The quality and service and customer service all went downhill with the new management. One event that I remember was I called them on a Saturday to complain about white stains on my items that I just picked up. It only shows up on the black clothing of course. The lady who answered the phone was rude and put me on hold. I waited on the phone at first for 10 min then it last up to close to an hour!! I hung up, and called back again an hour later. This lady kept the phone off the hook. lol I called all day until before closing and phone was still off the hook. I told myself I wouldn't go back. However, I did go back. Yet again, when I picked up my items, white mark or whatever it is on my black clothes. I told the lady who was there one day and she took it and idk what she tried to do but it was there or she prayed and wiped with water which is what I do myself. Why are there white marks on my clothing after getting dry cleaned?? This never happened before with the previous owners. Next incident was when I came in the afternoon to bring in a paper of pants to get hemmed. Mind you, I come from Vallejo just to come all the way here cause it's the only place I know. I get there and the lady at the front attempts to take the measurements and she had no idea what she was doing. From the way she was folding the pants, to it being an uneven fold. It was a frustrating experience. I told her I'll come back a different day. She said she was just helping out because the person that normally does it, wasn't in. Ummm, maybe have someone there all the time who does this? People go out of their way to come here or put a sign when hemming person will be in! That was the last straw and never again.
