My problem is with owners/employees who do not return a smile or meet my eye. Whether intended or not, this made me feel too unimportant to be bothered with, more like I was a pesky fly. To be clear, I have zero problem with business owners not speaking English, especially when a co-owner is fluent and handles communication. I am the grandchild of immigrants. I am also unhappy with a fluctuating price. Again, don't lower the price after I regretfully and politely decide to leave. Set a fair price to begin with, not a high price you then lower when a customer balks. Today's visit, I had a zipper changed on my son's jacket and I had the hem of one of my dresses Fixed because it came undone in the wash. The clothes were ready for pick up faster than the original estimated date for pick up, so that was nice although I wasn't able to pick it up for a few days after the text message was received saying that the clothes were ready for me. The service is always very friendly and easy to talk to about what alterations I had in my head and what alterations they are able to do. Today both alterations cost $20 each and that's pretty average for the type of work requested in this area.
