I've been twice now and every time I go I get treated like I'm the only customer there! Love it and I'll be back!

My friend and I visited Fiori Spa on 5/4/24. We had an amazing experience. Upon walking into the establishment we both felt transported to a spa in Tuscany. The staff were very nice and helpful. My friend was escorted to a room downstairs while I was taken upstairs. My masseuse Ricardo was already ready to go. He was a complete sweetheart. He did a phenomenal job on my massage. He made sure to focus on my trouble spots. He also pulled my body out long ways to make sure I received a really great stretch. After my massage Ricardo took me to one of the waiting areas and fixed me a cup of cucumber infused water. From there my friend and I hit the outside pool area and grabbed a table. We ordered a small charcuterie board and the first pizza on the menu. She also ordered Whispering Angel Rosé and I had a delicious mocktail. We both LOVED the food and drinks. It really hit the spot. After that we spent some time in the pool which was lovely! Then it was off to the steam room. Honey it was HOT in there. We only stayed in for about 45 seconds then it was time to shower, settle our bill and head out. We wish we had enjoyed the downstairs jacuzzi as well, but it's in the list for our next visit! We had a wonderful time!!! The ambiance was perfect and the staff were hospitable, attentive and very pleasant. I absolutely recommend this spa! read more

Does management care to listen to most of these suggestions ? Most of the poor reviews say the same thing. This spa has great potential, there are many cosmetic improvements necessary. Photos are added. It seems like the details aren't attended to. There are not many good spa choices in Houston. Prices are too high, period. Would like to see them lowered 25 percent. I found many little things broken throughout the spa... If a little bit of money was used for upkeep, this spa would get 5 stars! I went two times to the spa, for a facial. Both times, the front desk ladies ( very nice ) never told me about the upstairs waiting room, or upstairs at all. I was only showed the massage waiting room... My boyfriend and I were spending our 4th anniversary here and although the couples massages were to die for I felt like I was spotting mold everywhere. We were not able to enjoy the indoor pool area because we just felt surrounded in mold, especially in the jacuzzi. There was also mimosa glasses pool side and we stepped on a few glasses inside of the pool. Another thing I wanted to mention was tipping. The front desk asked if we wanted to tip 20% for the massage which we did. She did not specify that the 20% would be for each masseuse. Which was an extra $120 instead of splitting the $60 down the middle. It was only a 50 minute massage too. The place was nice but I'm not sure if we will be back. read more

Went here with friends on a special occasion. The massage was reasonable for the price but the spa facilities were subpar. The mineral pool was not working and there was no "body/face lotion" in the restrooms. The front desk was moved little and somewhat unapologetic for our mention of this state and brushed it aside casually. Overall, not a great experience. read more

I got a massage, body scrub and facial today for my birthday. Everything was okay. The staff was nice. The amenities were okay. Some stuff throughout the spa didn't really look/smell clean to me. Grotto smelled like mildew. Had stains on my towels in the locker room. Weird sewage smell coming from locker room shower. A lot of the facility itself just needs major updating to be considered "luxurious" in my opinion. My biggest complaint would be that the massage rooms are right next to the pool so you can hear EVERYTHING going on out there during the massage (conversations, yard work, etc) which makes it not very relaxing. They have relaxing music going during the massage, but you can still hear all the outside conversations, laughter etc over the music. I do think there are better spas in Houston for the money like Trellis, Hiatus, Post Oak and Milk & Honey. My Fiance liked it, but I wouldn't come back nor would I recommend it to any of my friends or family. read more

TERRIBLE. I visited this spa with my daughter for her 17th birthday. I had bid on an auction at an event for childhood cancer and won a gift card that the spa. I was excited to use it. I called three different times and inquired as to the services I could use the gift card for. Finally, I was able to go and had 2 facials, which I was told on three separate occasions the gift card would more than cover. Upon checking out, the woman told me that no, in fact the gift card doesn't cover two facials. I argued with her politely about what I was told and her answer was "we fired a few people recently". That is not my problem. There is ZERO customer service at this place. The few hours we were there, we witnessed another woman who was told her service was $100 cheaper then they charged at check out. Like me, she argued for a bit but was also told about the few people they fired recently. Again, not her problem. If you tell a customer something in more than once occasion, a company should live up to their word. I could not believe how we were treated and I will never be back. If you plan to go, better get whatever is told to you in writing. They change the prices, change their word, at will. Not how I would operate a business. Buyer. Beware. read more

