I don't typically visit Springville but I had to for an errand on a Thursday evening and wanted to grab dinner with my boyfriend afterwards. Mexican is my favorite and this place did not disappoint. The interior is clean and decorated well similar to many other mexican sit down restaurants. It looked like there was a sectioned off banquet area which is nice. Their chips and salsa to start was really good, both were very fresh! Queso is my favorite and some places I'll get excited about it then when it comes out I'm pretty disappointed but here was great! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a frozen mango margarita, I know it's frozen but it seemed pretty watered down right away and not as flavorful as I would have liked. I ordered the El Fogon Burrito which I was really happy with!! It was large and I took half of it home. If I'm ever out in Springville again I would return here for another visit. read more

My favorite Mexican restaurant in WNY. Try the 'lunch fajitas'they are served with the best grilled onions and peppers with all the side fixings. Very nice family and staff will take care of you. I live in Buffalo and just wish i could get here more often. I suggest getting off the 219 when heading South and stop in for a delicious bite to eat! read more

I had some trepidation when I went here to eat for the first time, since Don Pueblos left Buffalo there has not been a decent Mexican restaurant in this area, until now! The food here was incredibly good and very authentic. The cheese dip is excellent with a nice warm tortilla! The main courses are excellent also, I have been here with my cousin and my daughter and her fiance, and none of us have been disappointed. My waitress was very attentive, and our drinks were refilled several times without me having to call or point out the fact that my glass was empty. The staff are clean and friendly. The food was delicious. Every guest gets their own salsa with the chips. The server was friendly and attentive. We got our drinks quickly. Our food arrived fresh and very hot. In fact, it was our second visit in a month because we enjoyed it so much, even though we live 30 minutes away. Here's the concern: We paid with credit card and left the tip on the table...but somehow another tip was added, so my credit statement showed 8 dollars more than the receipt. They did return my 8 dollars saying it must have been mis-keyed. $48 to $56? Seems suspicious. I recommend the food...and that you pay in cash. Everything was great. Had the soft shell tacos and they were amazing. Shells were to die for. Only suggestion is the salsa that comes out before the meal is a little to watery. I've lived in Springville for my whole life, and this is simply the best restaurant we've had in 20 years. If you are in the area, and you are hungry, you must visit this restaurant. The food is consistently out quickly, so hot that the waitresses have to wear oven mitts. The Margaritas are the size of your face. They bring out the salsa and chips almost immediately, both obviously made from scratch, with love and care. Every detail is perfect. What a great place! People with margaritas the size of fish bowls, burritos the size of my shoe, and quick service on top of it! Got here during prime dinner time and was in and out within an hour. Prices were reasonable but the amount of food you get is more than worth it. I got the Burrito Deluxe which is two burritos and rice and I am stuffed beyond belief. My girlfriend got a Fajita Quesadilla Dinner and after being able to polish it off between the two of us, it was fantastic! Food is authentic and very good. This is not your Americanized Mexican restaurant. If you want American Mexican, there's always Taco Bell. The menu is huge here, so be prepared to take your time in looking. I had the Choripollo - chicken smothered in melted cheese, chorizo and mushrooms, served over rice. I always order the same thing because I am a little scarred to try new things but every time I do try a new thing they never let me down it is always the most delicious dish of food!
