The cost of the work was much less than I expected, especially since the entire inside was perfectly detailed in addition to the beautiful body work on the outside. My car had damage to the right side doors from a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company…read moreappraised it and I called the Auto Body Clinic. Took it in and there's where the fun started. Call1, they're waiting on parts. Call 2 your car should be ready Friday. Call 3 your car is in the paint shop. Call 4 now they say they can't start repairs until my insurance company approves the supplemental estimate. My insurance company said that was approved a week before. All of these status reports came from the woman who answers their phone. When I asked her why there were so many conflicting reports she started to yell over the phone. I attempted to ask another question and she continued yelling at me and talking over me. To say she was unprofessional is like saying Hitler was hard to get along with. She is obnoxious, argumentative and foul mouthed. I can't believe she still works there. I'm sure polite, customer service oriented people are looking for jobs. She is the reason I would hesitate going there again. Also, the final cost ended up being twice the initial estimate almost to the penny. Curiouser and curiouser!!?

A phone and vape was also found in our truck (not ours). When I spoke to a very nice gentlemen he said call back to speak with Stevie. He did say that is odd as we don't spend time in the vehicles. When I called Stevie he was clearly ready for my call and was short, abrupt and stated, I heard and this did not happen at our shop, the phone and vape was found when we cleaned your truck. It's very sad how the call was handled and changes my view on the professionalism at this location. I would have expected a different response to make this right over a very small amount of money. Sometimes it's all about how things are handled and determine what a customer will do in the future.

They did a fantastic job on my bumper, cleaned my headlights (something that has been on my to-do list for years now, so that is a huge life saver), did an excellent interior/exterior clean, and even left a little goodie bag in the car. Needless to say, I was devastated. Had to make a hit and run claim because the neighbor would not admit anything, even though the paint transfer on the door and rust on the ground were 100% from her car. My appraiser recommended Classic, so I called and made an appointment. When I went there on a Wednesday, Tony said to bring it in on Monday so I wasn't wasting my rental while they researched doors and also the weekend passing. I thought that was very considerate of him! Dropped it off on the Monday at about 8:15am, and they set up the rental. Got picked up and had my rental and was at work by 9am. Not bad! I mentioned to Tony that there was a preexisting scratch on the hood and on the bumper that I would like a quote for. He said don't worry, we'll take care of you. The car was ready Thursday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday. As soon as I saw it, it was like a weight had been lifted. The new door looked and worked perfectly, and the paint was an exact match. You would never know that it was new! Also, I couldn't find the scratch on the hood and bumper! They gave me a great price on the extra work I had them do, and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. All in all, they took an awful situation and made it into a GREAT experience. Tony and Jimmy take pride in their work and their customers and it shows.