Absolutely amazing experience. I've been to dozens and dozens of high end spas around the country, and Fiori is the best of them all. The facility is simply STUNNING. The staff, attentive and professional. My girlfriend received a facial and mani-pedi, and I enjoyed a massage; talented delivery of all services by expertly trained professionals. The secret underground grotto, the courtyard pool and the outdoor patios, all contributed to making a post spa "icing on the cake" adventure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Can't wait to come back! . read more

If I could give zero I would spent a load of money on a staycation my husband surprised me with this amazing couples massage and for what the cost should have been wonderful but instead the entire staff treated us like we were an inconvenience, barley took the time to show us to the locker rooms let alone on how to use the steam showers do not waste your money . read more

DO NOT GO THIS SPA!!!! They charged me for $235 for a service I never received. I am a single mother with a sick toddler at home and received a gift card because Ive been caring for him after a major surgery and several illnesses. When I scheduled they took my car information "just in case". Well today he is sick and it is the day after a holiday so I couldn't call yesterday to cancel. I called to ask if I could reschedule this morning and the woman answering the phone said the manager would call me back in a few minutes to discuss. Instead of waiting until I spoke to the manager- the disgusting woman at the front charged my card as soon as she hung up the phone. These people are disgusting and horrible. It seems that since my first visit back in May the management team and the customer service has gone down. The manager Paige rude and very unprofessional . They over charged my account for 330. Then blaming it on the bank for placing it a authorized hold when it was there system that went down during my transaction . I waited 3 days for a call back and she took the cowardly way out and and tried to email instead. When she returned to work on day 3 Telling me that she had been on lunch and got busy but not to busy to write a 2 page email . I called at least 5 times and she spoke over me only wanted to be the one to talk and then gave me an excuse about problems with stealing and over drafting on patrons accounts so that's why they did it. Insulting . I've gone here times before never this issue same bank credit card on file never a authorized hold. And my other guests were not placed on hold either. The 330.00 charge that was placed on my card in error was the exact same amount of the services that my cousin / guest had right after me at her checkout. They charged my cousins services on my card and charged my cousin her services as well and are blaming it on the bank. Stay far away from this place. It's sad because the massage was great . Overall, this was a pretty nice day spa. I liked how kind the hostess was, the area is spacious, the locker room was well kept, my masseuse Karen was fantastic, and the cucumber lemon water was everywhere to keep everyone hydrated. Downside? Well there was a huge roach the size of my man hands. It was crawling in our cocktails and one of the girls had to trap it! The outdoor pool was filthy. The indoor pool was a mystery. The pieces of the pool fell off when I was swimming and when I put it back, it looked very slimy. The hot tub was a bit too hot. Unbearably. Couldn't stay in for more than 5 min. Anyway, my service with Karen was wonderful. I asked her to give me a deep tissue massage and most masseuses would go light on me because I'm a little petite. I love the intense rough beating when I get a massage. Karen did just that. She made me feel very comfortable by offering me options of oils, asking me how I was feeling, and greeted me with warm smiles as I entered and left the room. Unfortunately, a couple of friends of mine didn't enjoy their massages. I didn't want to point anyone out, but don't get the Caucasian older white woman with short hair. I was in the same room with a friend and she didn't acknowledge my friend. That lady didn't greet her with warm smiles nor asked how she felt. When my friend requested more pressure and a little more hard, the lady kept up with what she was doing and didn't respond. Not once, not twice, but three times. So sad at the fact that my friend didn't enjoy her massage. Anyway, I would like to try this place again but hoping that this facility cleans up their staff and their pools. read more

Today was my first experience with Fiori Spa. The staff and facilities were nothing short of first class. I was catered to from the moment I arrived to the time I left. I work 60 to 80 hours a week so it is difficult for me to find time to relax during the week. I credit the entire Fiori staff for allowing me the opportunity to have a few hours of great service and relaxation. I commend the Manager and staff for their professionalism and commitment to their customers. I will visit Fiori again in the future! read more

