I love Fine Nails! They have consistently done a wonderful job with my nails and everyone is so kind. I always get gel X and a pedicure (occasionally regular and sometimes gel). I love that you can choose from so many different packages - I've done the CBD package a couple times and it feels amazing. I also loooove the massages they give with pedicures - the hot stones are a game changer. My former nail studio was super expensive and I had two gel x nails pop off from one set. I used to love them, but they seemed like the service was declining. When I came here with a friend, I could see the incredible attention to detail and service! My nails last forever and they always look great! And one final note - this last time my nail techs for both my fingers and toes decided they weren't happy with one nail (my pinky finger and my big toe). I didn't even notice the issues and they both redid the nails just because they knew it wasn't perfect. I was so thankful and impressed - I have never had someone do that, let alone two people at the same time! This really hit it home that this place is a great nail spot. read more

I'm sure there are many talented nail technicians at this salon, but unfortunately, the young male manicurist who worked on my daughter's nails was not one of them. My daughter went in for a Gel-X fill as a birthday gift, and the final result was disappointing. The application was sloppy, the nails were inconsistent in thickness, and the French tips looked blotchy and uneven. My daughter told me that he had to redo parts of the service several times during the appointment. When she got home and showed me her nails, it was clear that the quality of the work did not reflect the $60 price tag or the nearly two hours spent at the salon. My daughter was especially upset because this was meant to be a special birthday treat. I brought her back to the salon and spoke with who I believe was the manager. I appreciated how quickly he addressed my concerns and had the technician correct the nails. While the second attempt looked better, the overall result looked ehh. I do want to recognize the manager for trying to make things right, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

An update: Ownership has changed in the last few months and a lot of the technicians have left. My nail lady Mia also left and the prices got more expensive. I will not be coming back to this location as i got cut multiple times and the person i had for my nails, while she was very kind, did not tell me that she didn't have the ability to do the designs i wanted. (i would've been happy to shift to something else if she had told me) so instead i left with nails i was incredibly unhappy with. read more

Been here a couple times and the guy at the front is the worst! Dont know if hes the manager or the lead of everyone but very very IMPATIENT and RUDE especially over the phone. A man told her it was under new ownership now. He gave her the new price as the pedicure was almost over!!! This nail salon is great! They always get me in really quickly. I see Mia for nails and Lisa for toes. Mia is an actual artist. She is so talented and can do any crazy design that I show her. My fingers HURT. My usual spot was busy so I decided to try a new spot. I was cut on 3 fingers and the lady asked me to wash my hands to remove the blood before she continued. I didn't make a scene, but wow I was holding back tears from how hard she scrapped my nails with a file and how deep and fast she used the tools. She never said sorry until I finally flinched hard enough for her to notice. I'm never coming back. Pain is an understatement. My camera wouldn't focus on each individual finger but they're all RED and pulsing from the pain. read more

They don't follow instructions or they're deaf...I kept telling the nail tech to clean my cuticle before it dries down since it's gel she said once I wash my hands it will go away. It did not, she grabbed a nail filer then nail drill to remove it and cut me! I kept telling her she cut me all she says it's "ok" and still wanting to drill my cuticle ... now I have an infection!! read more

My friend and I went on a Sunday. We called and asked their availability and they quoted us 20 minutes. We sat there for an hour and a half. New establishment, we saw good reviews so we decided to try it out. I'm not normally the one to write a negative review on a new business because there will always be things to be worked out. My male friend and I came in for pedicures, we've gotten pedicures a million other times with no one batting an eye. Idk what it was but we sat down, the lady who helped me was nice the one working on my friends pedicure was straight up disgusted by the fact he was even in the shop. We asked for colored pedicures, the both of us and she straight up just looked at him and straight I'll put shiny on your toes. He told her no, he wanted white. She said she will get the colors him and asked him again if he wanted colors. A total of 3 times she said she would get the color and do the color for him but we ended up leaving with just shiny nails because she decided he couldn't have the color. We were joking or laughing, he literally said "I want the same color as her (me)" when she asked what color. Next issue, she straight up skipped the stone massage. My friend and I were watching her and waiting for her to do the massage. I just noticed she completely skipped it and my friend was waiting for it. I would've said something but before we knew it, she said she was done. I was upset for him because he really wanted the color and it wasn't the language barrier. I wish I could say if she couldn't understand us when we asked for a pedicure with color, it would've been ok, but it was the fact she said she would show us the colors and asked us 3 times what colored we wanted and then proceeded to just do one coat of clear was absurd and extremely disappointing. We paid for a decently expensive pedicures too. It's not ok to rush and speed up and make decisions for the customer when we clearly came in with an intention and expected the service to be done properly, I don't think it's too much to ask for read more

I have been to other nail shops over the years but they do not come close to the attention, the needs of the customer and the results of Fine Nails. Such a cute salon! I was able to walk in and get seated right away, they have massage chairs for pedicures. I headed in for a gel mani/pedi and they had so many colors to chose from! I opted for a red orange and had my nails done by Rose & Julie. I was offered something to drink, they had tea, coffee and even champagne.
