If you are in the city of Stanton, between the borders of Buena Park & Cypress, then try Fili Eats to satisfy your Filipino food craving! Located in a small shopping center next to a Laundromat, this Filipino food establishment has plenty of choices for the "turo turo" which is Tagalog for point point, and has food placed in warmers ready to eat with no wait for cooking time. The male owner was nice enough to let us sample many of his dishes similar to "Costco" sampling. I already knew what I wanted to order and got the 2 item combo which came with white rice and had the bicol Express and menudo. We ordered our food to go and good enough we were able to enjoy the warm food without having to worry about reheating the food. The meat was not as tender as I would have liked it for both dishes and the rice was slightly hard (half star off). The menudo didn't have the usual Filipino hot dogs and the bicol Express had a more orange coloring than I was used to (half star off). This Filipino restaurant is easily accessible from Valley View which can be going towards the 91 freeway and if you are in Stanton, glad to know that there's Filipino food available in such a small city. So if you want to try some Filipino Eats, then go to Fili Eats and enjoy!

I am so glad my first time trying Filipino food was at Fili Eats! Upon entering the quaint shop, you are greeted by the sweetest and kindest family ever. They were kind enough to walk us through the menu and even had some recommendations for us. We got to try lechon (crispy pork), embutido (meatloaf), pancit (noodles), spicy cajun shrimp pasta, turon (crispy fried banana in an eggroll wrapper), and so much more. Everything tasted so good! And a combo box was under $12! AND THEY CATER! So excited to visit again and you should too!

The Filipino food here is the best in the area. The owner is very kind. I can only eat Filipino food here now.

Welcoming, friendly service by the owners. Food is nicely prepared, not overly greasy or salty. Lechon was crispy and meat tender. Pancit was moist and flavorful. Favorite was the sisig, good balance of pork and onions/peppers with great flavor without being too oily. Clean premises too.

Fili Eats is a turo style food service, casual, and delicious. I ate the Lechon kawali, Pancit, Chicken & pork skewers, Langoniza & embutido, Tocino & sisig, Misua soup, Lumpia, Ube macapuno pandesal, Turon with ube ice cream, and Calamansi juice. Food was tasty, service was fast and friendly, and definitely will be coming back for more soon!

Fili Eats is straight-up FIRE!!! Their food trays are the kind of thing that make you rethink your life choices :D - in a good way. The LECHON KAWALI?? Crispy, juicy, and dangerous. Like, you hear the crunch before you even take a bite. The CAJUN SEAFOOD PASTA hits with that creamy, spicy kick that keeps you going back for "just one more scoop," and then suddenly half the tray is gone. And don't even get me started on the LUMPIANG SHANGHAi - perfectly fried, packed with flavor, and impossible to stop eating... Plus, try their Crispy, Tasty Calamari and Tuna Pesto Pasta.. Wew! Everything tastes fresh, seasoned right, and made with love! Portions are generous, trays look amazing, and the food stays bomb even for parties. If you're feeding a crowd or just want to spoil yourself, Fili Eats delivers every time. Big flavor, big vibes, no misses.

Lovely little place that serves great food! Decided to try it when I was waiting for my car to get serviced. Lady is very friendly and helpful when I wasn't sure what to order. Love their crispy pork!!!

How much is a tray of turon?

We have various sizes of trays, and sell turon per piece! Order as many pieces as you’d like! $1.25 each! Thank you.

How much for 25 bbq? Or small tray of sisig? Thanks

25 pieces of bbq, depending on the meat, would be around $80-90! We are more than happy to work with you on custom requests and orders!

* Who: partner & I * What: random late lunch…read more* When: Saturday a little past noon * Why: hungry after apartment touring * Space/Decor: in a small plaza that had plenty of parking when we arrived. Average space in the sense it's rectangular & like any mom/pop hole in the wall. You step in, tables to your right going all the way back, & left front side has cash register, sweets display, & water dispenser while the rest of the left was the kitchen. Menu was straightforward but could benefit from having a description in case you're not familiar (like my BF). * Service: the reason I'm docking by 1 star. The lady was nice, but not very attentive, & it wasn't like it was busy. We needed to ask or follow up on 2-3 things. My BF was eyeing some dessert when we were first ordering but she didn't try to sell it to us ‍ * Food: surprisingly good as it was both our first time there. He got the adobo bowl & the chicken was tender/juicy & pretty much fell off the bone. I got the tocino plate & the meat was flavorful with just the right amount of garlic in the rice. We also got one chicken skewer & one pork skewer, which was a bit smaller than I'm used to but the smoky flavor & tenderness was spot on. My only issue was the portion compared to the price. * Final Thoughts: mom/pop Filipino food that is great on flavor but leaves something to be desired with customer service. Would recommend & will return again for the food. * Final Grade: B+ or 8.5/10

This is my go to restaurant whenever I crave Filipino food!…read moreI usually come here for breakfast with friends. Their sinangag is great, especially paired with longganisa, tocino or beef tapa with egg. Plus the tortang talong and fried bangus. I love everything here. Lol Service wise, some staff are not that approachable. The place is very carinderia feels, it is clean, homey.

They have decent breakfast and lunch selections. I went with the two item combo but we actually wanted three items, so I got a small size of the sinigang. Other than the combo options, they do not have any posted prices of aka carte items or the prices of the individual small, medium and large containers. I asked how much a small is and the guy said it depends on the item. They should just have a set price on the S,M,L containers. Anyway I got the two item combo with Lechon Kawali and the tofu & Pork ears along with the small sinigang. When I went to pay it was $29.70. I should have questioned it, but instead I asked for a receipt. That didn't do any good because all they gave me was the charge receipt and not itemized. Later when the line dwindled down I asked again how much the small sinigang was and why did my $15.49 combo become almost $30.00? She said the small sinigang was $10.79. If I knew how much they were charging me I could have just ordered two of the two item combos or a single item combo and for about the same price I paid, I would have gotten more. That's Filipino service for you. If they cared about their customers, the lady could have suggested to just order a combo instead of the individual entree and I would get more value for the similar price. If there's a next time, I know what to do. If they aren't going to advice customers of the price because they don't show it posted for us to see, then I'll ask them for the price of each item and see if they get annoyed with me. The other annoying thing that happened is she asked if we were eating it there or to go and I said we would eat it there so she gave us one plastic fork and one spoon. The annoying thing is you have to go back to the counter and the line was so long and the two people there were both serving the customers ordering food, so I hate to be rude but I had to cut them off and say you only gave me one set of silverware, I need another. Also the other reason we don't eat here too often is they are only open six days a week and only from 7:00am to 2:00 pm each day.
