The Genoa (grilled) I had to sample it first... it's AMAZING

This place has instantly become my favorite, I love Italian food, and I love Alfredo... the homemade Alfredo sauce here is delightfully rich and creamy and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and gave me some of their favorite recommendations, which did not disappoint. I'll be returning anytime I come down to southern Oregon. Thank you! Also, the iced Italian coffee has whip cream and cinnamon on top, adding that extra little flare of YUM

Leila greeted us as we entered. She was friendly and knew the menu. You order at the front area and the menu is posted there. I caught a glimpse of the lasagna and wanted to try it because it was made with a béchamel. We also ordered the pasta with meatball. The one meatball is very large. I love they give you a beautiful bottle of water so you can refill your own glasses. The food is fantastic, service was kind. Ambiance is homey with family photos on the wall. It's a small place with limited seating. Being able to order at a table would bring this to 5 stars.

Best Italian food in Oregon by far. We are locals and go there regularly. The mess, eggplant, and spicy pepi are our go-to's

Each course arrives like a perfectly timed step, flowing effortlessly from one to the next. The food is bold yet elegant, comforting yet exciting. Every bite feels intentional, like a well-rehearsed routine where nothing is rushed and nothing is overlooked. You don't just eat here -- you experience it. The flavors build, pause, surprise, and finish strong, leaving you wanting just one more turn around the floor. The staff moves with grace and confidence, anticipating needs before you ask, guiding the evening without ever interrupting its flow. It's the kind of place where time slows down, where dinner becomes a moment, not a meal. Osteria La Briccola captures what great Italian dining is meant to be -- passion, energy, warmth, and soul. Bianche e nere was excellent: squid ink and regular white linguini with shrimp and porcini mushrooms cooked to perfection in a white creamy sauce with some pancetta as well. Very tasty! as dessert we had a caramel flan with amaretto and whipped cream on the side... super delicious as well!! service was great. Parking in downtown is challenging but we found a street spot not too far away. It's a bit on the pricier side but very much worth it!!!! the decor is lovely and "our room" had about 8 tables in it.

We had the two specials: my wife had the rib eye steak and I had the cioppino. The steak was served with a blue cheese butter, asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Truly delicious. I like to think of myself as a cioppino snob as it is one of my favorite meals and I've had it at restaurants all over the world. I must say Carson's recipe is superb. His broth has subtle flavors of tarragon and fennel. He adds sole, blue crab and shrimp for the protein. It's truly outstanding and one the best I've had. Jolie is not only the hostess, but also the waitress and pastry chef. She's charming and really fun to talk to. She let us sample some of the full-bodied red wines as well as a nice Petite Syrah. She also enticed us to try her peanut butter shortbread dessert. It melted in your mouth. The restaurant decor is charming and cozy. It makes for a very intimate setting and Jolie and Carson makes it feel like your having dinner with good friends. Still the best restaurant in Grants Pass. Apparently, Carson makes Osso Buco, which is another one of my favorites. I will be sure to come back to try it.

My flounder dish was unforgettable, though I can't recall the exact accompaniments. So we were really excited to try this place especially with it saying organic etc. Our server was super chill. Very nice. The food was pretty good. The only thing I thought was odd was that the center of my steak was very cold. The potatoes it was served with was hot. But I didn't want to make a fuss and have it heated or sent back. It wasn't ideal but at the same time there's a lot worse things in the world than a cold steak.
