Stopped in after yoga! Loved the cultural and the community feel of this spot. I had an iced oat latte. There was a vendor pop up which was nice too! Service was kind and fast.

This is a legit new coffee shop and community space located in the heart of five points Denver, Colorado. The Adult Ent. crew has done it again by setting an incredible vibe needed for the urban community to convene and enjoy ourselves within a heavily gentrified neighborhood. Keeping the historical Black neighborhood "Harlem of the West" on point is so important. I love that they serve coffee, snacks, and ice cream. The shop also has decks for a DJ to spin records, throw small intimate events as well as listening parties. This spot is a whole vibe and I will frequent it as much as possible for as long as it stays open.

Iced latte, love that they use the tiny ice!

Sunday mornings call for yoga in the park followed by coffee, for me. Sadly, my usual spot was very packed this morning so I searched for a new spot to try out. And I'm glad this happened because I found this place and WOW! What an awesome coffee shop! I love the service, the ambiance, the brew, and location. I ordered an iced latte, and it was perfect. Not too sweet and I was even able to taste the espresso, which wasn't bitter. My husband ordered a flat white and it was awesome as it was smooth and very tasty. This makes a great spot to get work done or just hang out and catch up with friends or even read a book (the selection of books and magazines on the tables were pretty awesome, they even had comic books!). Oh, and did I mention there's ICE CREAM that you can top with cereal?! Sadly, it was too early for me so it'll wait for next time. Definitely a coffee shop checking out if you haven't already!

It was nice checking out this black owned cafe after having seen many videos on tiktok about it. The vibes were there and creativity when putting together the menu. My qualms lied here, they don't have solid menus available for customers. They have a base menu of sorts painted on their wall, but you have to ask what each drink entails and their seasonal items aren't painted, which makes sense if they're going to change often. A QR code at least would be nice to understand each drink and what's in it. I'm sure this would make it easier for the barista's as well as the customers. I got the Horchata Hot Chocolate and Blacker the Berry (blackberry matcha). They were good drinks but I think they could be better with some tweaks. The Horchata Hot Chocolate, I'm not sure if they used water as the base, but it could've been richer for me. You could taste the horchata, but the chocolate could've given more for me. The BlackBerry Matcha was actually pretty great. The sweetness was subtle but perfect. It had a faint berry taste. A little bit more of a berry taste would've made it even better. They also use a catering service for their burritos. I think it's black owned but don't quote me on it. I look forward to seeing how they grow.

The atmosphere. The people. The coffee. All of it was worth it. I had to work and went to go check this place out...was not disappointed.

I had the braised pork & potato burrito and my favorite drink, the "Blacker the Berry" blackberry matcha--absolutely delicious.

Fantastic food and drinks with a fun, funky, local vibe. They have a top notch pastry selection…read morethat sells out quickly, so be sure to go early. They also have a great breakfast all day menu and some solid lunch options too. When I went they had an absolutely bomb Birria grilled cheese, but I unfortunately don't think it's a regular item. Regular item wise, their daily veggie or meat quiche is always great. They also have a rotating tap of new espresso options which is cool.

3-star might justify based on everything I experienced at this coffee shop today…read more Its inconspicuous existence (especially the secondary door that is facing Larimer) is quite intriguing. Utilizing the existing brick walls, the interior layout is creative with all sorts of art. Their location is their luckiest part as it consistently draws steady footprints. It thus gets packed in a few seconds. It offers (firstly) coffee based drinks. It does have a kitchen where they make more than just pastries and the like. It's definitely more than a simple coffee shop for sure. Service, however, was quite basic. The lady upfront smiled but hesitantly. She wasn't rude but I simply didn't feel welcome. Hence describing their current customer service system or skills as "good" might fuel their egos (wow, did I really say that?? LOL!!) My quad latte was decent/good. I could have done less espresso shots as it sure was strong or too strong (this wasn't their fault; it was mine.) Yes, in conclusion, the shop can and should refine its service (upping it one more level might draw solid raves from the people). Well. I'm not that distraught by any means so in due time, I might utilize them in the future.
