This is the "go-to" Mexican restaurant when family is in town. The food is consistently good, they make guacamole at the table and they have a fresh tortilla bar. My kids love this place. They get fresh tortillas put butter and a little salt like their abuelita gives them. I tend to get the same thing every time. Fiesta has the best pork carnitas in Pasco. The flavor is great, there are little crispy bits that give way to perfect porky tenderness. When I think of"umami" this is the dish that I imagine, it'd only be better if it was served in jugo to add a brothy element. There are a lot of positives for this restaurant. I'm torn while trying to decide on how many stars to give. I loved the atmosphere, and the drinks were REALLY good although a little pricey. I had a Rum Chata Chata and Hubby had a tropical margarita. It came in a pineapple! The complimentary chips and salsa were good. I loved how they made the guacamole right at the table and yes it was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. I ordered crispy chicken tacos and was sadly disappointed. We wanted to enjoy a Mexican dinner last night. Got there at 8pm. We sat in the bar area. No one was in the bar seating area. The music was blaring. It took 10 minutes before the waitress came over. My family has come here several times and as always the food was good but the service was terrible. We have noticed that the service has seriously declined over the past few years. We have concluded that this is the last time we are coming to this location! The server and general manager were rude. DO NOT come to this location because you will be over charged and the staff will be super rude! Currently they are doing a spotted fox promotion, that cannot be used on specials/other promotions (we didn't use it though). Our problem with the RD 68 location was that we ordered the $3 Margaritas and Sangrias (because today was a Monday and they do this on Mondays and Tuesdays) and we were charged full price. They took a while to come close enough for me to ask for the ticket then they (the general manager) finally brings it to me and makes a comment about if Iam okay and asked if I was 21 because I looked too young to have a margarita (I got ID'd by the server when I ordered the beverage and I only had ONE with my meal, my mom had the other one) On the ticket they charged us full price for the drinks which are $8 & $9 so I tell them that they were the ones on special and they said that I needed to have told the server that. And I said we did and we wouldn't have gotten them if it wasn't on special. Then the Genral Manager goes over and talks to our server and they DENY IT! The manager came back over and told us that We needed to have ordered the ones on special! And then takes the ticket and ONLY GIVES US 10% OFF the ticket. Which does NOT compensate for the $11 between the two drinks that should have been taken off. I paid card, and did NOT leave a tip. I felt that if I had paid cash they would have later changed the ticket to have the drinks show $3 ea and then pocket the remaining $11 plus whatever tip I left. So it was a good thing that I paid card because then they couldn't pocket the money.  Overall, DO NOT come to this location because you will be over charged and the staff will be super rude! read more

Horrible service! We ordered the platter and the meat was so dry we couldn't chew it. Our daughter's flautas were ok but we never got to eat with her because we sent our food back. We waited over 30 mins to have them redo our food and finally decided to tell them to pack it up to go. 20 mins later it arrived. We were only offered 20% off and I was too pissed to argue! Not once did our waitress offer to refill our drinks and when we got home the to go good was missing the rice, beans and flour tortillas we ordered. I was over joyed to enjoy the bacon wrapped shrimp dish tonight and the tails were removed it's about time a Mexican Restaurant removes these. I cook most of our meals in and I cook Mexican food very well to find a restaurant that tastes as good as my own, and fresh flour tortillas made by hand what a treat! Every time I am in Pasco for work, I eat at Fiesta! It is awesome. Today we ate lunch and dinner there. The service is always excellent. The Fiesta salad with shrimp was so good. I came here while I was in Pasco at a conference down the street at the TRAC Convention Center. I was looking for some good Mexican food for lunch and found it at Fiesta. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were delicious. The wait staff was also very attentive and the food came out very quickly after ordering. The atmosphere of the restaurant reminded me of something like an Azteca restaurant but with less of a chain feel and more of a local feel too it. I'd highly recommend going to Fiesta Mexican Restaurant if your in Pasco looking for some good Mexican style food. read more

