Bozard Ford replaced the engine and drivetrain components in my 2018 Ford Raptor. Before I approved the work, their service staff described the coverage as "bumper to bumper," said it would be like I had "just bought the truck," and told me I would essentially have a new drivetrain with a factory warranty. I specifically asked service advisor Mary whether the three-year, unlimited-mile warranty included the turbos and starter. I was told that it did. When I requested an itemized copy of the coverage, I was told it could be pulled up at any Ford dealership nationwide. Now that I am experiencing a turbo problem, Bozard Ford is refusing to honor the coverage as it was represented to me. Only after the work was completed did management provide a different and much narrower explanation of what was supposedly covered. That is unacceptable. If those limitations had been clearly disclosed before the repair, I could have made an informed decision about where to have the work performed. Instead, I relied on direct statements from their service department when authorizing an extremely significant repair. I gave Bozard Ford the opportunity to resolve this professionally and honor what their representative told me. Rather than stand behind those representations, they have left me fighting for coverage that I was specifically assured I had. My advice is simple: Do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership--regardless of how confidently they are made. Demand a detailed, itemized warranty document listing every covered and excluded component before authorizing any work. My experience has caused me to lose trust in Bozard Ford, and I cannot recommend their service department.

But, Bozard really does more than offer a fair price. They are good, trustworthy people who really care about customers having a positive experience. We live in Tennessee. So, buying from a dealership in another state involves some trust and legwork -- particularly if you ship the car. That's where Bozard excels. They have a well-organized process for handling everything (even your out of state registration) and making it hassle free. The car was shipped to me and arrived promptly without damage. They even included a nice giftbox with wine and wine glasses in the backseat. Throughout the process, Bozard actively coordinated with me to make sure I understood the technology in the vehicle and was happy with the purchase. Moreover, when I had a post-sale issue with one of the technical features in the vehicle, they took initiative to resolve it to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and bought other luxury brands. This is not your average dealership. At one dealership the sales consultant made her feel "stupid" and talked down to her so we left. Today at Hyundai of St Augustine Dylan was with another couple so he asked Jacob Gray (sales consultant) to help us. He was phenomenal with our purchase experience! He was so patient, helpful and super friendly. We've had two Honda CR-V since 2020 and loved each one. My wife had told our daughter all the safety features you are looking for are in the CR-V. For some reason she didn't want to look at it but when she saw this one at Hyundai of St Augustine and test drove she feel in love it! I have to say this was the easiest and best purchase experience we've had purchasing a vehicle in a very long time! All the sales consultants were very friendly. The office staff were friendly and seem to work well with all sales consultants. The finance manager where we signed all the paperwork was also very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm. Test drove the vehicle. Made the decision. Signed paperwork. They put gas in the car and we were leaving at 6pm. My daughter and grandson were so happy with their new car. Makes me happy to see them in a newer safer vehicle than they had before! In the end I got a fair price on the new car and exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Every person I interacted with at the dealership was very friendly. The dealership itself is one of the nicest I've been to. When I came to pick up the car it was detailed, fully charged and topped with a bow waiting for me. Was a nice touch. She was friendly and not pushy at all, gave my kids 1000 more snacks than they needed and was just all around great. That's where the good stops. This dealership advertised lots of things and didn't follow through with any of them. 158% of blue book trade in value Lifetime warranty included Zero percent financing $33,000 all wheel drive pathfinder I called to confirm what of these can be combined before driving 2hours each way with small children. The managers have to approve all the deals and basically said they don't really honor the advertising and sucks to suck. They use techniques like adding unauthorized down payments to make things appear cheaper than they are. They will also use your tax credit from your trade in to make it appear like they are getting you more for your trade in than they actually are. After all the negotiations nonsense they will take you into finance to try and sell a bunch of warranty products you don't want. When you finally finish this malarkey they do something we've never experienced in a dealership. They literally try and force you to see car insurance sales pitches that you don't want. At this point we had been there 5 hours with 2 tired kids and it was like a hostage situation. They then have the very sweet sales woman give you a survey on her performance. Her performance is AMAZING but I'm sure they use those surveys to make it seem like the whole process is amazing... it is not. At the end of the day we ended up with a decent deal but certainly not worth the 4 hours in the car plus the 5+ hours in the dealership and we missed out on the activities we intended to do with our kids while in town. Just a little added details, we looked at 1 car, knew what we were there for, and test drove just 1 car. Negotiations were done fairly quickly but the upselling was insane.
