They didn't take half measures and used nice quality materials including crushed pea stone, and they fixed up the yard after all the excavation. The guys really treated the yard with respect and they displayed mannerly professionalism during the whole process, and solved our very big problem. Thanks to Steve DiCicco and his drainage crew, we can relax even when we are away, knowing that our yard is not hazardous to animals and perhaps even wandering young children in our Danvers neighborhood.

Sometimes communication was delayed, but it was always clear, detailed and thorough. When we didn't like something, they worked with us to find solutions and always resolved it to our satisfaction. They used quality materials and didn't cut corners. I especially appreciated that they promised to come back in the spring to address any issues with lawn establishment. Overall we are very satisfied with how the project came out and would recommend them.

I wish I could recommend Edgar and Sons! He was a nice man!…read more However, after many follow up calls to the owner due to an incomplete job, I was told by his assistant that he was "too busy" to call me back. Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. We really wanted to have a great experience!

V&P removed all the old pavers, concrete, and installed the new patio that came out beautiful, believe me, the attached pics do not do the beauty of the patio justice. V&P went above and beyond to ensure that the new patio was installed correctly, and built to last for years. The communication was excellent. Victor kept me updated on the scheduling to complete the job. The crew showed up on time, were efficient, respectful of my property, and left the work area clean at the end of each day! Most importantly, I am confident that now that the job is complete, V&P will promptly address any issues that may arise in the future. It is clear to me that V&P Landscaping takes pride in their work, and their years of experience shows in the finished project. I would highly recommend V&P Landscaping!