I will never return to this spa again . My mother had medical issues which she could not attend due to her medical treatments and dr's orders were clear for get to walk again and they would not honor her $450.00 spa credit that i bought for her as a bday present because of a time lapse . They had the audacity to do this to a 73 year old woman. Terrible staff i will never suggest to come here for that reason after i was a client for 15 years paying their high prices which they charge 200 percent of their cheap beauty products in the Lobby from Cosco!! These people are greedy and absolutely rude!!!!!!!! Zero class should be ashamed of yourselves as one business owner to another. I asked them to please reconsider since my mother couldn't walk due to her medical issues . After discussing the situation the lady i was speaking to the owner had the audacity to ask if i wanted to book a treatment for her when they denied her spa voucher!!!!!! Got a great massage here. Heads up this is the only spa in houston I've found with a proper maternity pillow that allows you to stay on your belly. I was MUSH. Amazing. The outside pool is small and fun. I can totally imagine having champagne with my girlfriends here. They put the beverage menu right on the front counter. Party city!! The float pool inside is nice. The dim lighting makes it easy to chill out. Just above the mineral pool is a hot tub/spa. I'm pregnant, so I was only able to dunk my feet in but it was great. There was also a steam sauna. The dressing rooms and showers were nice with average water pressure. Basic fruit infused water and tea made available, no snacks at ALL. It made me miss the shortbread cookies, mixed fruit tray and cantaloupe juice at my favorite Houston spa. However, they give you a tiny bite of lemon gelato after your service that was absolutely refreshing. read more

I treated myself and partner to individual massages. When I was shown the changing room I was asked if I had been there before and replied "no". I felt very monitored by the cleaning staff hanging out in the facilities. My massage was truly great, however I was not shown any of the amenities and therefor did not experience any of the perks of going here. (The place is a maze and I did not see anyone to ask(nor did I know there was more beyond the outdoor area). I was also disappointed in the changing/bathroom toiletries. Bring your own if you go. This is a a luxury spa so I didn't expect to have to you drugstore shampoo/conditioner/body wash ( there is no facewash). Here is what really upsets me - I was asked later via text to rate my experience, I replied 6, then a prompted response asking for the reason, I stated that I did not get to experience the amenities because I was not given a proper tour. They then went and called my partner to ask him about my rating and why. I find this disappointing and sexist as I book and paid for this, why does a man need to be involved? I would have returned had I received the phone call or even if he had not. read more

I absolutely love this place!! I brought my mom here for a mom-daughter day and it was amazing. We really felt like we had traveled to another country. The place is absolutely beautiful. We each had an amazing massage, had brunch and mimosas, relaxed in this little enclosed area they have with dim lights and comfy lounge chairs, then we went swimming in their indoor pool and Jacuzzi. It was a little cold to go swimming in the outdoor pool when we were there but we laid down on the lounge chairs by the pool and truly enjoyed it. My mom was so relaxed she even fell asleep out there LOL. I absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back!!! read more

This place is amazing! I came here for an early Mother's Day present and they did not disappoint. My pedicure great and I like that they have a separate room for mani/pedis. The locker was big and I love the keyless lockers. The outside area between the locker room and the massage area was so relaxing. My massage so was peaceful and I immediately fell asleep. I came in town to take my niece out for a day away from her hectic life. The parking lot itself looked quite sad and unkempt. Inside it was nice. Clean locker rooms - clean pool area. But it stops there. The main reasons for the rating is a) The massage therapist wreaked of cigarette smoke and we smelled it in the room the entire session, b) We had to wait 20 minutes as the therapist was late. For these 5 star prices, I expect better, 3) The lounger outside had iron rods that we felt when we laid on the cushion, 4) The receptionist rushed us to the locker room even though we were 30 minutes early, 5) The parking lot looked unkempt and sad. Next time it's the Houstonian. I've also been to many spas with similar pricing and would not go here again - the service and facility did not match the price. read more

The staff was very nice and welcoming, however, I would not recommend a pedicure from this place. The polish chipped after less than a week from getting my toes done. The service is pretty pricey for what you actually receive. In addition, I tried out the steam room, and I got out after about a minute of being in there because it smelled extremely moldy. I loved my experience at Fiori! As soon as you step inside, you feel like you are somewhere else. The decor is wonderful. It was a great escape from the everyday. Facility was very clean. Receptionist was super nice. Another employee came and walked me to the locker area and explained where everything was. Now! The best part of my experience! Sheetal! Super friendly and welcoming. I got a facial and she was so good! Her massage techniques almost put me to sleep. I caught myself snoring at one point and had to snap out of it . Overall, an amazing experience. I made an appointment for a Maternity Massage. I don't usually get massages (I don't like being touched), but they had a maternity pillow where I could lie face down with a hole for my belly. Sleeping on my sides for 7 months has been torture on my hips, and I was excited to relieve the pain if only for a day. Unfortunately, the hole in the maternity pillow was not big enough for my belly. I know I am not a big person (I have a very petite build), so I was surprised that they did not have a different-sized pillow to offer me. Instead I had to lie down on my left and then right side for the massage (turning over on that table from my left side to right was excruciating). My hips were in so much pain after the massage. The whole point of going to get a Maternity Massage to was relieve the pain from my hips. As I climbed off the massage table, my right hip gave out and I almost collapsed. (The rest of the massage was ok -- just some very light rubbing on my back, shoulders, legs, hands, and feet.. something my husband does for me for free at home.) It was definitely not worth the $180 cost ($150 massage + $30 tip). I was not planning on tipping the entire 20% since I didn't love the massage, but the front desk said it was standard to tip 20% so I felt guilted into tipping $30. The place is beautiful and maybe a normal massage there would have been more worth it, but after this experience of spending almost $200 on a massage that still left my hips in pain, I won't be going back. read more

