    Fiesta Jalisco Burrito

Burrito was so good. It's honestly one of my favorite burritos from the restaurant. The service was perfect. The people came to check on us like every 3 minutes to see if we need anything else. The place quite literally makes me feel like I'm in Mexico because of how well it's decorated.

This place is pretty good and I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. It is not the best but it's a really good safe bet place. If I lived closed by we would come every once in a while Overall (B+) Huge portion sizes, fairly friendly and fast service and pretty good food Service (A-) Would have giving them a higher rating but a bit of a language barrier. My sense is that is what is causing the negative reviews. Was mostly individuals with Latino ancestry who spoke Spanish besides us and they seemed to be satisfied. But our food came out fast, they provide extra chips, were friendly and nice. Value (B+) It was around $61 with tip and tax and no appetizers for 3 individuals - it as plenty of food. So not great prices but not super expensive. Seemed pretty fair in this economy Quality (B+) Food was good. I got beef enchiladas , tacos and tostada. Kiddos got burrito and tacos. They really liked the shredded beef and the chips and salsa. I like what I got and really like the salsa they provide. Nothing I would travel specifically for but if I was a local would swing by every once in a while. I don't think the overly negative reviews are fair. Probably should be more around a 3.5/5

The food was decent but lacked the bold, authentic flavors I was expecting. I started with the chips and salsa, which were good but nothing special. The salsa was a bit too mild for my taste. The decor is colorful and festive, and the dining area is clean and comfortable. The vegetarian burrito was very filling and did not skimp on the veggies. It was good and I would get it again. The menu offers a vegetarian section which is always a bonus. The margaritas were tangy and strong! No complaints.

I went there and the portions are very well served service is amazing very clean place margaritas are amazing and they have lots of options in tequila I found a home when I'm there

Disappointed with a $17 charge for worst Margareta ever at Mexican RR...poor taste and did not get a hint of a buzz.

Food was good, but thr $17 house Margareta was terrible. It had weak taste and did not give me a hint of a buzz

Super solid, neighborhood Mexican restaurant. This is worth checking out and would highly recommend stopping bye if you're in the area.

Ambiance Good…read moreservice Food delicious !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.

The sandwich was alright-- it was tasty, but a little bit dry even with the cream cheese. I wish it had. A little more cream cheese, and maybe some syrup on the side to dip into. It was so delicious and sweet with the salty bacon on top and a deeper flavor from the brown butter, and the texture was cake-like but bouncy. It was delicious. Service was great, super fast and thoughtful and the restaurant itself was very nice! They had a bar in the middle of the room and TV's to watch, and a selection of booths and tables.

I ordered the BLT with grilled chicken and swapped the chips for a Caesar salad. The chicken was a little on the dry side, but the seasoning was actually really good so it still had plenty of flavor. For context, I'm a professional chef with over 17 years in the industry, having worked as a server, line cook, chef, and restaurant owner. The atmosphere itself is decent. The building is nice, though the tables are a bit small depending on where you're seated. We were greeted and seated without issue--but that's where the positives ended. Prices are high, but it's Summit County, so that's expected. That said, I live in Aspen and have had better food for less. I understand catering to the Vail Resorts crowd, but quality still matters. Before even walking in, we watched one of the cooks step outside near the freezer and take drugs from someone sitting in a car. While this may not shock anyone familiar with the area, it's still not something you want to see before a meal. We chose to ignore it and went inside. My husband ordered the fish and chips ($24), and I ordered the Italian pizza. Starting with the fish and chips: it was terrible. The portion of fish was tiny--smaller than my hand--and poorly cooked, with no seasoning whatsoever. It was bland, ragged, and buried beneath an excessive amount of fries that were both dry and soggy, as if they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The hush puppies included were equally mediocre. While I understand their Southern origins, fish and chips is a British dish. If you're adding hush puppies to inflate the price, it should be marketed differently. Three hush puppies buried under fries do not justify a $24 plate, especially when the fish itself is subpar. To make matters worse, we weren't given condiments and had to grab a table caddy ourselves from the bar across the room. Both meals arrived in about seven minutes, which strongly suggests they were pre-cooked and reheated rather than made fresh--especially considering one was a pizza and the other a fried fish entrée. As for my pizza, it was fine. Nothing special, nothing awful. For the price and location, it was average, and I won't complain much about it. The biggest issue, however, was the service. The server was pleasant at first, but about 15 minutes into our meal she began pushing us to leave. I still had half a margarita in front of me, and my husband was actively eating with more than half his beer left. Instead of checking in appropriately, she immediately asked if I wanted a box. Anyone with industry experience knows that's not how you approach a table--especially when guests are clearly not finished. It's rude and makes customers feel unwelcome. Fifteen minutes later, after I reluctantly accepted a box, she returned again while my husband was still eating and drinking and asked if we were "all set." At that point, we'd been there for about 30 minutes, spent over $60, and were being rushed out. Meanwhile, the rest of the restaurant was filled with people lingering over drinks during happy hour--some on laptops, some just chatting--most without food at all. Whether this was intentional or just poor service, it reflects a lack of training and care. Burnout is real in this industry, but that doesn't excuse making guests feel unwelcome. If you don't want to do the job properly, find another one. Overall, this is a two-star experience solely because the happy hour drinks are worth it. For food or genuinely good service, go to Dillon Dam across the street--they're cheaper and the food is far better. This restaurant needs a complete overhaul of both kitchen and front-of-house staff, along with serious retraining. You can't charge $25 for mediocre food, provide poor service, and still expect solid tips. Unfortunately, this place exemplifies many of the problems currently plaguing the restaurant industry.
