Stop looking, this is the place to go I could not be more happy with K & C Beautiful work at a very reasonable price, local business, family oriented, good people My daughter got in her first accident. They took care of repairing my new 2025 corolla as well as the person she hit. They were able to get my car in quickly and both cars look new again. I am so glad i found K & C, i went to other shops first but leadtime and pricing was longer and higher. If anyone I know needs body work I will tell them that they must go see Paulo and his team read more

I am SO glad to see that I am not the only one who had a wonderful experience with K&C autobody and sales. I am also glad that I asked my trusted neighbor for a recommendation after I scratched up the passenger side of my friend's car after she had loaned it to me for an errand. There were horrible white streaks on the front door and the back door had some damage as well which affected how it opened, I think. Anyway I was terrified that it could not be put back to its original condition and/or that it would be expensive. Paulo ended up quoting us an unbelievable price, got the job quickly and completely. He even did a thorough detail and cleaning of the interior and exterior, leaving my friend's car better than when I borrowed it! My friend was so happy that she wrote a 5-star review already here. I am so glad to find an honest place to send everyone with cars that need bodywork. They seem to do it all! I recommend them without hesitation!! read more

If you need expert auto body repair, look no further than K & C. Paulo took my car in and had it repaired and back to me before the dealer could even look at it. I keep my car pristine and Paulo treated it that way. Over $5000 damage and I had the car back within 10 days. He even bought new parts when the insurance company only would supply used parts because he didn't like the fit of the used parts. He wouldn't let my car go until it was perfect. And it is perfect. Please call K & C for your auto body work. You won't be disappointed! -Brian Wenham, MA read more

I've used K&Cs twice now, the first time for a VW with a giant scrape down the passenger's side from someone in a parking lot, this most recent time on my Honda with TWO giant scrapes from a trip to New York. I shopped around and was quoted in excess of $1500 for the fix from three other places. I went and spoke to Charlie and he said he'd do it for $1100. He took my car immediately, got it back to me sooner than he said he would, the work is immaculate and he did MORE than he quoted me (originally he said the quote wouldn't cover the cost of repair for a small nick in the bumper-- I hadn't included that in any of the quotes I'd requested--but he fixed it anyway!) My mom was so impressed with the work he's done on my cars that she took him her work truck to have repaired. If another jackass hits me in a parking lot, I'll definitely be going to K&Cs to get it fixed. read more

WOW, I brought my car in for necessary rust repair not due to an accident ! Paulo & Steph were amazing - kind, professional, and hard- working !!! I was so happy with the work that Paulo and his team did. I brought my car in for damage that was done when I got rear-ended. I was so happy that he dealt directly with the insurance company and went above and beyond, even fixing some other scratches that were separate from the initial damage. I would highly recommend K&C and if I ever need an auto body shop again, would 100% be a repeat customer! Thank you, Paulo! read more

Loved this place very efficient fair prices great customer service. It's rare you find this kind of shop around here this is the one no doubt

I took my car there after an accident a little while ago. My insurance covered most of the damage and labor but I still had to pay quite a bit out of pocket - which was more than I was quoted. When I picked up the car it looked great, and I was very pleased with the results. However after several weeks I noticed that some of the paint was flaking off and there were some signs of rust underneath. After doing some investigating I learned that the owner of K&C's partner's up with the Ferris junk yard across the way. Now I know that several body shops will get parts from yards and such, but I had been billed for a brand new panel from the manufacturer and a junk panel had been used instead. When I confronted Charley about it he claimed that it was a brand new part and that there wasn't any rust and the paint flaking was just wax peeling off. Really?? Buyer beware - the owner will nickel and dime you for junk parts and charge a premium claiming that they are brand new parts. I only went there because they are closer to my house that the old body-shop that I have used in the past - I guarantee that it is worth going the extra distance to stay away from K&C's. read more

I brought my mother's car to this shop. The service and quality is extraordinary. The cost was lower than the estimate, they helped my elderly mother by retrieving and returning her car and it was clean. So thoughtful, such great work. I recommend them completely. read more

I always go to K and C. I've had everything from minor damage to the bumper to several thousands of dollars of body damage. They are fast, professional, and they'd never overcharge. Even after moving to Malden I still drive back to Salem for bodywork, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. read more

I couldn't be happier with the condition of my car after I left it with K&C Auto Body. It was in wonderful condition when I picked it up. They were fast and meticulous with the repairs. My car had been very scraped up on the passenger side of the front. It looked wonderful when I picked it up. And they had it back to me faster than I expected it. The prices was reasonable and the results were better than expected. I am so happy to have used K&C Auto Body for the first time. read more

Last month I had an accident in my 2015 KIA Optima. I was not sure where to have it fixed. My sister recommended Paulo at K&C Auto Body. She said that he did an amazing job on her car when it was hit by another vehicle. I have never been in an accident and had no idea how long it was going to take. I figured 3 weeks easy. When I brought my car to him the first time to show him the damage he was incredibly welcoming and literally a week later the car was fixed. Keep in mind I had no other mode of transportation. I was amazed at how quick it was. And the the work was perfect. I would recommend friends, family, and strangers to go to him. Paulo and his team are true professionals. read more

I brought my Honda Odyssey to K&C auto repair after someone slammed into the back of it, crushing the hatch back and bumper. I was extremely pleased with the work and service. My Civic had a close encounter with a pile of snow that had turned into a solid block of ice, with devastating results for my front bumper. My son in law had been so pleased with his experience at K & C he suggested I go there. What a wonderful experience! Pablo is friendly, caring and knows his business. He was able to get my bumper back into shape and on the car in record time. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance and charged me a lot of money but instead he fixed the problem. Unlike most auto repair places, he has a tidy office, a friendly staff and there is a really good feeling like they care about their work. I would not hesitate to return to K & C ! read more

I went to K and C after I checked out the reviews on Yelp and could not agree more with the 5 star rating. Paulo is one of the nicest and most concientious business owners that I have dealt with.
