We were going to just have the existing red brick walkway in front of the house leveled, but after seeing what he did behind the garage we changed our mind and had Al replace the short walkway with the same paving blocks. The much longer front walk will be done the same way in the Spring. Even though we changed the project mid-stream, Al was great about it and rolled with the changes. He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

It is always a good idea to get the driveway seal coated before it is a mess. I had a few cracks…read morethat would only get bigger if I waited for another winter. Add to that, the "so called" repair to the top of my driveway from the City of Nashua which was due to snow plow over zealousness. It was a hack job but such is life. I found the team at Truseal to be very professional and responsive. They tried their best to do something with the city's hack job and we will see what happens. As for the rest of the work, they did a nice job. I have no complaints. I shopped around and found their pricing fair. The communication was outstanding.
