Just ok.located in springville with typical Mexican fair. The quality has gone down since we were there a year ago. Little taste. Steaks are frozen and freezer burned. Chips on table stale. Margaritas are from a mix and way too sweet. Hope they Step it up a notch. Maybe offer less food options and do less better. I think this is the best Authentic Mexican Food in Western New York. The service is great, they are always fast and very nice. The dishes I like the most are the Steak fajitas, the Enchiladas, Flautas, Chile rellenos, Huevos con Chorizo, and the Choripollo. Their homemade hot sauce is amazing. The homemade sangria is also amazing! Everything I've ordered here has been delicious and tasty. They serve hot chips with salsa for free at the beginning, which sometimes I get full from those because I eat too much.. Let me tell you, friends, this is an amazing jewel hiding in Springville. I am a Texas native living in Arizona, and this means if I know anything, it is about authentic Mexican food and this is truly authentic! I am visiting family and I was prepared for a this to be nothing to write home about but I was definitely wrong! The food was completely delicious and I am just so shocked. We ordered tacos and enchiladas. All of the sauces on our food and the chips and salsa were exactly what we would expect from perfectly cooked real Mexican cuisine. Our service was excellent even though the restaurant was a bit busy for a Monday night. If I lived here I would absolutely make this a regular restaurant in my rotation. Rusty wall supports, no toilet paper, faucet you turn the handle to turn on with dirty fingers, you turn on again with clean fingers THEY NEED TO UPGRADE that! The upholstery where my husband were sitting had stain on the back, it was staring right @ me, how can I not see that! The silverwares, she forgot. When I took mine out wrapped in my napkin, the fork & knife were very sticky! I showed it to my husband, and instead of complaining, he decided to use it, and he gave me his. But, my fork, I decided to not use it, but it was taking me forever to cut my meat without so he ended up giving me his fork. The Taco that I ordered says it will come with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and I made sure she also add cilantro. Tomatoes & cilantro didn't come, she went back to get some. DH consider chiles rellenos to be a vegetarian dish. He usually orders them at Mexican restaurants wherever we go. This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. If you're passing through Springville why not stop for a tasty delicious lunch or dinner? "Treat yourself," as they say. The staff is very friendly and the food is authentic. They have a great offer of entrees and a variable selection of combos and appetizers. My personal favorite is their chile rellenos and taco combo, but I also enjoy their superb enchiladas and burritos. As well as their sizzle platters; the mango chicken being my personal recommendation. Lately, however, I've found myself enjoying their shrimp nachos. We were out in the area today looking for a place to eat. Fast, delicious and well made authentic Mexican food. I enjoyed this delicious poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and shrimp. My dish also came with rice, beans and guacamole salad. My husband had the chicken chipotle that was amazing and well served on a hot skillet. I love that our food came out fresh and sizzling. In most places, this would be a decent Mexican restaurant - family-owned with a good house salsa and extensive menu. But in this area where pizza, hot dogs and the Friday "fish fry" dominate and ethnic means spaghetti and meatballs, it is a triumph. A triumph. All our meals were well-seasoned (but not excessively spicy) and generously portioned. Tonight, my son had the chicken rolls (appetizer instead of entree), my daughter had the kids burrito and taco and I had the enchilada verdes. My husband had the "Grand Especial" - it was TWO plates of food. The apple chichimanga was delicious - and the deep fried ice cream was nice as well. All this for under $50 with tip. The location is a bit odd tucked in on the 219 between a dance school and an auto parts store, but ignore that - inside is spacious, casual and comfortable. There are a couple comments about service and cleanliness in other reviews - I don't know whether they had some early difficulties getting started, but our visit tonight was organized and well run. The bathrooms were spotless as was the restaurant. Locals - do not let this place die. Please. In fact, next time you are thinking about a burrito from Taco Bell or buying an apple pie at McDonald's, stop here instead. Authentic Mexican (finally) in the Southtowns! And Springville no less! We lived in Nashville for a while and have been looking for real Mexican ever since moving back to NY. Everyone leaving the restaurant had leftovers. My only complaint was that we ordered our food as a takeout order-we called at 5:55 and were told 15 minutes... we didn't get there until 6:30 and they didn't have our order...I had to reorder and wait almost a half an hour with my husband and two young children sitting in the car. I was suprised about Fiesta Bamba. In my experience, most small town Mexican restaurant have food that is of laughable quality, that's not the case here. We were camping near by and decided to try this restaurant on a whim, I am glad we did. The free salsa and chips came out almost immediately. Everyone got their own dish for salsa, but the container wasn't big enough to fill everyone's dishes. Salsa was ok, not amazing. Next we had the queso fundido. It was creamy and loaded with chorizo. For my entree, I ordered the choripollo, a chicken breast smothered in a cheesy chorizo sauce. The chicken was delicious and the amount of chorizo was generous. The side "salad" consisted of beans, greens, rice and guacamole; all of which were pretty good. The server was grumpy, but attentive. The only part of my meal that I did not enjoy was my sangria. It unfortunately tasted like it was old, with an almost light vinegar taste. All in all, I was suprised at how good the food was given where it is. read more

Used to be good food and good service. Was there with my son for dinner and half way thru dinner found a piece of plastic bag in my dinner. Needles to say done eating at that point. I've been coming here for quite some time now and there's nothing I've tried that wasn't tasty. Being a former San Diegan, I am a sucker for the Burrito California - hands down, the best I've had outside of San Diego. (All they need to add to the the menu is carne asada fries, and my west coast food cravings would be placated.)