Chicken, steak, and shrimp round out the protein aspect of the platter. Some limes, guacamole, etc. and you are all set. The carnitas were amazing. You won't be disappointed. The platter is large enough to serve a Thanksgiving turkey and they give you tongs to serve yourself with. I love tongs! I got a kick out of what looks like an ice maker but houses their tortilla chips. Servers use an ice scoop to load a basket full of these fresh & crisp chips. Love the house made corn tortillas, too. If you can get a table near the salsa bar, you'll be treated to the sound of someone slapping the tortilla dough before they press dozens of tortillas out. read more

I would rather go to the Fiesta in Kennewick. It felt like our table had a sign above our heads that said, ignore us please. Our order was wrong, they never brought one of the things we ordered, and after they gave us our food, they never came to ask if everything was fine or to see if we needed refills. We could hear our waiter asking the tables around us if their food was fine or if they needed refills, and he would look at us and just keep walking past us. Other waitresses would take their time and ask these tables as well if they were fine, and they also ignored us. The tomato and lettuce tasted like dirty faucet water or like if it was sitting out for a long time. This is not the first time this happens here, this is the second time in a week and it was like that the last visit as well. Kennewick is the location to go to. read more

Been to this Fiesta a couple of times, and both times it hasn't disappointed (also been to the Kennewick one pre-Yelp, and it was yummy, too). The staff is very friendly, inviting, and helpful. I have to agree with other yelp-ers in saying that the salsa is amazing. I didn't make it to the salsa bar, but the table salsa was tasty. The tortilla chips are seasoned just right, warm, and appear to be home-made. I've had the chicken mole before--it was tasty and the sauce was just right. My most recent visit was a the day's Special: shrimp and carne asada--the meat was tasty, and I had to fight urges to lick the plate! Oh, and the strawberry lemonade is made well also! read more

Fiesta is a locally owned duo of restaurants in Kennewick and Pasco. Of the Mexican joints frequented by gueros, this is the best. Fiesta's menu includes the standard fare and a wide assortment of more unique seafood and traditional/regional dishes. The owners are a mother and son from the Connell area. They serve Mom's recipes and everything is good. No disappointments on this menu. They are very friendly and the service is always good. Things get off to a good start with chips, fresh - like right off the grill fresh - hand crafted tortillas, and a wide range of salsa. I'm a big fan of the tomatillo salsa. They have a couple that are pretty spicy, which is a plush. The food is always very fresh and tasty. The shrimp are big and juicy. Chicken, beef, pork are all prepared carefully and seasoned to perfection. The rice and beans are good too. They have some standard American dishes for kids and will make quesadillas if asked. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service. A family of 5 can eat, have a drink or two (margaritas are unusually good) and get away for less than $75 with tip. They are fast - like really fast - but don't mind if you stay a while. Chips are conveniently all you can eat. Scott T is right about strip mall food usually sucking - don't let Fiesta's convenience scare you away. Fiesta is a sure thing for great Mexican food in the Tri-Cities. read more

We are out of town and this restaurant was close to our hotel so we thought we'd give it a try. The waiter was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole meal. The chips and salsa were good, too! Portions were a good size but flavors were lacking. The tacos were just a tortilla with beef and cheese. No sour cream, lettuce or anything accompanying. The chimichanga was filled with rice (filler to make it bigger I assume) and chicken. No flavor. The raspberry tea was recommended by the waiter. Came here for lunch on a Saturday after we tried unsuccessfully to get some free apples from an orchard. It is new and clean and decorated more like what I would expect in a restuarant in San Francisco than on road 68 in pasco. The food was good. Lots of fresh salsas and freshly made tortillas (you can watch the grandmotherly looking Mexican woman making and cooking them behind the salsa bar). Favorite salsas included the sweet mild salsa, the cool and tangy salsa de guacamole and the hot and seedy "macho man salsa". They have a good mix of true Mexican and more American fair. Chicken mole was good if a little sparse on chicken. Chimichangas were big but not deep fried. Kids had burritos and chicken strips (yeah...I know) that they enjoyed for the most part. The fried things had a some sort of flavor which was picked up from the fry oil that wasn't entirely pleasant. Vegetarian options were pretty limited if you are in to that. Was it good? Yes it was. Was it excellent and worth the $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids? Not really. This place comes close to checking all the boxes but falls short of the mark. read more

