They have a fabulous nursery. The trees and plants are well maintained. However, They are not great at answering the phones and the calls get routed to Arizona, so you have to go in person to speak with someone if there is an issue. We purchased a tree, which hasn't been delivered yet. I'm not sure of the going rate of mature trees, but it was on sale for $1299. They charged an additional $399 "deliver fee", which is not optional and was unexpected, although they say that they " plant it" for free; a bit deceiving since what they mean is that the " labor" is free- we were caught off guard by the up-charge. The manager DID make it right, finally, by reducing the price to offset the " delivery " cost. read more

We purchased a couple of large cypress trees to replace some damaged ones on our property. Rachel was great to work with after some additional issues developed with the replacement trees. There has be a significant upgrade in the onsite management and I would recommend anyone considering having some landscaping work done give Moon Valley a shot. read more

Fantastic customer service and took his time with us while choosing what we wanted and very informative.

Lots of great mature trees and beautiful plants and flowers. Prices for large projects were 50-70% higher than competitors. Dare to compare and negotiate if you like them. read more

Best Nursery around! Plenty of parking right off broadway with a red carpet as you walk in. So welcoming! The customer service is top tier. Genuine and friendly professionals. David and Paul were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back for my next must have plant. Today I got this gorgeous little blue glow agave and a complimentary "moon juice" plant "vitamin". We were also very grateful for the cold water bottles and kids table to color at for our little one. Upselling!! Surprisingly, they won't respond to messages. They promise free planting but charged me $250/tree for "stump grinding " with a special machine. When 2 guys came with our 3 trees, they said, "we don't need no stump grinding " and dug the 3 holes with shovels very quickly and easily. How will I ever get my money back?? They never return calls. read more

I needed to furnish a high-rise apt with tropical plants, and I worked with David and Chase on my order. From the moment I walked in Chase made me feel right at home with his southern charm and warm welcome. He listened to my inquiries patiently and invited the head designer David to assist me with plant selection. On top of being an excellent advisor on plants, David exudes a calm and happy energy that made the consulting session thoroughly enjoyable. He kept me company for 2 hours picking and tagging trees I like under intense Florida sun, and did it with smile and grace. I purchased a package that includes insurance that allows me to swap out any plants within a year's time, which benefit I successfully availed myself of and glad I made that decision as a few plants didn't work out as I planned. David and Chase remained pleasant and helpful in my second visit when I needed to do the exchange. They are superstars and anyone that's fortunate enough to come across them will receive top-notch service. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Moon Valley for the spectacular collection of trees as well as an unforgettable experience as a customer. read more

I cannot recommend Paul Luongo more highly. He and his team exceeded all my expectations. As a newcomer to Florida, unknowledgeable about planting and maintaining a garden, I had been disappointed in my dealings with several nurseries who were generally indifferent to my questions and needs. He spent a considerable amount of time educating me about what and how I should be focused on. I trusted him and he delivered exactly what he promised, on a timely basis, and with exact standards. I couldn't be more pleased. read more

Moon Valley in Riveria Beach helped me upgrade the landscaping at my residence. And I'm a repeat customer having used them for a project in CA. They're terrific! Had a similar great experience. Led by Paul Luongo, the experience was very rewarding and we're very happy with the results. Paul was helpful, thoughtful and I felt he "had our back" throughout the entire experience. I highly recommended using Moon Valley Riveria Beach for your next landscaping project. read more

Shaun and his team did an excellent job of planting everything. It looks great! I do have a few plants that were recommended for the West-facing yard that look like they are burning up from the afternoon sun, so I'll have to reserve judgment on that until I see how they survive and what is done about it if they don't. I rated 4 stars because there were a couple of glitches. It was difficult to come up with a recommendation for what to plant that met my criteria, and for one area, we went back and forth between several plants where I was researching them myself to see what might work. Also, no one told me what day the crew was coming to rip out my old plantings. Fortunately, I just happened to be home that day. The new plants were going in the next day, and I didn't know about that either until they came to rip out the old stuff. I was disappointed that Moon Valley doesn't install edging. I have to pay my neighborhood landscape guys to do that for me. Everyone at Moon Valley was very nice and good to work with. read more

Moon Valley Nurseries sent out a mailer to my neighborhood in Palm Beach Gardens. From the moment I called through today's installation, they have all been nothing but spectacular! Paul Luongo came out to design two garden areas with me and listened to all that I envisioned. His proposal was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of shrubs, trees, plants, and removals included. When Paul again arrived with an out of town landscaper from one of Moon Valley's nurseries in Texas yesterday, they took such precision in flagging out where every single item was to be removed and/or planted. This morning Shaun Horne and his amazing team came and did an intense job of destroying a 37 year old intertwined tree bulb. It took four men over an hour with an axe and four shovels which all required resharpening repeatedly. I stood around and watched the whole job. They were phenomenal!! The two garden areas are so beautiful now and I can only imagine how they will look once everything matures. Paul, excellent ideas!! Such a pleasure to work with and cleaned up every ounce of dirt left on my driveway and walkway, like they were never here. Thanks again, Moon Valley Nursery!! We will definitely be doing business with you again!! Carolyn Lipman & William Jacques read more

What a remarkable Garden Center. This is the place to go if you want professional service and the biggest selection of top quality plants I have ever seen. It's the only Plant company I've been to in Palm Beach County that does everything from planning your garden, growing their own plants and installing, all under one roof. I had an idea of what I wanted for plantings around our pool area. I went to see them on a Friday. Phil provided me a computer mockup of what my plantings would look like. I then picked the exact plants from their inventory (which is enormous), and had them installed the next Tuesday. Instant gratification. They brought 5 guys out to install. All done in an hour. Steve and Sergio were great to work with on site. A great value. read more

Loved my purchase experience at Moon Valley Nurseries of Riviera Beach Florida. Sam Gromillc was the go to Nursery Pro assisting my wife and I on what was for us a complex landscaping project. The Moon Valley staff was the most friendly I've encountered in a very long time. It was an open office with staff members and managers eager to share their expertise from across the room. Sam was of course the lead but we felt like our project was a team event; team Moon Valley. Before and after the sale, Sam has been most patient and respondsive to my never ending litany of questions. I would highly recommend both Sam and Moon Valley Nurseries of Riviera Beach. read more

Moon Valley Nurseries were fantastic. They had the inventory of tree we wanted, with full service care. Preston, the manager, knew exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful in the decision process. The crew with tree arrived on schedule, with phone calls and texts before and during. Shaun Horne and his crew were very nice and very helpful, they were extra careful with irrigation lines and the digging was all by hand. The tree was positioned thoughtfully and accordance to my requests. The tree looks beautiful. I am a happy customer. read more

This company is the BEST! Paul helped me select my trees with absolute helpfulness and patience. I then was told when the arrival of my trees would come. They arrived exactly on time. Shaun as the project manager was kind, polite, and very efficient. His team used canvas tarps to collect the soil they had dug up. They even gave the trees nourishment. They moved the trees so that the limbs would grow north to south as I was wanting. Also, they measured the trees equidistant from the fences as I also wanted. I could not have asked anything more from this wonderful group of landscapers. I recommend them as the best that you could ever find. Oak and magnolia trees are awesome, too! read more