For a place with services so expensive, one would expect a bit more flexibility from the staff. Please read other reviews and don't be deceived. This is a beautiful place with many amenities for relaxing and enjoying a service or 2. You can have lunch, relax in the grotto where there is a pool and hot tub or use 2 outdoor pools. I had a massage with Ricardo. He was very polite and did a good job. I would recommend him. My daughter loved her facial. They have good products. I DO NOT recommend Fiori Spa. First off---like most reviews the staff is not very nice. One of the staff was resting her head on the front desk. Not a good look! They say they've done a 2.5 million $ remodel. The waiting area for services is small and has 4 chairs. Not relaxing AT ALL. The steam room is in dire need of repairs! The grotto pool is in dire need of updating. All there is to do there is the service/steam room/pool. Why go there? My massage was probably the worst massage I've ever had in my life (and I've had many). You can't get mimosas (in a solo cup--I don't consider that luxe) until 11am. I switched massage therapist because we had a female and a male therapist. I wasn't sure my daughter in law would be comfortable with a male therapist. When my DIL arrived and she was filling out her forms the receptionist asked me if I was going to talk to her about the change in therapist? First off--what does it matter? I told my DIL because she was sitting g right there and it didn't seem to bother her. Apparently it was troubling to the receptionist--that was weird! Also, my DIL arrived at 10:15 for an 11am massage and another receptionist said "good thing your appointment is at 11"--she wasn't even late! I've previously written a review and want to again write how amazing my recent massage was with Anna. I usually come two-three times a year to indulge myself with a massage; I request them for Christmas and birthday gifts since they are pricey. I had a 100 min. Swedish massage with Anna. The massage therapist I had last year, who was excellent, was no longer there so I asked for the best they had and Anna was suggested. She was amazing! I've had massages my entire life in several countries and Anna ranked in the top three massages I have ever been given. She is friendly, thorough and her pressure was what a requested, light to medium. I asked her to spend extra time on several areas of my body giving me pain which which helped me so much. I will definitely request Anna for my next massage at Fiori. Fiori spa is always clean and very well maintained. The front desk staff is usually friendly and helpful. But as long as Fiori continues having expert therapists on their staff like Anna I will continue to be a happy client. read more

Girlfriends and I from different states chose Fiori as our spa visit for our weekend getaway. We were sorely disappointed. We were rushed in. Not greeted. Their were receptionists who hurriedly sent us to the showers and lockers with absolutely no instructions. Prior to this review we attempted to reach out to the manager and were met with no regard, concern, or understanding. Although the setting is superb, the services are lack luster. There are plenty of spas in Houston to retreat at so we definitely won't be returning. read more

Terrible, terrible overall experience. I had an appt last Saturday at 11. Showed up for my appt and the person checking me shared how someone else with my name was already checked in and joked with me about having a common name. Fast forward 2 days later, I was charged for my service and someone else's service. I have called and asked to speak to a manager, days later and I have yet to hear from one. I have not received a copy of the receipt for the charge or any explanation. I'm letting my cc company handle it. I was not offered an apology for the inconvenience and have been treated like a criminal for something that was clearly a mistake on their part. I should have listened to all of the previous reviews about the poor customer service. They are true. This is not how you treat customers for what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. read more

I've visited this spa several times, and every time I have been more than satisfied. Everyone is so nice and willing to help you, which makes the experience enjoyable. Let's start with the lockers. You are provided by a very comfortable bathrobe and flip flops. The locker room is welled stocked with any product you may need to get ready after your services. Once you are ready, you can relax in a quiet room while you wait for your massage to begin. All massage therapist have asked about my preferences before they begin. They recommend you let them know if you want the pressure adjusted. There are two pools available for you to enjoy. My favorite is the mineral spa. There is also a steam room you can use.
