think enough damage was done. I'm hoping that this helps others in making a better decision than I did.
