David claimed that stock was ordered was never delivered, including a considerable amount of framing material and a pulldown stair staircase. Since he ordered and received these materials I put him in touch with Lowes to straighten the matter out, which he never did. He damaged a $2000 door, never told me it was damaged. NFG

Just echoing the other reviews that this company does not communicate, and I'm tired of having to be available on everyone's schedule but my own when it's my home and my money paying for it.
