The fencing would be moved closer to my yard after stone walls were put up... and you can see the complexity here... so I decided to go with them after meeting Chris. First of all, Chris is really down to earth, I trusted him immediately. He also likes to text (my preferred method of communication) and he also followed up with emails. He was super responsive and when we went back and forth a few times, he did not show any impatience. He offered options and suggestions, and when I asked for a recommendation he would pick an option and tell me why. I loved that. His crew is amazing. When they are here to work, they WORK. The complete cleanup of our year, the building of our wall, the filling in with gravel and topping off with stone, the laying in of the cobbles, the creation of an overflow for our sump in the front lawn, etc... could not be happier! They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. He didn't spring any surprises on you, he was on site daily, and made time for me when I had questions. They are a joy to work with and I recommend them to the WORLD! I feel that their prices were very reasonable and Chris was very transparent about the cost of materials. So I could do a quick calculation in my head, and I know that the pricing was fair. If you need any kind of work done, run to the phone or computer and call or email him! You won't got wrong!!

I have had a terrible time getting my front yard lawn looking and staying decent. Bad quality…read moresoil, grubs, road and driveway run off all contributed to a challenging situation. I had tilled it, amended the soil, fertilized, treated for grubs and seeded and patched and it just always looks not so great. I have a green thumb in the garden but grass and I never were able to make it happen fully. Finally bit the bullet and hired Dave at Clean Sweep. First of all, Dave is just a great guy, super nice and knowledgeable, and professional. Really impressed with his approach to me as a customer, as I had a lot of questions. Second he came up with a plan to make the lawn nice that had a very reasonable price and we went with it. Basically a total lawn reboot, soil amendment, sprinklers and reseeding last fall. This year literally everyone of my neighbors has commented on the lawn and all my friends that come over as well. Clean Sweep is doing all the work besides the mowing. Where their was crabgrass and spurge and dandy lions there is now super thick grass. I couldn't be happier and all the work and the sprinkler system was so reasonably priced. At first when I told my wife I wanted to spend the money to get the front lawn done she was skeptical. But all spring she has been saying "why didn't we do this years ago". It just makes the front of the house look so much better. So I would highly recommend Clean Sweep and Dave. Couple pics below to show results

We hired Designer Sprinkler Service to install a full irrigation system throughout our yard, and…read moreFred and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Our yard had become mostly dirt and patchy grass, with no practical way to keep it watered. We were also having Neighborhood Landscaping prepare and seed the yard, and Fred worked directly with their owner, Jeff, to coordinate the timing. He explained the process to us and handled the details with Jeff, which made everything easy on our end. This was not an easy installation. Our yard sits several flights of stairs above the street, and the crew had to dig trenches by hand and navigate piping around difficult walls and landscaping. They showed up on time, worked hard, and were incredibly nice throughout. Nobody complained about the access or the conditions, and they made sure all our questions about the new system were answered before leaving. The seed is now in, the sprinklers are running, and we're finally looking forward to having grass again. We really appreciated the care they took and how well they worked with Neighborhood Landscaping. Highly recommend Fred and his team.
