Save your money and go somewhere else. I had an appointment and I wasn't seated until half an hour later (What's the point of making an appointment then). Finally someone comes by to start my toes and I show her a picture of a design I wanted and I wanted my toes to match. She says it not possible and also if I want that design I have to switch to gel or it'll come out ugly. I'm annoyed that I'm paying to get what I want why does it matter if she thinks it's ugly but to give the place a fair chance I said fine I'll try gel. She immediately doesn't know how to cut toes she nips me twice and she didn't stop until I yelled. Also compared to other places that sanitize their tools separately before using them on you she literally grabs tools from a cup with some disinfectant that's she's sharing with another girl (I should've ran at that moment but I really tried to give them a chance). The water was also cold and she didn't know how to shapes toes for the life of her but I felt defeated at that point. Finally we get to the nails and right off the bat she gives me a sample of the colors they have that was the smallest selection I've ever seen. When I asked if she had any other colors she said no (which at the end i found out was a lie because another girl had a color sample thing and it was twice the size of the one I got). I suck it up and just pick from the crappy collection and we get started on my nails. She didn't know how to shape nails and every time I would tell her just take off a bit here she would just shave off a whole side so now my nails are half the size I went in with. I will give her that she did a decent design but it wasn't worth the rest of it. At the end she gives me my ticket and the receptionist says $80. $80 FOR A GEL MANICURE AND PEDICURE. I was livid. Don't do it, save your money, and run. read more

Been a loyal customer for years , recommended several clients to their establishment always tipped well. The Nutley location is cool, never really had a problem there but Belleville is a whole different animal. my last experience at The Belleville location was so terrible. I made an appointment showed up 15 minutes early and then they made me wait 45 minutes before telling me that the girl Carmen didn't want to do my nails ,didn't offer any explanation as to why so I tried to explain to the owner Tracy that I really needed to do my nail because I had waited all day to do this and nobody notified me until after I've been here she brushes me off she gets rude and she gets loud in front of all the customers it was so embarrassing and humiliating and I felt very discriminated against and then I noticed a day later she also canceled appointment that her very rude receptionist agreed to reschedule me for. the girl that was supposed to do my nails claimed she didn't want to do my nails because she was Busy , but literally sat in front of me for 15 minutes doing nothing but Looking at her phone instead of doing my nails . they were so rude I was completely shocked because the previous time being there I spent almost $300 for my birthday two weeks prior and didn't have any problems with them. At this point , i'm so disgusted by the treatment unfortunately I feel like I'm forced to file a discrimination claim with the Better Business Bureau, bcuz of how bad the treatment I received was. The whole experience was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. no loyal customer should ever be treated like that at any establishment . They do decent nails but their customer service is terrible and they really do not care about their customers. It appears that they feel like since they're busy they can treat anybody the way they feel like it with no repercussion . I've sent people there who have told me the same has happened to them so at this point, I would not recommend this salon. There are many other salons in the area that provide excellent customer service and do nails just as well. they only care about your money not about your time they do not respect their customers time, But will chew you out in front of the entire salon if you were running five or 10 minutes late even if you call ahead of time to notify them, but make you wait 45 minutes for your appointment to start and not even offer an apology. they might be nice at first but it will only be a matter of time before you realize how nasty they can really be. I would recommend you find a place that respects you, your time, your money and that has no problem giving you great customer service because this place unfortunately doesn't.. I wish I could give zero stars. Very hurt and disappointed by the way I was treated!!!! BBB here I come. read more

Front desk girl is cold and didnt say anything to me. 15 minutes later, they didn't even give me the option to choose my color while I wait. Felt completely ignored & I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I tried reaching to the owner to let him know my concern but they didn't bother to call me back. I was a customer before i got pregnant , so decided to come back now that i am back at work. First visit, all my gel fell off so fine, i decided to do the uv gel. I was charge $90 for a full set which fine i paid but my nails were horrible! They did not have a shape . Just looked ugly. So made my appt for two weeks with the girl that used to do my nails but had to cancel because i had no one to watch my baby. So of course i called to let them know and change my appt. Again my husband tells me he cant so i call back again to let them KNOW i cant make it and change my appt for the day after. Went to my appt like i said i would, and the guy in the belleville locations tells me he had to give my appt to someone else because he wasn't sure i was going to come. Thats when i got upset. They like when one has an appt and i kept letting them know if i was or was not able to make to not respect the appt i made? I am not coming back. Again not happy with my nails. I am a working mother and sometimes is difficult to find sometime to take care of myself And this place is not worth going. read more

I come here ALL the time to get my nails done. I've been coming here for over a year and I love the designs they do here with nails. It really depends who does your nails though because there has been times when I've asked for certain designs, and they came out looking not so great and then there are times when they come out amazing! Just beware of the prices.. I got my nails done there today and the girl charged me $45 for a gel manicure! When I asked her why so much, she said that it was extra for the matte top coat and also for the foil nails (I got two fingers with a few slabs of tiny pieces of foil). This is something I feel you should be telling your costumers BEFORE you do certain designs on them.. this is the first time I EVER had to pay $45 for a manicure.. I even said something to the girl at the front desk when I handed her my ticket and the owner was right there listening and didn't even say anything. I mentioned how I go there all the time and never had to pay this much for a manicure, if she had just told me ahead of time or even let this price slide this once for being a "regular" customer who was unhappy, I would have happily given the nail tech an amazing tip . Since returning from quarantine the prices have gone up significantly. I understand the increase, however, the quality has gone down from my experience. The past 3-4 gel manicures I have gotten have completely chipped / cracked within the first two weeks. I've been a client for the past 5 years or so but it's questionable whether or not I'll be returning. read more

I cant really rate them on their nails because we did not even have the chance to get them done. Its tiny inside and when i asked for a full set i was told if i didnt have an appointment they would not have time to see me. It was 3 pm on a saturday so there was still plenty of time before they closed. They didnt even offer to make me an appointment or ask if i wanted to come back later. so they should really make it known that they only do nails by appointment if they are not willing to take walk ins. Its not as if i walked in right before closing to get a full set!! They should treat their customers a little better because this area has a nail salon on every corner.. read more

I've been going here for over 2 years. They still treat you as if it's your first time going. They need to get it together. Parking isn't good. You will make an appointment and still wait and hour and no one will even care you waited enough to apologize. They brush it off and give you someone random. Which is the reason why you make an appointment. The last 3 times have been awful. First time they told me come in at 12 when my appointment was at 2. They mixed up 2 people with the same name. So I waited 2 hours. Second time my nails weren't filled up to the cuticle when I left. So I was back in less than 2 weeks for a fill. Third time I waited over an hour for my appointment when I called to see if they wanted me to come later she said no you will be ready in 15 mins. Didn't know 15 mins meant an hour I got a random nail tech and I won't be going back. The last 3 times my nails have been less than average. read more
