Needless to say, I was devastated. Had to make a hit and run claim because the neighbor would not admit anything, even though the paint transfer on the door and rust on the ground were 100% from her car. My appraiser recommended Classic, so I called and made an appointment. When I went there on a Wednesday, Tony said to bring it in on Monday so I wasn't wasting my rental while they researched doors and also the weekend passing. I thought that was very considerate of him! Dropped it off on the Monday at about 8:15am, and they set up the rental. Got picked up and had my rental and was at work by 9am. Not bad! I mentioned to Tony that there was a preexisting scratch on the hood and on the bumper that I would like a quote for. He said don't worry, we'll take care of you. The car was ready Thursday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday. As soon as I saw it, it was like a weight had been lifted. The new door looked and worked perfectly, and the paint was an exact match. You would never know that it was new! Also, I couldn't find the scratch on the hood and bumper! They gave me a great price on the extra work I had them do, and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. All in all, they took an awful situation and made it into a GREAT experience. Tony and Jimmy take pride in their work and their customers and it shows. Steve handles insurance companies so you have no stress of your own and he is extremely nice and personable. Steve's customer service feels like something nostalgic that doesn't exist anymore except for in his shop. He had a rental ready for me at the shop when I went to drop off my car making the process quick and seamless. The rental place he uses does not charge the customer and only charges the insurance taking some stress off the customer when insurance companies often charge after 2 weeks of having a rental. Steve stays in communication with your insurance company so you don't have to. I had $10,000 worth of damage to my car and he made it look brand new. I truly love Steve he is such a nice guy and doesn't stop until everything is absolutely perfect! He also offered to drive my car an hour and a half to get it to me since I live far away. I truly don't know anyone else like him or anyone who runs business in such a kind and thoughtful way. The first time I took my car to Steve's son Stephen it was after I had already taken my car to somewhere else and they didn't fix it. A tree had fallen on my car during a tornado and I had taken it where the insurance company wanted me to, months later my car still had a leak and the first place couldn't fix it, so then I took it to Stephen who spent a long time hosing my car down to see exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. He was able to tack it onto my first claim since it was an unresolved issue. Not many places are this helpful or kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have NEVER been spoken to this poorly in my life - I moved my car off his lot after a conversation that involved the owner blaming me for getting into a car accident and "calling him 15 times" to check on my car (I called three times, twice were because he left voicemails requesting I call him back). The call ended with him saying "How about I throw the parts in the back of your car and you can drag it off the lot? How's that?" Needless to say, I felt uncomfortable leaving my car with this guy, so I had it towed elsewhere. Fast forward two weeks - I just picked up my car and found all the damaged pieces from my car in the back of my trunk. Stay away from this guy - VERY unprofessional.
