    My Jeep got hit by a fire truck door opening right into it, damaged the entire passenger door. Needed replaced, along with the quarter panel. Came in to Fiero and Joe, Al and the entire team were absolutely awesome!!! Walked me though the process and made the Jeep look brand new. In addition to repairs covered by insurance, I decided to get some custom work done and replaced other damaged fender flares with these and painted to match. They worked to satisfy all my needs and alleviated the stress by making top notch repairs and fast. Could not be happier with my truck and their service! Thanks guys!!!

You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

The moment I pressed "send" I received a onslaught of every personnel working at Honda Paragon. Everyone offering the same thing- "we a have a very limited 3 day special". I willingly spoke to the first two individuals. Kindly requesting that when im ready I will be happy to give a them a call directly. They obliged and sent their business card. But the conversation didnt end there. 2 more emails were sent by Paragon. 3 more phone calls were made by Paragon. All this within 1.5 hours while eating dinner with my family. They collectively define the "pushy car salesman". And the following days I still received phone calls. I texted the person who gave me his business card to say that this alone has strained any business transaction I wish to have with Paragon in the future. Each and every single person I've told to - STOP. They all replied "sorry, we will make note". This note falls on death ears or the note, if even filed fall to the blind staff of Paragon. Because it is not received, and the harassment continues. Shameful display of an organization and its business practices. That should be checked an reevaluate if they want to provide good customer service. STOP Harassing your customers! This strains any potential relationship you wish to create.
