I had parked too close to an old stone building, and basically took out my driver's side rear quadrant when I pulled out. Stay away! These guys are a bunch of hackers! Cpl years ago spent $1500 To paint 2 side rocker spoilers, trunk lid and a rear bumper. 2 paint runs on each rckr/spoiler and add bubble on 1.Trunk lid leaked, put on rear spoiler on wet paint,$325 to replace trunk carpet and spare tire cover! Only rear bumper cover came out good out good . Had to redo all ! Complained gave $225 back and kicked me out ! read more

Hmm - first yelp review for All Wheels? Second time using them in several years, fortunately, but they do impeccable work, having just fixed a nasty ding on my BMW Z4 and touched up a bunch of chipped paint chips, and car looks like new. So let's see - they do fabulous work, they do it within the time scheduled so very reliable, and they even call when they say they will.(!) They fixed my car so that it looked as good as new (which was important, as it's a lease, and the damage was not insignificant). They were friendly, easy to work with, and easy to contact. They actually got the work done a few days before I expected them to, which was not at ALL my experience with previous auto body shops. Real nice body shop. I brought my car in for paint-less dent removal after it was drilled by a foul ball. Super quick and the end result was flawless. Owner was very nice and accommodating. From what I hear, prices on other bodywork is expensive, but if you care about your car, price doesn't matter. If you want a cheap price, go to MAACO and buy a box of razor blades to scrape paint off your windows and trim. read more

I'll start off by saying I am very picky about my car. Some moron ran a red light on my birthday and hit the front bumper. There was additional damage not visible initially which they arranged with my insurance company. When I got the car back, it pretty much looked like NEW. Great body shop. Very friendly and professional service. On top of the scheduled repairs (which were done quickly and flawlessly), they also vacuumed the entire interior of my car without charging me. If I ever need more body work done, I'll definitely go back here. read more

Brought my new (black) BMW to All Wheels for a rear quarter repair. Ron explained all options clearly and produced a written estimate while I was there. Was ultimately advised going with the less intrusive, cheaper repair. The quoted repair time was exceeded by a few days, but it was well worth the wait! Not a hint of damage, and the black paint is flawless. Would not consider another shop in regards to quality and price. read more

Hi,my aim is to WARN the public about how Ron Belanger and ALLWHEELS co. do business ! Personality wise,not good w/people at first impression,but I'm not looking for a friend just want the job done right ! Gave me a quote ! which I never disputed ! pick up car notice bubble on paint within 1 minute on passenger side spoiler now I start looking nics and scratches on trunk lid panel that was also repaired said "don't chase every nick" ! upon cleaning the car more thoroughly @ home noticed that driver side spoiler also has 4 paint runs @ the rear Upon showing the initial pass side defects he agreed to fix,but refused to fix scratches on truck lid ! I insisted that the scratches on trk lid be fixed.I immediately called CC Co. Cancelled charge and are now as we speak disputing the POOR WORK,I have since been to MIKE'S AUTOBODY in Peabody a BMW Certified paint shop who is helping me w/dispute I am a frequent participant @ Sunday Car Show @ Beverly Cumming Office Park,and The LIBERTY TREE MALL wensday's 05 WRX STI only one usually @ either show COME AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF ! read more

I would like to first by stating that I have been a customer of All Wheels for over a decade. This company was recommended by a service advisor at BMW. There work was absolutely outstanding from 2004-2007. As time moved forward, I noticed their workmanship started to suffer and ultimately lacked the quality, fit and finish they were renown for. Shorty thereafter, the BMW service supervisor who encouraged their service, indicated that they had advised their clients to cease their relationship with All Wheels and bring their automobiles elsewhere. Sorrowfully, All Wheel's quality has declined appreciably. Regardless of BMW's advice, I hired All Wheels to service two more vehicles for renovation at that location. Needless to say, both vehicles had running paint on the doors and sills. The electronics on my keyless go was destroyed, requiring replacement by the dealer (costing several hundred dollars) The President, Ron has absolutely no compassion, appreciation or charm whatsoever. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this business and there was a time when I recommended this shop to everyone. At this point, I refuse to ever do business there again. Ron, if you're reading this...there are a number of body shops within less than an hour from your location, and one of them was rated #9 in the country. I wish you well, but most of all...I hope you're able to return to the level of quality control that brought me to your business in the first place. read more
