Having a close pizza place to our house is really great. We go here for some good pizza.

Usually Figaro's is pretty good. Tonight this was not the case. I ordered two pizzas and one of the pizzas was wrong. My husband didn't realize it until he got home and we were not going back. The pizza was also mediocre. Not much cheese and sauce. Will be awhile before we order pizza again. read more

We called in a pick-up order for the first time on 04/08/2022 at about 7:30PM. This is our first time trying Figaro's, as we were visiting the area. We ordered a medium Garden Veggie Pizza, a large Papa's supreme and a Meat Calzone. The Pizzas were great, and the Calzone was excellent! I thought the Pizzas were cooked well and made with a great combination of sauce, cheese and toppings. Overall, an A+ in my book! I would definitely order at Figaro's again! read more

This was my first time coming back to this restaurant since the ownership change, and -- WOW!! The food came out very quickly, and it was so delicious! The previous owner did the restaurant a huge disservice, but these guys are doing a fantastic job! We will be back weekly now knowing we can enjoy our local pizza parlor again! read more

We stopped by on our way back to California. I'm glad that we did! We ordered a medium cheese and chicken pizza with two pounds of wings! They hit the spot! It's noticeable that the ingredients were fresh and not processed. My kids are picky eaters, but they devoured through both the pizza and wings. I've given this figaros so many chances and every time I've been disappointed. Just a few things I have experienced there. *Called in an order said it'd be 15-20 minutes. I give it 20-minutes and my order hasn't even been made. So I ended up standing there for 20-minutes while they made my order.... making it take 40-minutes. ***this has happened to me twice * Literally standing right by the register where they make the pizzas and I watched a guy drop one of the pans he uses to make the pizza on the floor and picked it up and used it. * watched a guy scratch his face and about to continue making a pizza but then noticed me watching him so he washed his hands. * most recently got pizza to go and came home to find a 6-inch long piece of hair imbedded in the cheese and sticking out of a slice of pizza I put on my plate. Spent lots of money over the past few years with Figaro's ... and we always got delivery... then last time we ordered, were told we were 3 minutes past their delivery area!! This is ridiculous !!! Never buy from Figaro again. Losing lots of revenue by such a poor rule of thumb and a map of GPS time. We are in a rural area , so will affect a lot of people . Decent store and not to expensive, but probably the worst chain pizza I've had. They didn't do anything wrong so I can't give them less than 3 stars, but I've had their pizza 6-8 times and never truly liked it, its just their is no other options out here. Personally I think papa Murphy and frozen pizza is substantially better and will only order this if I'm truly starving. Stopped on the way from Crater Lake. This place was probably the best pizza we've ever eaten. I had the gluten free thin crust veggie pizza with no cheese and it was so crispy and flavorful. The rest of my family had a veggie pizza and raved about the crust and flavors. They got a Sicilian style. The owner was super friendly and the food was fast. This is a must do stop. I have never enjoyed the food that has came from the ONLY PIZZA JOINT in Gold Hill known as figaros! Besides being one of the VERY FEW restaurants here in our little friendly town you really bank on it being something tastey...I can honestly say they are consistent with two things; having unfriendly service and if u order for delivery they will most likely get lost in our mile long Town. I do feel it is important to add that My granddaughter worked there and did a great job, customers would come in on her days so they knew they would get her smiling face and they knew she would make a fresh quality product. As of late though she was fired due to calling In because she had her 3 babies that she is a single mother to and she was in and out of the hospital. I believe that because my granddaughter left messages with the people that she has been instructed to do so with and they didn't receive those messages no one came into open the store til the 4pm shift showed up...now I could be completely wrong but I'm feeling that my granddaughter is not at fault because of not showing up. She reached out to whom she needed to but it's not her fault that the management did not check her phone the entire day...or would management and customers want her to come into the restaurant sick herself with 3 sick babies in tow and possibly infect food, customers other employees etc?? I may be old fashioned but this sounds like poor management to me!...I will stand by the fact that I will NEVER order a Single item from this establishment as long as the current management is there. I also want to add that my granddaughter is the sole provider for her 3 children and now 2 weeks before Christmas she is looking for a new job...such a shame. read more

We waited about 40 minutes for 2 pizzas which wasn't the problem but something that could be looked into by management. Because; while we waited 1 employee went out on delivery, then another went on a cigarette break leaving the third to make pizzas, take calls and handle money. He did great, but never wore gloves or washed his hands. The other guy came in from a smoke break, took money and went back to making pizzas without washing hands or wearing gloves. I'm not complaining because of Covid it's just gross to handle cheese and meat without washing your hands or wearing gloves in general. Let alone handling cash and phones and food. Our total was $40 for 2 pizzas, and 4 waters. After 40 minutes I couldn't watch anymore and we left without a refund (didn't even ask) and without the pizzas. After watching that you couldn't have given me the pizzas. It takes a bit to gross me out but they did it. read more

Stopped in for dinner during a visit to the area. A local recommended the pizza with everything on it (11 or 12 toppings). I was tired from driving so I went with it, though I usually prefer a simple 1 or 2 topping pizza. I'm glad I switched it up as the pizza was delicious! I also enjoyed reading the large thank you cards on the walls, from the local schools, etc., to whom they have donated.
