He was quick to come see the job, prompt in providing an estimate, patient when I didn't respond right away. He insulated the walls, put a rubber liner under the new tiles to keep moisture from seeping up, and added a really nice detail of molding. It looks great. The quality of materials used and the visual appearance is great, better than I envisioned. I have found Stefano and his crew are very professional, respectful, and careful. I highly recommend Stefano Torcasio and his team from my experience with this project and a much larger renovation of an underground garage, with masonary wall and stairs.

My correspondence with Jackie their office support was fantastic comparing against others. She was quick on email and I had an appt booked for an estimate within a week or two as it was spring and the weather was getting nice. Joey showed up, took a video, and I had my estimate in hand in a day. He listened to exactly the look and product I wanted used. It was not an easy cookie cutter patio. Their price was in line with the other 3 estimates I got back for the same project. The project started fast because it was going to be a 4 day job so they fit it into a slot of space they had. Within another week or two they had the crew come excavate my backyard patio area and demo my walkway that was concrete and needing replacement. The excavating team was about 5-6 guys and they worked quick to go deep for the patio. Next day they were installing the paver I chose which was a Unilock Copthorne paver. It had to be hand blended and I wanted a herringbone pattern. The backyard patio was a 90 degree herringbone and the walkway was a 45 degree herringbone. Both came out fantastic. His guys were so good especially the ones they are blending and wet sawing all the edges. They work so well together and their team is really professional. I would highly recommend them for your backyard needs like patios, walkways, bbq, fire pits, hardscaping etc.

We basically needed the top surface & construction waste scraped off, old dying plants removed, fresh top soil brought in, our lot to be leveled and properly repositioned to move the water flow away from the house, hydroseeded, a stone patio needed to be installed, a new walkway to be built, an auto sprinkler system, and new plants. It was almost like starting from scratch! We met with several landscape companies and felt like Joe was going to be the best fit. He certainly was. Prior to starting, he gave us a thorough breakdown of the project along with a event-timeline He explained how the process would unfold and answered any and all questions we had. Only a few got back to me and came to review the job. Of the few that made the cut and provided pricing, I selected Stefano's after seeing multiple recommendations for them in our local town's FB group. I dealt with Nick Amoroso. He was quick, efficient, answered all my questions and provided a reasonable quote when he said he would at the price we discussed. He also was around the building site on multiple days to discuss the project progress and review the work. When the work was done, he did a final review with me. Nick dropped off multiple samples of pavers so my wife could choose the color. He then picked them back up several days later. The morning of the job, the guys arrived early, introduced themselves and started work. They were efficient, polite and made minimal mess and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. In order to install the patio and walkway, they used a bobcat and a jackhamer to remove the old patio which had a 8 inch concrete slab under it. They also had to rip up irrigation systems and disassemble fences and underground downpipe water dispersal systems. They did all that and replaced the missing sections with new parts as they laid the new pavers. They did an excellent job. They even added new mulch to the garden beds next to the new patio and reseeded the areas on the edge of the walkway. I would use them again.
