They will arrange shipping for you if you aren't local, but it's via a non-affiliated cargo/freight service. We had no problem with this, but it's something to consider. Lastly, the service was awesome. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The owner was on site when I was there and was a sweetie. They are far less money than typical high-end patio stores, but far more than target, home Depot and Sears. But again, you can customize fabrics at this store, which you can't do at the chains I mentioned. Great experience all around.

I had several conversations with Lloyd and Matt at Grill and Patio Solutions prior to driving 3 hours to Royal Palm Beach. They were so easy to speak with and very knowledgeable on all types and styles of patio appliances. Once I decided on what I wanted Lloyd assured me their on floor selection would provide me the opportunity to look at the difference models and quality so I could make an informed decision. I drove down and what a great show room Matt was on hand and took the time to show me all the features of all the grills and accessories. After spending several hours with them I knew I had driven to the right place and made a deal on all the appliances I wanted. All the pieces were in stock at their warehouse and in just a few days I received all the pieces in perfect condition. During the installation they made it clear that If I had any issues or just needed some advise they were a phone call away. I did have a few questions during installation and Lloyd provided the technical expertise to answer all my questions and everything came together perfectly. Matt called me several times to follow up and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. During the entire process they communicated on the phone and via email to make the entire experience painless.
