We signed a contract with this company, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2017. We were told our kitchen would be done by December 22nd, in time for the holidays. We ended up missing out on both Christmas and New Years. We heard about this company from our general contractor who was rebuilding our family room due to water damage. Due to the proximity of the two rooms, our back splash and countertop was damaged by the mold remediation company. Seeing we were going to be allocated funds to replace the back splash and the counter top, we opted to redo (modernize) the kitchen while we were at it. The owner's name is Dennis. Dennis does NOT respond to phone calls! Dennis does NOT respond to emails! Dennis does NOT follow a schedule! Dennis sends his assistant to the house, many times unannounced and unscheduled by the homeowners! Truthfully, Dennis seriously lacks customer service skills and shows absolutely NO regard for the home owners who entrust him with completing one of the most expensive home renovation jobs. Dennis makes you, the customer, feel as if you are an inconvenience or a nuisance to be contended with. Our kitchen which should have been done in less than one month, just got done 2.5 weeks ago (March 2018). Our situation got so bad that we had to get our attorney involved regarding breach of contract. We also had to call for a meeting with the general contractor and Dennis to discuss what was the hold-up. Dennis at that time said that he would send weekly email updates as far as timeline. We got one and he quickly reverted to being incommunicado. He has been an embarrassment to the general contractor who has subsequently found out that he is going to drag his own company's name and reputation down in the gutter if he continues to align himself with USA Kitchen Cabinets and its owner. As an fyi, USA Kitchen Cabinets consists of TWO people. The owner, Dennis, and a very conscientious young man named Carey. In communicating with Dennis, you will hear him refer to his "punch out guy", his back splash guy", and his "cabinet guy". All his guys are the one and same, Carey. Thankfully, we did not have to take legal proceedings further but it is ironic to note, as it stands, Dennis is currently taking his supplier to court. One of the biggest gripes he has with them??? FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE!!! He says he is unable to get through to them and when he leaves a message, they do not return his calls. Karma! It certainly isn't a lady. We would NEVER recommend this company to friends or even strangers, online.

As a small business owner as well we understand other businesses but it seemed that the owner marketed to get business that he did not have the manpower or qualifications to do either. And we have not heard back from him since December despite having full payment. So we have no knobs, broken sections, loose drawers, tiling not done, missing slab that was to be in laundry room, the list goes on and on. I think giving him six months is fair enough to respond and make whole and he hasn't. Buyer beware that it isn't worth it and you won't be happy with your experience .

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.
