Turned up, did it and charged us $150. What was worse is they texted me before asking me if i wanted this, I said no. They then texted again I said no. I then called them and made sure they wouldn't come, woman said they wouldn't. then they turn up and blow them out and charge us. I disputed this and her response was 'well when you use us you sign up to a contract for this service'. I asked for the contract they could not provide it, I have never signed a contract with them. I credit card disputed and got the money back - really shady practices stay away.

Weather didn't cooperate, so we had some scheduling problems, but they were responsive and explained exactly what options we had to proceed. Their team is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Ian is also fantastic - he runs a great crew and has been really responsive to questions I had following installation. With the great smart app they use in sync with the irrigation system, I can program in exactly what I need for any spot of my lawn, any time, duration, and using smart predictive analytics to manage a good watering without waste. They even included the option to add a second meter to reduce my long term water costs, since I don't have to pay sewerage on the water that goes to the lawn and not back to the sewer drain.

Shane Pelletier and Dave Hallberg draft a contract in which they were to install paver for my walk ways, grade with 120 yard of screen loan then hydro seed . The were supposed to stall a 20 x 20 patio for my fire pit area. All this they were suppose to have it completed in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later not even the paver we're not even 50 percent done. It was not prepped. They didn't respect my design but did what was convenient to them (no curve on the edges) all 90 degree right angle.(less cut and work for them). They didn't even start to do anything for the 20x20 patio. They didn't even have material to install gutter hard per our contract. They didn't even have the 129 yard of screen loam per our contract hence no hydro seed per our contract. These clown leave BAD IMPRESSIONS for landscape/ hard scape contractor. Shane Pelletier stated that it cost him $3500 for a 4x4 retaining wall stones. I know it's a outright lies because they had to clean the stone at my house because it was full of dirt as if it was picked up from someone's left over yard work. I hope people read this and learn from me NOT to hire these clowns. The show up at 11 and leave at 3 if they show up at all. I had to dismiss Dave Hallberg when he show up at my house by himself with no help at 1 pm. The people (laborer) are random individuals from who k owns where. Please look up their company and check to see who is actually employed by them. I found out that Dave Hallberg has some knowledge of hard scape meanwhile Shane pellets is just a guy who does grounds keeping. This was what Dave disclosed to me. it seems like They wanted to have me pay for the bobcat rental from this rental place called Grand Rental of Pelham. I told them it's not my responsibility . They rented it they should use it and get the project done as they agreed upon (in 3weeks). I have no pity for them since they robbed me of $25500 and threatened to come ripped off the pavers from my house. And that they will bring the police and lawyers with receipt in hands. I was hoping that they would so that it can backfire on them. I hope that these guys don't steal peoples money anymore and actually earn an honest living. You two should have the decency to give back at least $10,000.00 back. The materials you left at my house (2 pallet of Cambridge pavers) and 4 bags of cement that was hardened solid in a bag cause you left it outside and it rain and now rendered useless . You left a lot of scrap debris on my property such as pallets and metal straps from the pallets and the plastics from the pallets behind .I can go on for days but it seems like people who reads this review are tired of reading. So yeah don't hire Shane Pelletier not Dave Hallberg. Litigation is in progress.

Excuse after excuse, call to speak to Courtney get the answering service. Leave MULTIPLE messages with them. Get blanket email weeks later blaming answering service for not giving them messages then another email stating bad internet service then lack of help. Ask around about them you will get the real answer. Loosing customers everyday. Running business into the ground. Lost another customer. Next time answer your calls.