The last couple times that I've had Fiesta, we have just picked up an order of the Fiesta combo fajitas to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see that on yelp they have a 25% off your next dine in meal coupon last time I checked in! Let me start by telling you I'm a Texan, at least in my heart, and missing great tex-mex. Fiesta has satisfied the need for tex-mex food, though its true Mexican and not tex-mex. I love the fresh ingredients that the use, and love the pico de gallo from the salsa bar. Its a little different than what I'm used to (from Texas) but wow, I love it. The fiesta fajitas for two, could be for three or four, that is if your not eating with me. Their portion sizes are huge! Price is definitely worth it. The steak and chicken are marinated, and will issue your mouth a nice satisfying surprise of goodness. The sauteed onions and bell peppers are still crisp, and not soggie like some other restaurants in the area. All together, I would much rather visit this local chain instead of a national chain. I've never wrote a review for anything, but because Fiesta Restaurant " Cather" our food for our wedding, we love them i thought i would post a review for my first time ever. We love this place. My husband and I had our first date at the Fiesta Restaurant in Kennewick, so when we got married we decided to have them Cather our food for our small back yard wedding. Isidro and his crew did such an amazing job with everything, our guest and family absolutely loved the food. Very professional. We had paid for the full service for 40 guest and every single dime was worth. I wish i a picture of how they set up for everything. The set was nicely done with good taste. Very nice. I was surprised by this place...there's two in town, both in strip malls, and I've been conditioned to believe that strip mall food sucks. Not so, in this case. For my money, it's the best Mexican food in a town that's pretty overrun with options. Menu has all the favorites, everything that the big chains offer and a bit more. They've got a bit more flavor and zip than most places, but I've discovered that they actually tone it down to suit the weak American palate. You can *smell* the difference in spice when they make things more authentic. Good, fast service. I can be in & out at lunchtime inside of 20 minutes, and dinner doesn't take much more. Never had a bad server there. Evenings, there's frequently a mariachi roaming through the place for a bit of atmosphere, which may or may not be a plus. We recently ordered takeout from Fiesta. We have ordered many times with no problems whatsoever. Good food. But this time, I ordered a taco salad, like I normally do. We always order everything hot to be separated from the lettuce, because the lettuce gets wilted & slimy. We made our request this time, as well, but, they mixed everything except the bowl. The salad was all shrunk down, wilted, & slimy. Disgusting. I picked out all the lettuce, & cut our own up. Absolutely nasty. The worst that I have ever had. I'm pretty sure it was a cooks overlook, & we will go there again for sure. But this time it was really bad. This is quite a while from when I wrote the last review. I'm sad to say that we ordered takeout AGAIN & had another bad experience. We ordered two fiesta burritos. One chicken & one ground beef. Well, they gave us 2 chicken burritos. No, wait! One burrito was chicken & the other was 3/4 chicken & down on the last quarter was ground beef! What was that Fiesta? You can't tell me that was an accident. That's really poor business! What I have found since the COVID thing & having to use takeout is that many restaurants give you old food or don't pay attention to the orders, etc. My opinion to this is that your business is at stake here. Pay as much attention to your orders like you do when your restaurant was doing so well. Don't cut corners. People pay a lot of money for your food. Respect what everyone is going through & do your best to do the orders correctly. Your business depends on it. Will we order there again? I really don't know.
