When it was my turn, the cashier helped me with my jacket exchange first. It was quick and seamless, and the order for the new size was placed within minutes. For the hemming, she explained the process and told me to go to the dressing room, and someone would help me there. The hemming process was easy. I tried on the pants and the fitting room person helped with pinning the pants to the length I wanted. After that she explained that I would get an email when my pants were ready for pickup. Come the day of pick up, I found a staff member and was able to try on my newly altered pants. It fits well, and you can't really tell that the pants have been altered! Parking was easy, since I went on a random weekday. I would return back to this Lululemon location to shop and get any future hemming done!

I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted to exchange them for the same style in a normal fit. Because I didn't have the receipt or tag, I was told I couldn't make the exchange. The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected. I am writing this experience so that others like me who are waiting for their email, can understand their process and set expectations accordingly. I've actually been in this store at least 4 times over the last week trying on a few things, and every visit has been the same: the staff is warm, helpful, and quick to check for sizes or help find something specific. They also assisted me while I was in the fitting room and proactively checked with me to see if I needed anything. Zero pressure, just genuinely good customer service. This has definitely become my go-to Lululemon store. I actually live in Millbrae and I'd rather come here because Burlingame charges for parking!
